This was not a Novotel 4 star experience because the lift to the underground parking was broken, the queues at breakfast were long due to a lack of seating, the bathtub was too used and shabby. The biggest issue here is obviously the unsafe location.

Chambre très spacieuse, pour quatre, avec douche et baignoire. L’insonorisation est exceptionnelle, car au pied du périph qui donnait sur la chambre on aurait pu s'attendre à avoir un peu de bruit, alors que non rien du tout ! Parking sous l’hôtel, métro et bus à proximité, très pratique. Allez petit bémols : légères saletés sous le canapé servant de deux lits simple très confortables, dommage sinon il n'y aurai rien eu a redire au niveau de cette chambre qui nous a vraiment donné l'impression d'être surclassé.

The Hotel experience was great. Very clean Hotel. The parking we had to pay 20 euro although is says on the website that parking is free, so they need to check that. The neighbourhood is kind of scary but other than that i recommend it

The room was perfect, spacious, clean and very nice. Shower and bath perfect! Staff was friendly but to little staff they were very busy. The breakfast was chaotic. to many people, nopg enough staff to refresh ans clean up. The breakfast itself was very good but the room was to crowded and very messy. When we cleared a table of dirty dishes ourselfs so we could sit, staff was unfriendly because we put it at the bar. there was no other clear place to put it. Parking was supposed to be included in what i paid but after getting to the parking door we still had to pay 20 euro. Because there were al lot of cars behind us waiting, we decided to pay. There was a lot of work on the roads around te hotel, we could not take the highway exit we needed and were looking for a long time how to get to the hotel. It would have been nice to get an email upfront about this. The rooms were great but we would never go back again or recommend it.

Arrivé en famille et en arrivant, déçu avec le comportement de personnel qui travail la nuit, très impoli de parler avec moi et au même temps régarder ma femme dans les yeux, je trouve ça insultant. Premier nuit appel de service a la chambre vers 23h pour me dire qu'ils m'ont livré des boissons par erreur, mais en fait ils m'ont livré rien du tout parce que je n'ai rien demandé. Pourtant ils ont vu que j'ai un bébé de moins de 1 an et que peut être il dort... Ils l'ont révéillé !!! Ascenseur acces parking au 3 émé étage ou j'avais la chambre ne marche pas. En General l'appartement en bon état et propre. C'est ça qui a tiré la bonne note sinon ... Et aussi je voulais dire, si vous partez en voiture dans la ville ça va, si vous prenez le métro il y a la ligne 12 qui est à 400 m de l'hôtel mais vous devez passer au dessous de pont ou il y a beaucoup de clandestins, en nuit danger, ils demandent argent ...

Hygiène à veiller car il y avait des cancrelats dans la SDB. Attention a la propreté du canapé lit. Autrement très grande chambre, lit confortable et le personnel très accueillants et disponible au service du client. Il faut prendre le tram pour trouver des commerces attrayants.

The room was big/spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of cabinet spaces for our luggage and clothes. Having separate toilet and bathroom worked very well for us. The bathroom has ample counter space for toiletries.

Although the room was an ok size (not quite what we were expecting) and relatively clean, they were quite dated. The washrooms were split into two seperate areas - bathing and toilet, neither of which had ventilation. The area surrounding the property did not feel safe. The closest metro stop was about 500m away, however to reach it you had to walk through an area with open drug use and many unsavoury individuals. It was near impossible for us to get a taxi in the mornings, so we ended up relying on uber for transportation. There were no restaurants or cafes in the hotel or the immediate area, the hotel did however have a kiosk where you could order food delivery. Without improvements to the local area, I would highly advise families to avoid.

Brilliant arrangement of room. Very good facilities in room, such as kitchenette and a curtain separating the parents area from the children’s area. Great to have a bath and shower. Breakfast has lots of options. The sausages were really nice. The pancakes were not great. The hot drinks were really nice.

They charge for everything and anything. When asked for coffee capsules, it’s never available. Coffee should be available and free of charge at any given time for paid guest. We will never book here again.

struttura comodo e pulita senza eccellere per essere un 4 stelle, l'unico problemi è l'arrivo dalla metropolitana che dista solo 700 metri ma bisogna passare sotto ad un cavalcavia pieno di persone "poco raccomandabili". nei 5 giorni di permanenza e quindi di entrate e uscite per la verità a noi turisti non ci hanno mai considerato neanche per l'elemosina ma la notte rientrare con due bimbi piccoli non faceva per niente piacere

Eigentlich war das Hotel unseren Erwartungen entsprechend, jedoch war es zwischen zwei Autobahnen eingebettet. Zum Glück konnte man aber nix hören, wenn das Fenster zu war. Wenn man aus dem Hotel zu der Metro oder Busstation gehen wollte, musste man immer unter einer Brücke langlaufen. Das nimmt einem jegliches Paris Gefühl und ich persönlich fühlte mich da nicht sicher. Insbesondere die Obdachlosen mit Zelt und Matratze empfand ich als unangenehm für den Start in den Tag. Ich empfehle besser in ein Hotel zu gehen, welches sich um 1-2 Kilometer stadteinwärts befindet im 18. Arrandisment (Montmartre). Da ist es sehenswerter und mit Paris Flair.

The hotel itself is very good, cannot fault it in any way. Staff are very nice and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The only negative point I can make is that the local area does not feel safe. Between the metro/tram and the hotel, there are drug abusers and homeless harassing people for money.

Esta en mala ubicacion, hay muchos indigentes alrededor, pagamos 20 euros por el desayuno por persona y no habia nada todo se habia acabado, ponian cosas a cuenta gotas, horrible todo lo que ponian de comer, pasada la salchicha, el huevo parecia pure de papa, sin pan, sin mas opciones para comer.

The hotel was good, the metro was near by. However they are building a stadium nearby so lots of building work going on. The breakfast was just ok.
