This is right in front of the Eiffel Tower. Even though we were visiting at the time of the Olympics, easily found taxis or Uber for transportation to go around. Really good breakfast in their restaurant. There is a small gym for your workout. Front desk staff were friendly.

While it is by the Eifel Tower, it is Not in the most interesting neighborhood but is convenient to the metro. Two of three elevators was almost constantly out of service which made things very slow.

Room decor needs updating and repairing, we had holes in the walls! The corridors are decorated very strangely, it had a kind of Star Trek theme feel to it! The lifts are very old fashioned and take a long time. Breakfast was pretty bad, a lot of food ran out and we waited a long time for them to replenish. Staff could be better - I asked help to find a pharmacy and was told to use google maps to find one! No complimentary water in the rooms. The location is great though …

The air conditioning in all the rooms didn't work, the window only opened about 3 inches and the 6 inch fan they supplied us didn't help. The property needs some updates and is not worth what they are charging. No room service and the restaurant was closed.

It was the most perfect location in the sense my daughter and I could jisy leave the hotel and be walking along side the Eiffel Tower within 3-4 min. You saw the top as soon as you exit the hotel As far as the hotel it self I was quite disappointed. For the price I knew I paid for location but I was hoping for a bit more. We got there my preteen and I with heavy luggage, no help! Checked in there was no one to help take the luggage upstairs on the buggy so we had to do it ourselves. Only the two front staff and she said noones here to help right now and to bring back the buggy when we were done. The minibar consisted of water a juice and a jar of something I’m not sure and the bathroom a separate room for the toilet and a separate one for the shower n sink.which is fine but I wish I knew that earlier. Room size was small and it was just dirty. Like corners baseboards all had dirt and grime. I saw towels with you know what stains it was absolutely gross! I loved the time there for convenience sake but don’t think I’d book or recommend again!

The room is clean but the toilet is stink and smell. the staffs was not friendly and helpfuls. It said this is 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel and i eally cant believe it is not worth to be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will not recommend to my friends and family to this hotel for the future

There had clearly been some sort of prior "incident" in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, I got in late and didn't notice most of the issues until I had stayed in the room overnight. It appeared that the chain lock had been forcibly removed from the door. It had been replaced and puttied, but not painted over. There was damage to the two bathroom doors that appeared to have been related to the damage to the chain lock. There was a huge red stain on the floor by the head of the bed. It appeared to be a blood stain that was poorly cleaned. There also appeared to be blood spatter on the ceiling. I have pictures as proof. I understand that incidents happen in hotel rooms. However, it is incumbent upon the management to ensure the room is properly cleaned and restored so that subsequent guests are not aware of prior incidents. The refrigerator was also filthy. I would have rated this hotel lower, but the bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Absolutely disgusting. Mold and dirt everywhere. Damage to doors, windows alls, tile throughout the whole hotel. We switched rooms 3x because of mold. One even had mucus on the wall. The staff at the front desk came up to see. He was nonchalant about it. The 3rd had mold in the shower but it was 11pm and we were exhausted. I would never encourage anyone to stay here nor would I stay again.

What this hotel has going for itself is the location. I thought rate was extremely high for what the hotel is. It is definitely overpriced. Rooms are outdated and extremely small. We got a Very hot room (no AC units work during winter) so we had to ask for a fan because we couldn’t even open a window and it was hard to sleep. Room was small but tolerable but like I said, the location is prime. So close to many cafes and five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and train station.

The location is great and close to the Eiffel Tower but the hotel is very outdated and the rooms are super small. When you walk into the lobby it is modernly renovated so you begin to assume the rooms are the same but unfortunately that is not the case

The location was excellent but the hotel boast of views of the Eiffel Tower. That’s not true for all rooms. Our view was of the street and buildings. We couldn’t see any of it. Also, our bed squeaked with every move. I’m a light sleeper so I didn’t get any rest.

There was no aircondition in the hotel room. The room was faced against the sun, so the room become very hot, but the aircondition was shutted off. We complained to the staff because we culdnt sleep due to the heat, but they didnt wanted to turn on the system, because they could save money.. Worst sleep for years..

We had a Privilege Room, which gave us a perfect, up-close-and-personal view of the Eiffel Tower and its nightly light-show. The room was large (for Paris) and clean, and the fridge was stocked daily with water and juice. The only downside was the hard mattress, which, while it didn't spoil our stay in the slightest, did make it a little more uncomfortable. Everything else - from the amazing (and huge) buffet breakfasts to the fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff (especially Denzin), and from the overall decor of the hotel and ease of check-in/check-out to the proximity to both a metro station (Bir-Hakeim) and an RER station (Champs de Mars) - was 10/10. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

You could walk out the door and out onto the street and see the Eiffel Tower. There were a couple of bakeries and markets nearby. The Seine was very close also. I felt like there wasn't enough staff as people had to wait in long lines to ask the simplest of questions. Our shower didn't work at all so it was really hard to wash hair, etc. there wasn't anyone there that was really helpful with helping us make plans or get around. Staff was only helpful with the very most basic things like we need towels.

Staff was completely unprofessional. We were told that we were able to check in earlier since our flight landed at 8 AM. They made us wait till 3 PM to check in and let other people go ahead of us . I would never recommend this place for anyone to stay here.I definitely will never come back to this hotel again

Personnel désagréable, limite vulgaire, le concierge s’est mis à roter ouvertement devant nous, sans que ça ne lui pose de problème. En bagagerie la personne nous a précisé qu’il n’y avait pas besoin de ticket, ce qui n’était pas le cas. J’ai payé plus de 300 € pour une chambre très basique avec un seul oreiller par personne et d’une épaisseur d’environ 7 cm… Ce n’est pas un quatre-étoiles… Seul point positif, la position géographique de l’hôtel…

You definitely are paying top dollar for the location, it’s the best! The standard room is very small, bathroom had some areas that look like they could use some repair paint etc. Could not use outlet in bathroom to plug in hair dryer, was advised by front desk the outlet was only for a beard trimmer. The breakfast was very good and staff was very nice.

Frukosten var hemsk och även standarden på boendet. Spara dina pengar och ät frukost ute. Vem misslyckas med croissanter i Frankrike?! Läget var 5/5 och städningen var väldigt bra, men hotellet och framförallt rummen behöver en ordentlig uppdatering. Märkligt med separat toalett. Incheckningen var under all kritik. Personalen sa knappt fem ord totalt. Kändes inte så välkomnande.

The front desk seemed very short handed, almost always long line. No one answered my call to the front desk. My reservation didn't include the breakfast, but I had their breakfast with another reservation. The warm option items were not even warm.
