Très satisfaite de notre séjour. Personnel, très gentil. Une grande chambre familiale parfaite avec un micro-onde. Un parking très sécurisé juste sous l'hotel. La proximité du rer et des transports pour visiter Paris facilement.

Hôtel très bien placé pour accéder au stade de France, cependant faut il savoir qu il faut réserver le parking en avance aussi non on ne peut pas accéder à l hôtel en voiture et surtout il n y a pas de place pour tout le monde… résultat on a chercher à se garer pendant 1h! Peut être faudrait il mieux informer des capacités de parking dans les informations de l hôtel, de même salle de petit déjeuner trop petite par rapport à la capacité de l hôtel, le petit déjeuner proposé est très moyen. Le bilan est penser à reseve le parking de l hôtel car pr aller au stade c est bien mais pas plus

Positiv: - Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ( Fernseher, Bad, Toilette, Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserhahn, Wasserkocher, Klimaanlage) - Die Große des Zimmers - Recht modernes Hotel -nachts ruhig - Metro und Bushaltestelle in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar - viele Cafés in der Straße des Hotels Negativ: - Sauberkeit ; die Toilette und die Badewanne waren bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig - Die Lage des Hotels in Saint Denis ist wirklich nicht gut, teilweise sehr verdreckt. Es wirkt wie eine ärmere Vorstadt und spät nachts sollte man aufpassen - Das Frühstück hat pro Person 18€ gekostet was es nicht wert war. Sehr wenig Speiseauswahl, winziges Tablet und Teller und die einzelnen Speisen sind auch alle in kleinen Portionen. Aber dafür konnten wir mehrmals gehen, dennoch war es keine 18€ wert. We have been regular customer over the last 5-6 years.this summer trip was very disappointing. We checked in early and we stayed at the reception and the only access WC was left in real poor conditions. Cleaning standards was a nightmare. We went up to our room and the AC wasn’t working at all. When we reported the the receptionist mentioned that as my stay was short which is why they have offered us that room. This comment made me really feel unwelcome We were given an alternate room which had poorly stained carpets which wasn’t really pleasant. For 2 consecutive days we didn’t have internet. Despite all the issues we had we woke up with insect bites in the morning. Overall the experience was a disaster for the price we have paid daily.

An sich angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer Art Suite helles Zimmer mit angenehmem Lichtambiente abends. Dusche und Badewanne (jeute svhon eher selten) und gesondertes WC. Toller Mehrfunktionstisch, pefekt such sls Schreibtisch nutzbar, angenehes Sofa und praktisch ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeekapselnaschiene, Tee und Kaffee wurden täglich bestückt. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Leider war der Tresor unbenützbar (zuerst war er versperrt, dann waren die Batterien leer, wobei zweiteres nicht mehr brhiben wurde). Einziger Wermutstropfen: der eher schmutzig wirkende Teppich… Alles in allem aber ein tolles Zimmerkonzept mit viel Platz, das würde ich mir such in anderen Hotels wünschen. Freundliches Personal!

Although this accommodation is supposed to be a mid-class business hotel by nature, it is rather a low class in practice - e.g. plastic, modular bathroom/toilet as in the lowest class hotels/motels. In addition it was very warm in the room and we were unable to sleep. Opening the window was not a good option due to street noise. We asked at the reception for the air-conditioning to be enabled (cooling was disabled). We were told it is not warm enough outside for the Aircon to be enabled and we shall rather open the window, despite the noise!!? What kind of customer service is that!!? Quite disappointed! Would not sleep there again. Value for money - quite bad!

The people on the front desk where very helpful it was my first time in Paris and they always help me to get directions to the place I want to go. They were kind and friendly. The place is clean and it takes 10 minutes walking to get to the metro.

Hôtel très bien placé pour accéder au stade de France, cependant faut il savoir qu il faut réserver le parking en avance aussi non on ne peut pas accéder à l hôtel en voiture et surtout il n y a pas de place pour tout le monde… résultat on a chercher à se garer pendant 1h! Peut être faudrait il mieux informer des capacités de parking dans les informations de l hôtel, de même salle de petit déjeuner trop petite par rapport à la capacité de l hôtel, le petit déjeuner proposé est très moyen. Le bilan est penser à reseve le parking de l hôtel car pr aller au stade c est bien mais pas plus

Fantastic location for the stadium ( just outside at the gate ) . A number of pubs weee set up outside the hotel and the atmosphere pre and especially post match was at this location . Our room was located at the back of hotel- no noise . Staff were very friendly and the place felt very safe and secure - highly recommended for stade de France events - home for all Irish fans in Oct 2023

It was extremely hot ac did not work service was friendly tho . I was burning up for my whole stay . Location is far from everything but I didn’t mind that . Breakfast was $20 dollars pp . I would pass on it .

Overall nice hotel with great location but was not happy with breakfast, it said it was buffet style but hardly much options .. specially lack of hot food and no toaster! , one of the breakfast staff felt annoyed whenever she was asked to refill finished food item. Nice staff on reception

What was good? - relatively peaceful area What was OKish? - since we stayed with an 1 year old and a 3 year old, we needed to request Housekeeping every day. They did a good job cleaning the house except we kept getting fewer clean sheets and towels each day. On the last day I needed to go to the reception to get towels. What was bad? - We stayed in room number 520. Opposite to our room was the Ironing Room of the hotel. I do not know whether it was the ironing room or is it something else, our room was extremely warm. The hotel denied any issues with air conditioning and offered a table fan, but even with the fan it was impossible to sleep in without keeping the window open. When the window remains open, the road swept truck kept waking up the kids at very early hours.. What was unacceptable? - Breakfast. Lack of options. Only warm option was egg with bacon (day 1)/ vegan sausage (day 2)/ chicken (day 3&4). - first three days were part of a long weekend, and the fourth day was first working day after the long weekend hence there were barely any one in the hotel. The breakfast was awful that morning. Breads were stale, croissants were flattened, orange juice was bitter. Flies were flying over all food items..

This hotel may be our new go-to while in Paris on future trips. It was the most affordable that we could find, at < $200 per night. The price you pay is being a bit outside the city center, but the trains are so efficient that we happily a few extra minutes on the train to get anywhere. We didn't have the breakfast, so cannot speak to that, but the room itself was extremely clean and relatively spacious for our family of 4.
