We stayed at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. We really enjoyed the location ... it's just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and right by the Seine. Novotel Tour Eiffel was a lovely hotel. It would have been nice to have a second chair in the room. Staff was accommodating when asked for assistance. Pool and sauna closed very early everyday and making a reservation was inconvenient and not actually necessary. Sparkling water was supposed to be available in the lobby but the taps never worked. Housekeeping staff did not replace coffee daily, but were very pleasant when asked. Easy access to the RER C, several busses, the M6, 4, and 10. Rental bikes right at the corner. If you don’t mind being in the 15th ARR it was a good room for a great price.

Hotel is okay overall for a European hotel. 10 minutes from more than one Metro State. 20 minute walk to Eifel Tour, Bus Tours and Seine river cruises. A mall is next door. We had a family room which was a Queen bed and a pull out couch. There is a separate water closet close to the entry way but no sink is there so if you use the bathroom you have to go into the shower to wash your hands. Room does not come with an iron and ironing board. We had to ask 3 times before we got one. One time the towels we received had some rust stains. The housekeeping isn't that great. Some mornings, they halfway made the bed. The pool closes at 7:30 and you need to reserve the time in advance. You must wear a swim cap to use the pool as well. Buffet breakfast is decent. Only pork sausages so keep that in mind. The restaurant that serves a dinner buffet isn't worth it at all. Go outside to eat. Location is what wins at this hotel.

The room was more than enough for what we needed. Ideally located within walking distance to shops and the Eiffel tower, arc de triomphe etc. The bar is nice and cozy. All the staff are friendly. Just beware re the pool, you’re expected to wear a shower cap, which they provide. And men can only wear Speedo type trunks.

Great location great service, well done housekeeping everyday we really enjoy 👍 Only thing we wasn’t very happy with breakfast, for seven days was exactly same breakfast😢 Very pleased with regular and sprinkling water for free in the lobby of hotel, Very easy to move around by bus, station in a 3 min way in the corner and bus 30 was taking into Eiffel tower, Arc de Triumph, and shopping streets.

El baño tenía mold en algunas partes. El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y nos dijeron que cómo era cambio de estación así funcionaba. Si eso es verdad pues que desconsiderados con quienes no nos gustan los cambios de calor tan abruptos de frío a calor. Lo curioso es que nos cambiaron de piso y si funcionaba. Bufete no variado y repetitivo. El huevo malísimo, parecía pudin. Muy mala sason. La persona que hace los Omelettes, tardado y necio, poco productivo al igual que la persona de sexto femenino de recepción en el restaurante que ve que hay una larga fila por su lentitud en recibir a las personas. En fin, no vuelvo a llegar a Novotel de la Torre Eiffel en París.

Our room didn’t have enough towels or pillows. Both took a long time to arrive when we asked. There were some small bugs in the room and the sink in the bathroom were dirty. There was tea but no milk and only very small paper cups to have hot drinks in. When we asked for milk at reception we were rudely told to call room service and when it did arrived it was powdered milk which wouldn’t dissolve. Check in was abrupt and we were not told anything about the pool leading to disappointment. Breakfast . There was a huge queue which we waited 10/15 minutes in before we were offered to eat in the bar area. There was only one person working and limited choice of food which kept running out as well as the glasses. Replenishment was very slow. You could not get your own coffee, you had to ask and we waited 15 minutes for ours. By which point we were just done. We paid over £300 for one night, kids on a sofa bed. This hotel was not worth this money in any way and we were so disappointed!

Hotel bien ubicado solamente, el sofá cama horrible de incómodo para dormir, estaba vencido de los resortes, un día tiramos el colchón en el piso y al quitarlo nos dimos cuenta que le pusieron toallas y sábanas para rellenar. Estuvimos hospedados 4 noches y horrible de incómodos y con dolor de espalda x el hundimiento de los resortes del sofá. La habitación con solo 3 enchufes y uno no servía El baño todo sucio con moho en los bordes de los azulejos. La verdad está caro para lo que ofrecen y no nos gustó.

The hotel staff was great but the beds and pillows were not. The kids bed has springs that were shown and no cushion at all. Practically i slept on the a spring sofa that i could only feel the springs because i couldn't let the little ones sleep there

The staff here were friendly, helpful and polite. It was great having water dispensers in the welcome area and the location of the hotel was great. The rooms were basic but ok. Only having 1 plug socket by one side of the bed was problematic. The hairdryer in the bathroom became too hot to hold after a few minutes of use. There was no aircon (winter season but temps were warm) and no opening window for fresh air or air flow..the rooms were therefore uncomfortably hot. This was a real negative

All concerns we had after reading some reviews vanished as soon as we arrived. We were warmly greeted by employees as soon as we entered as well as at the front desk. We spoke both French and English. I asked if we could be on the same floor as my in-laws arriving the following day, and after confirming we were all able to climb a flight of stairs since the elevators stop at floor 30, they accommodated. Room 3117 was clean and comfy, including the bed. Cool view! As Paris was unusually sunny and warm 18C (65F) for March, our room got a little warm on the 2nd day. I informed the front desk, and within 20 minutes, a maintenance person arrived. He said the AC system was not working, but the repair person is out for the weekend. He asked if we wanted to move rooms or use a fan. We wanted to stay on 31st floor, so fan it was, and it worked great. I used the pool twice. Everyone employee we met was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Location was great! Many excellent restaurants and shopping. including Monoprix supermarket, adjacent in Beaugrenelle. Metro station Charles-Michels 5 mins. Check out Cojean Cafe for breakfast around the corner and Cafe Beaugrenelle for dinner across from metro station. Eiffel Tower 15-minute walk. My in-laws liked it so much they returned the next weekend before flying out. Parking is 35 Euros per night.

My stay at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel was a mix of positives and negatives. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming no smiles, no greetings, and an overall attitude that made guests feel like they were asking for favors rather than receiving service. I’m not sure if this is part of the company culture or just a lack of care for their jobs, but it definitely affected my impression of the hotel. Thankfully, the breakfast staff completely changed my experience. Mohamed and Abellie stood out for their kindness, warmth, and professionalism they genuinely made my mornings enjoyable and turned a disappointing stay into a more positive one. The hotel’s location near the Eiffel Tower is fantastic, and the breakfast selection was excellent. I hope management recognizes and learns from the example set by Mohamed and his team.

Pros - the area was great, only 10b mins from two RER stops, near two meto stops, and barring had there we always 2-4 taxis waiting outside. There were several great cafes nearby (go south is all I'll say) plus a supermarket accessible by an overhead walkway. Clean lobby, filtered water on tap, easy bag storage, and a self service convenience store right off the elevator bank were all good things. Cons - let's start with check in. We arrived at the hotel around 1130am. As ive done innumerable times, i said to the desk agent that "hey, I'm here early, any chance my rooms available?" I was told by agent 1 that sorry, it's not come back in two hours. We dropped our bags and returned three hours later, at 230, and spoke to agent 2. "Hey, we're a little early, but we were told to come back around 2, is our room ready?" Agent 2 flatly told us in no uncertain terms there was no check in until 3, he could not assist me till then. Bear in mind it's 230, we're 30 minutes after our return time, and I'm watching other check ins happen next to me. Okay, we wait 45 minutes and come back at 315. Agent 3 now tells me he can check us in, but our room won't be ready for at least another half hour. Great. We finally get into the room at 430/1630hrs. On getting into the room, the cleanliness is... questionable. The carpet is filthy. There is what appears to be a vomit stain right next to the trash can. We have no soap or shower products and it takes a call and desk visit to fix that

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel clean and convenient to the things we wanted to do on our visit. There were some nice amenities like cold water taps in the reception area which was great for refilling water bottles before you head out for siteseeing. Lots of staff around to answer questions. Was exactly what we needed for our visit!

Great location. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Was able to give us good travel recommendations. Only thing i was not happy about was the evening buffet , i felt very overpriced for what was on offer. Eat out as better food and peices in local restaurants within five minutes walk. If you are going to the eifel tower then this hotel is only a short walk to the destination and is practically on the banks of the river seine plentiful shopping opportunities within walking distance. the hotel itself was first class spotlessly clean with cleaning going on constantly. My only thing I didn't like was the buffet food which is never hot enough for my taste, but that's what you can expect from any buffet food anywhere. The breakfast options were plentiful but I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked omelettes while you wait.

Generally a good stay. Great surrounding tourist attractions. First evening at the bar & restaurant saw staff miss 3 aspects of my order (no bacon, coke zero, wrong pizza) but then second morning and afternoon with different staff went well with no mistakes.

Easy booking in process. Room clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Queue to get in as they seemed to be marking people off a printed list. Odd given everything else in the hotel was digital.
