accueil du personnel. qualité de la chambre. par contre toujours aussi compliqué d'aller à la piscine. un vrai parcours du combattant !

Beaucoup d'attente pour récupérer les clefs de la chambre. Parking assez loin de l'hôtel et très cher(35€ la nuit!!); peu pratique car il faut rapporter le pass à l'accueil

A nice functional hotel. Clean rooms. Good size bed. Not enough coffee etc as always. A complicated lift system which caused problems accessing sky bar. Sky bar scheduled to open until midnight but closed earlier.

The hotel is lovely with excellent transport links into paris. The hotel reception is unfortunatly over run all day. Many times for pointless procedures. For example booking and getting access to the swimming pool requires you to go to reception collect a new key to go back up to the 40th floor for swimming changing rooms are on the 38th floor . To access the sky bar you must book in and again go down to get someone to allow you access to the floor. Thos creates a crowded and harrassed reception. Security guards are in the lobby and challenge guests that are not seen to be holding a key card also. The hotel does not give off 4 star service. We also never had our coffee in the room replaced the whole weekend and the thought of waiting at the queue in reception seemed to much to bear

L’hôtel est très propre. L’accès au roof top est impossible , il y’a toujours un évènement , show soirée privée , il faut avoir de la chance pour pouvoir profiter de la vue!!

Es war alles perfekt. Es ist schön mitten in Paris ein Hotel zu finden mit Pool und riesen super ausgestatteten Fitnessstudio. Auch das Frühstück ist seinen Preis wert. Direkt die metro vor dem Hotel rundet alles ab. Danke für den schönen Urlaub. Ach ja die Bar nicht zu vergessen mit skyline Blick

Ascenseurs calamiteux : 10 minutes d’attente à deux reprises le même jour Alarme incendie à 6h du matin pour un faux problème Bar du dernier étage soi-disant complet à 22h45, pas de possibilité de prendre un verre au restaurant et pas d’endroit pour s’asseoir et discuter entre collègues.

Lit inconfortable. Impossible de boire un verre au bar sans réserver une table, ce qui est franchement contraignant. La piscine fait le job et la vue est agréable, mais gros point noir : aucun vestiaire pour se changer.

Das Zimmer wurde 6 Tage lang überhaupt nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten. Es gab Zeiten, in denen es kein Toilettenpapier, keine Handtücher und kein Trinkwasser gab. Das H4 Hotel hat versucht, uns 40 € pro Nacht zu erstatten, aber angesichts der schlechten Sauberkeit und des schlechten Reinigungsservices verdienen wir mindestens 50 % Erstattung, denn dies ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, aber der Reinigungsservice war furchtbar schlecht. Ich habe einige Dinge im Zimmer selbst gereinigt, weil wir eine Woche lang dort bleiben wollten. Total enttäuscht.

Hotel bien situé, petit dejeuner plus que correct. Propreté dans les chambres à revoir , lavabo pas hyper propre et plusieurs taches sur les taies d’oreillers...

Kein einzigen tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt .keine Frischen Handtücher. Defekt am Strom im Zimmer . Die Managerin will nicht helfen . Und es interessiert Sie nicht sagte sie.

Je suis très déçu de cet hôtel car les chambres étais pas vraiment propre poussière cheveux et des draps pas très propre pas d’eau dans la salle de bain et la chambre était froide…

Les draps n’étaient pas très propres à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Le dimanche matin (jour du départ) nous avons été réveillés par le personnel pour qu’on quitte la chambre avant l’heure de départ qui est de 12h (Stipulé sur votre site)

Accueil parfait avec gentillesse et humour! La chambre ( vue Tour Eiffel…) était fabuleuse, propreté irréprochable . Je conseille , et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel .

Séjour parfait Clim difficile à régler, il faisait 22,5 et impossible de descendre en dessous Longue attente au Check in

vue magnifique, chambre spacieuse et tres bien equipée

Inchecken ging gemakkelijk, lieve en behulpzame medewerkers bij de balie. Helaas was de kamer heel erg warm en deed de airco het niet. Als je die op 18.00 graden wou zetten ver sprong deze weer op 19,5 maar het was duidelijk een stuk warmer. Op de hogere levels kan je je ramen niet openen dit snap ik maar dan zou hele goede airco op ze minst er wel moeten zijn. Dat een airco geluid maakt maakt mij niet uit maar dan moet die wel goed koelen. Dat er geen koelkast is is jammer ik snap het idee hier achter zodat de klant sneller wat zou halen in het restaurant maar het realistische hiervan is is dat mensen die dat niet willen toch niet doen en dan liever hun drinken lauw drinken en buiten de deur eten. Als hotel zou ik hierover nadenken om toch een koelkast toe te voegen vooral voor lange verblijven.

What I’d like to suggest is to mention if a room has an open bath. I had booked a room for me and my mother and we discovered at the hotel room that our bath is an open one. Meaning there’s no privacy and one of us had to turn around so that the other may have a sense of “privacy” while showering. They don’t mention that you have to insert the room key (card) on an adapter to turn on the lights and AC. You also cannot open windows as they are sealed shut, so no fresh air. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Pros: advanced/secure elevators, close to metro, new and clean. Cons: only had hand soap (no shampoo, conditioners, etc.), no mini fridge, shower walks into bedroom so it can feel cold after a shower, hotel bars/restaurant closes early, a worker came into the room but unsure what he wanted as there was language barrier, area doesn’t really feel safe

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas Et l’été il fait trop chaud, c’est la Clim qui ne fonctionne pas.. Il y à tjrs quelques chose qui ne va pas.

SUperbe Chambre. bien équipée. un petit bémol, impossible d'entrouvrir même de 5 cm la moindre fenêtre... c'est oppressant.

Generally fine. Room was great and neighborhood was amazing. Unfortunately, I indicated a feather allergy before arrival and all pillows and comforter in room were down filled. Over our time there, we asked for them to be switched out 3 separate times (waiting for staff to finally be available at reception each time) and they were never switched out. Including three time when my wife was promised someone would be up "right away". The staff was obviously overworked and did not have time to even check people in at arrival.

Plus de 40 minutes d attente pour l enregistrement, une erreur de debit de 100€ que j ai du remonter. Très décevant pour une première, dommage car bel endroit

The staff at this property seems to be overwhelmed with the work load of guests. My room was not cleaned for three days even after i requested for it at the reception.

The hotel was very clean, was aesthetically beautiful! Loved my room, was very spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel is huge! Has lots of floors and I felt like they didn’t have enough staff to manage the reception. There was always long queues in the reception to check in, check out or ask for help. I had a phone in my room, I rang reception several times on two different days and no one ever picked up. I had to queue for over 25 mins to enquire about the pool, in the end I didn’t swim as it was just too tedious! I really hope they can improve on how much staff they have there. Other than that, I liked my room, the location was ok, there’s a metro close by, so it’s convenient

Ce n'est pas un problème de chambre mais de personnel... Nous sommes arrivés le 6/07 à 17H15 à l'accueil pour le concert d'Imagine Dragons nous avons fait checkin à 19H!!!!!!!!! soit 1h45 d'attente dans une file d'une cinquantaine de personne et trois comptoirs d'ouvert... Pour un weekend de concert + de japan expo... Aucune explication du personnel (bug informatique, ou problème de personnel.. cela peut arriver mais il y a un manque cruel d'information...), on vous laisse là à attendre pendant plus d'une heure trente dans le hall !!!! Nous avons apparemment été accueilli par la responsable de l'accueil pour le check in.. Aucune excuse sur le temps d'attente, ni d'explication... Bref la Relation Client au niveau 0. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son "emplacement" par rapport au stade de France. Il était indiqué sur le site d'expédia que l'hôtel était situé à 13 minutes à pied du stade de France. Nous avons demandé à quelqu'un de l'accueil qui avait l'air de découvrir que le stade de france se situait non pas à 13 minutes à pieds mais à 30 minutes à pieds!!!!!! Entre la perte de temps pour le CHECK IN et cette nouvelle information.. Nous sommes JUSTE ravis! Sinon la chambre était propre, spacieuse, le matelas est ferme. En revanche l'épaisseur des oreillers laisse clairement à désirer.. Vous pouvez directement dormir sur votre matelas cela reviendrait à la même chose. Nous ne reviendrons pas, une fois mais pas deux.

Accueil toujours aussi deficient 30mn pour recuper le badge chambre..... Essai de joindre le WE suivant par tel ....10 appels multiples selections choix (resa individuelle, autres service, restaurant, resa groupe......aucun interlocuteur humain..!) Le service client n est vraiment pas à la hauteur d un 4*..

It was great! Nice hotel, nice amenities, very quiet and no nonsense. Clean sensible rooms. Great staff. Everything was so efficient I never had to reach out to reception. It felt like home away from home.

Chambre standard propre, fonctionnelle et confortable. Métro 13 et 14 très proches (2 et 6 minutes à pieds), RER D à un quart d’heure de marche.

Un bel hôtel avec de grandes chambres spacieuses, climatisées, avec de grands lits confortables et de jolies vues. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Prix raisonnables. Piscine. Station de métro à la porte(2 lignes). REER à 10 minutes. Jolies et bons restaurants juste à côté.

Overall very impressed, especially for the price I paid (around ~$200/night). The room is very clean, spacious and modern. The elevators are very fast, never had to wait for one to arrive. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, lots of variety. Service is great, they have a lot of staff on hand, I had an electrical issue in my room and someone came in to fix it within minutes. Location is in a quiet area of Saint-Denis, there’s not much to do around here, but there is a metro station literally right across the street that brings you to downtown Paris in 20 minutes! I believe it’s the tallest building in Paris and has a 24/7 gym on a high floor as well as three restaurants and a pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous sommes venus pour un concert au Stade de France. L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à ce dernier, environ 30 min à pied. Très beau, propre et très moderne.

Positive: there is a metro station across the street. Big and nice rooms/bathrooms. Staff is very helpful, the guy at the reception letted me go to my room before the check in. I was soooo tired, THANK YOU! Small restaurant and bakery accross the street. Negative: far from the tourist area, uber/taxis $20-$30. The area around doesn't look safe during the night time. Hotel is great! And the Bar too!

L albergo è nuovo la colazione è molto varia anche se non è al centro si possono raggiungere i punti di interesse in poco tempo. La metro m13 si prende dall altra parte della strada dove c è l hotel.

The hotel overall was clean and new, the room was comfortable. However the area around the hotel is very unsafe, do not use metro line 13 we were pickpockted the first day. Our bathroom was for disabled people, however the water did not drain properly and the water would overflow to the bedroom.

Great hotel, extremely close to Metro so was easy to go into Central Paris in about 25mins. If you don’t mind have not very nice surroundings then this hotel is fine.

Similar to other reviews, property is brand new and rooms are nice. Sat in the restaurant prior to 10pm for 15 minutes waiting to order only to be notified the kitchen was closed.
