Esta limpio y el personal es muy agradable, atento, es barato y el desayuno incluido es bastante aceptableesto es lo que me gusto. Lo que no me gusto es que no hay telefono en el hotel o forma de regular la temperatura del cuarto, la ubicación del hotel esta medio oscuro y algo lejano del metro o autobus.

Nous séjournons à cet hôtel pour une nuit suite à un concert à l’Adidas arena. La proximité est très appréciable ( 2 minutes à pied ). L’accueil s’est très bien déroulé, personnel sympa, bar abordable; recommandation d’un service de livraison de pizza directement en chambre et abordable aussi. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, pas d’eau chaude, vous conviendrez qu’une bonne douche par ce temps caniculaire ou après de la route ou après un concert, ou simplement parce que l’on paye l’hôtel et qu’on pense qu’une douche devrait faire partie du service de base, bref vous conviendrez que c’est pas mal et que se faire une douche gelée n’était pas dans le programme. Nous avons retrouvé du sang sur le rebord de la fenêtre ( c’est du pvc, facile à nettoyer, ça aurait pu être fait avant notre arrivée ), la douche fuit dans la chambre et le rideau n’est pas parfaitement occultant. Pour une nuit c’est pas mal, c’est dommage qu’un établissement si récent ne soit que « pas mal » cela dit.

Great hotel, convenient and quiet. Clean and good beds. Breakfast was ample and excellent. Close to public transportation made it easy to get there and around the city. Currently a lot of construction in the neighbourhood made it a bit inconvenient to get around. Some homeless in the area is a bit unsettling but we had no issues. Very limited choices to eat in the local area and at the hotel for dinner

Quartier en plein travaux, hôtel difficilement accessible depuis métro à 800m. Aucun restaurant à proximité et rien ni à l'hôtel ni au novotel. Chambre 8e étage type Formule1 avec vue dégagée sur décharge. En clair un peu honte d'avoir payer plus de 150€ la nuit. Même à 30€ je n'aurai pas pris. Bon voyage...

I chose this hotel because I was going to a show in Adidas Arena, 5 minute's walk from there. If you have a similar situation, staying 1 or 2 nights is okay. But otherwise it's a hard pass. The area is dirty, smelly...ugly. You know the fringe parts of societies where poverty and substance abuse reside - it is THAT area. I wasn't afraid, since I wasn't out late and it's summer, but I was definitely..."ugh". If you have a family: never. If you have a dog: you do Not want to take it for a walk here... Upon arriving I asked the man behind the counter if it was the reception, his response was "Well, what does it look like?". Honestly, I think he was trying to be a little sassy (not outright rude), but I wasn't feeling it; I wouldn't have asked if the sign above had said "front desk" instead of "bar". The night staff was nice. He made a little joke and was kind to show me the way when I asked. House keeping: it looked clean and neat enough. Raised bed, so it had been thoroughly hoovered, no hairs or anything in and around sink or bed. But 1: they didn't have proper sized linens for the bed. It was two regular ones on the mattress and two for my blanket - not the type you put the blanket in - so getting in and out of bed was just a mess of tangly sheets. 2: by the head of the bed there was a sticky stain. (Not..."human-like", more resembling a fizzy drink or juice). It was about 2x1dm, so how it could've been missed...

Hotelkamer is heel veel kleiner dan verwacht, wel schoon alleen sluit de douche cabine deur niet goed waardoor er water lekt. Uitzicht is in de avond prachtig vanuit het raam maar overdag veel junkies te zien. Geeft een onveilig gevoel overdag en in de avond. Parkeergarage is superkrap en duur risico dat je je auto beschadigd is aanwezig! Op straat parkeren is goedkoper maar wel met risico dat er ingebroken wordt doordat er veel armoede is in de wijk.

Tres bon hotel moderne et convivial pour un sejour parisien. Personnel tres sympathique et à l'écoute. Bon petit-déjeuner en libre service. Propreté des chambres, des sanitaires et des parties communes. J'ai apprécié le fait d'être autoriser à apporter de quoi manger et de s'installer au rez de chaussée près de la cuisine pour manger son repas. Pratique si on ne veut pas sortir le soir car il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place et l'hôtel propose aussi de faire livrer pizzas. Hotel situé près du périphérique avec parking mais aussi près du metro et du tramway, donc très pratique.

Ziemlich schlechter Service Hygiene: -Das Zimmer war voll von altem Staub. -Kissen hatten einen seltsamen, gebrauchten Geruch. -der Boden im Bad war mit Flecken (die Böden waren generell nicht sauber). -Die Belüftung der Dusche und der Toilette war vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht. -Die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls vorhanden, funktionierte auch nicht. Wir haben zu dritt in einem 3-Bett-Zimmer geschlafen. Das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, weil das in Paris verboten ist. Ich kann die Vorschriften verstehen, aber dann sollte man wenigstens das Fenster kippen können oder die Klimaanlage muss funktionieren. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Ich selbst habe eine Ausbildung zur Hotelfachfrau in einem der Accor-Häuser gemacht und dann dort gearbeitet. Ein solches "Hotel" sollte nicht betrieben werden. Denn es ist einfach eine Abzocke, die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern schön und geräumig aus. Ich habe schon in Ibis, Mercure und Novotel übernachtet, selbst im Ibis war der Service viel besser. Kurz und knapp, würde nicht wieder buchen.

Bij ontvangst was de medewerker van de receptie totaal niet vriendelijk. Maakte een vermoeide indruk, hielp omdat hij me moest helpen. Ik voelde mij bijna niet welkom. Het was omdat ik al gereserveerd had. Vloer van de kamer was stoffig. Sanitair was ook met vette vlekken. En het leek of de wasbak net was gebruikt want het was nog nat.

Great trip. Was a bit unsure about the location of the hotel but really didn't need to be. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord. Good links into the city by Metro, Bus or Tram all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area doesn't look the best but please don't let it put you off. We felt safe and all we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hotel staff very pleasant and always available. Good breakfast. Room was basic but very clean with a comfy bed. Perfect for a short break!

Hôtel réservé par rapport à l'addidas arena qui est à 5 minutes à pied. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner très correct . Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits . Le petit souci que nous avons eu c'est que nous n'avons pas pu payer avec l application chèque vacances !!!!

Les chambres sont propres , le personnel est sympathique. Il manque un sèche cheveux . Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le tarif . 5 minutes à pied de l addidas arena et moins de 10 minutes du métro de la porte de la chapelle.

The hotel itself was fine, our room had the shower connected without a door which made the whole room fog up and get humid and because we were on a level above six our window didn’t open. There’s no aircon in this place at all so prepare to over heat. the area around it was terrible so much so we found new accommodation as we were finding it so unsafe and unappealing. There’s no restraunts around the hotel and good luck seeing any of Paris’s attractions without taking 3 trains

The hotel is new, very modern, and spotlessly clean. The shower door is not water-tight, however, and quite a lot of water leaks onto the bedroom floor. The temperature control of the shower is also wonky; I always had to keep adjusting it, because it would go from warm to hot without warning.

Great trip. Was a bit unsure about the location of the hotel but really didn't need to be. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord. Good links into the city by Metro, Bus or Tram all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area doesn't look the best but please don't let it put you off. We felt safe and all we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hotel staff very pleasant and always available. Good breakfast. Room was basic but very clean with a comfy bed. Perfect for a short break!

A distinctly bad experience. Upon check-in, I was mistakenly charged again for a stay I had already paid for in advance. I flagged this immediately at reception, but it still took four days and multiple uncomfortable conversations to get the issue resolved. Throughout this time, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, neither by the staff member who made the error nor by the two managers I later dealt with. Eventually I did get a refund, but the situation was handled with such incompetence and unprofessionalism that I spent most of my stay genuinely anxious that I wouldn’t get my money back. Beyond that, the hotel felt like a case of being catfished. The bright, trendy-looking photos gave a much more appealing impression than the reality and I was seriously disappointed upon arrival. The location is also quite far from the city center and didn’t feel particularly safe. That said, the hotel was clean and offered decent value for money considering it was peak summer season.

Excellent budget hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Metro, bus and tram stop (Port for easy connections into Paris itself. Charles de Gulle Airport is around 50 mins way on train, and all central Paris attractions around 40 minutes. The breakfast was self service continental buffet- fresh croissants, bread, eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and with drinks. The hotel is very clean and we had fresh towels daily. Perfect for a base to explore Paris. There are many fast food places and a little supermarket in Port Chapelle (where the nearest metro station is) for fine dining you need to travel farther afield.

I chose this hotel because I was going to a show in Adidas Arena, 5 minute's walk from there. If you have a similar situation, staying 1 or 2 nights is okay. But otherwise it's a hard pass. The area is dirty, smelly...ugly. You know the fringe parts of societies where poverty and substance abuse reside - it is THAT area. I wasn't afraid, since I wasn't out late and it's summer, but I was definitely..."ugh". If you have a family: never. If you have a dog: you do Not want to take it for a walk here... Upon arriving I asked the man behind the counter if it was the reception, his response was "Well, what does it look like?". Honestly, I think he was trying to be a little sassy (not outright rude), but I wasn't feeling it; I wouldn't have asked if the sign above had said "front desk" instead of "bar". The night staff was nice. He made a little joke and was kind to show me the way when I asked. House keeping: it looked clean and neat enough. Raised bed, so it had been thoroughly hoovered, no hairs or anything in and around sink or bed. But 1: they didn't have proper sized linens for the bed. It was two regular ones on the mattress and two for my blanket - not the type you put the blanket in - so getting in and out of bed was just a mess of tangly sheets. 2: by the head of the bed there was a sticky stain. (Not..."human-like", more resembling a fizzy drink or juice). It was about 2x1dm, so how it could've been missed...

The area was awful and very scary avoid at all cost. The neighbours are noisy and there’s no telephone to call reception. You have to put a deposit for a hair dryer. The shower leaks. The staff members are not humble people either. We requested pillows and got none. And the rooms are so small and pathetic will never stay in this rubbish hotel again.

L'insonorisation des chambres est excellente et la propreté globale très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du tarif et varié. Porte de la chapelle reste un peu craignos mais tout va en s'améliorant, le quartier devient fréquentable.

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein, auf den Fotos erkennt man es nicht. Generell gesagt, die Zimmer sind auf Minimum ausgelegt. Lauwarme Dusche, statt Handtücher nur Badetücher, sehr enges WC, kein Schrank … Händewaschen im Zimmer. Frühstück eher mau…. Zu Stoßzeiten Chaos, ständig werden einem die selbst gekochten Eier weg genommen. Schade.

Tres bon hotel moderne et convivial pour un sejour parisien. Personnel tres sympathique et à l'écoute. Bon petit-déjeuner en libre service. Propreté des chambres, des sanitaires et des parties communes. J'ai apprécié le fait d'être autoriser à apporter de quoi manger et de s'installer au rez de chaussée près de la cuisine pour manger son repas. Pratique si on ne veut pas sortir le soir car il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place et l'hôtel propose aussi de faire livrer pizzas. Hotel situé près du périphérique avec parking mais aussi près du metro et du tramway, donc très pratique.

The hotel itself was fine, our room had the shower connected without a door which made the whole room fog up and get humid and because we were on a level above six our window didn’t open. There’s no aircon in this place at all so prepare to over heat. the area around it was terrible so much so we found new accommodation as we were finding it so unsafe and unappealing. There’s no restraunts around the hotel and good luck seeing any of Paris’s attractions without taking 3 trains

I chose this hotel because I was going to a show in Adidas Arena, 5 minute's walk from there. If you have a similar situation, staying 1 or 2 nights is okay. But otherwise it's a hard pass. The area is dirty, smelly...ugly. You know the fringe parts of societies where poverty and substance abuse reside - it is THAT area. I wasn't afraid, since I wasn't out late and it's summer, but I was definitely..."ugh". If you have a family: never. If you have a dog: you do Not want to take it for a walk here... Upon arriving I asked the man behind the counter if it was the reception, his response was "Well, what does it look like?". Honestly, I think he was trying to be a little sassy (not outright rude), but I wasn't feeling it; I wouldn't have asked if the sign above had said "front desk" instead of "bar". The night staff was nice. He made a little joke and was kind to show me the way when I asked. House keeping: it looked clean and neat enough. Raised bed, so it had been thoroughly hoovered, no hairs or anything in and around sink or bed. But 1: they didn't have proper sized linens for the bed. It was two regular ones on the mattress and two for my blanket - not the type you put the blanket in - so getting in and out of bed was just a mess of tangly sheets. 2: by the head of the bed there was a sticky stain. (Not..."human-like", more resembling a fizzy drink or juice). It was about 2x1dm, so how it could've been missed...
