Fantastic stay at Novotel Paris Saint-Denis! We had a great stay on the fifth floor. The staff was very warm and welcoming! The hotel has a parking garage for those with a car, but it is $20/day. The hotel has a restaurant that is open for dinner daily but is closed on Sundays. They also have breakfast but it is not included in your stay if you choose to have breakfast at the hotel. They also have room service! The staff was able to help with tourist suggestions as needed. Great stay overall!

The restaurant was advertised as open, but no notice was given that the kitchen was closed. We waited until 7pm, only to be told—after sitting down—that it wasn't operating. Even reception staff were unaware. There was also a water leak and no staff available to assist—only one overstretched receptionist managing everything. Not the level of service you'd expect from a Novotel.

Vi bokade sviten två dagar för två vuxna och två tonåringar. Läget är bra med närhet till Metron rakt utanför hotellet, turen in till Paris tar ca 25 minuter. Bra parkering under hotellet, infarten ligger på andra sidan gatan, kostar 20 Euro/dygn. Rummet var stort och modernt inrett, konstigt med en glasruta mellan duschen och sovrummet dock. Frukosten kostar 18 Euro/person och natt, så vi prövade inte den. Man förväntar sig lite mera av ett hotell i denna klassen när det kommer till städningen och servicen. Trots att vi hade bokat för fyra personer fanns det bara morgonrockar, handdukar, kaffe, minibar, etc till två. Den utlovade Eiffeltornsutsikten fanns inte eftersom vi fick ett rum på första våningen. Priserna som skrevs ut på Hotels hemsida var klart överdrivna, eftersom deras originalpriser stod på en tavla i receptionen som viade att vi har betalt fullt pris och inte något discount. Städningen var bristfällig där schampo inte fylldes på i duschen, kaffekoppar lämnades smutsiga på borden och kaffe inte fylldes på. Totalt sett ett fint hotel i modern stil, men där servicen och städningen inte lever upp till priserna.

The property is very clean and has good room service with the receptionists being able to speak both French and English. The location is also good as it is right next to a subway station, 2 bus stops and a tram station however there is a group of French Roadmen selling spikes cigarettes everyday and occasionally having fights below. No big shops or restaurants around but there is an Aldi located nearby that sells the necessities and food. There is restaurant and bar in hotel; they are clean but the menu is limited and although we enjoyed the majority of the dishes. It is suited to a certain taste. The breakfast has a wide variety of fresh dishes of buffet style however be aware that it is not free and needs to be paid when you check out. The hotel also offers a small fitness room. The room has a lack of variety of free weights but the machine has multiple different exercises and weights although the chest press is broken and the seat has limited adjustability making lat pulldowns challenging. It also contains 2 treadmills and a cross trainer. Overall, the hotel is clean, well connected to Paris (it even has a slight view of the Eiffel Tower), generally safe -as long as you don't go out too late-, good service, a pleasant restaurant experience and a adequate fitness room.

Nous avons réservé que pour 1 nuit car nous venions pour assister a un concert au Stade de France. Tout etait parfait. L'emplacement est parfait meme pas 10 minutes a pieds du stade par une zone pietonne. L'accueil etait chaleureux. Seul bemol nous avons eu du mal a trouver un stationnement pour notre voiture. En tout cas nous n'hésiterons pas a reserver de nouveau si besoin.

I chose this hotel because of its location. We wanted to stay outside of Paris because we were renting a car, and this hotel has a Metro station (and tram/RER) a few steps from the lobby. Hotel parking is in an underground garage across the street, and you can easily roll your bags to a hotel elevator directly from the parking area. We had a "superior" room, which was spacious, well maintained and quiet. We didn\'t know much about Saint Denis before we arrived, but we visited the Basilica and it is amazing. It\'s where most of the kings of France are buried and we spent an entire afternoon there. For dining, we usually had breakfast at Maison Honoré (a few doors up the street) which has delicious pastries and excellent coffee. For dinner, we favored Joe\'s Grill, next to the hotel.

Surrounding area felt a little unsafe, we didn’t have any bad experiences, just from another country it was unsettling. Once you’re in the hotel, it’s perfect! They have a bar and a restaurant. Staff was very accommodating as needed. Parking was safe and secure. Would have liked to have had an ev car charger in the secure parking for overnight use. Otherwise great experience!

The hotel rooms are OK, but you could tell, that the carpet hasn’t been washed in a while. The restroom sink was clogged and nobody came to fix it when we requested it. We asked for an ironing board and iron because they dont have any in the rooms, so they don’t have employees to take it, and we had to go and pick it up at the reception, and returned it when we were done using it. They didn’t clean our room on our first day there, even though we let the staff know that they could do it. It’s not what we expected.

J’ai passé un excellent sejour à l’Hotel Novotel, Saint Denis Basilique, Porte de Paris, avec des receptionistes très gentils, dont Djamal, un merveilleux monsieur, qui a rendu mon sejour agréable par sa disponibilité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et trop propres avec un service quotidien de nettoyage.

The hotel was very convenient for a prolonged weekend. The breakfast is really good, the staff is friendly, and the fact that it is possible to get a drink in the hotel, and don’t have to go to a bar, is a big plus. Not to mention that the metro is located very conveniently at the door step. On the improvement side, the toilets in the basement are quite dirty, there is a bit of strange smell in the hallway, and the area surrounding the hotel is not pleasant. Also, the mattresses are quite hard. But overall, I would stay in the same place next time I visit Paris.

Gutes Hotel mit Metro M13 direkt vor der Tür. In 15-20min ist man damit in der City. Negativ war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich (gut) funktioniert hat, so dass wie bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten, was bei dem Straßenlärm nicht so toll war.

We chose this hotel as a base for our trip to Paris - we have been before and are confident in using the metro etc. There is a metro station literally just outside the hotel doors so super convenient. You are able to use this to get all over Paris easily and cheaply. It’s about an 8 minute walk over to the stade de France. The area itself is ‘colourful’. Some questionable people hanging around but in general we just got on with our day & weren’t bothered by anything. I wouldn’t say it’s an area where I would go out to eat but to be honest we didn’t try so you never know. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We had a suite on the top floor with an Eiffel Tower view and it was lovely. A really good value hotel in a good location for exploring the rest of the city.

Wir waren als Familie da. Die Unterkunft liegt praktisch, wenn man mit dem ÖV reist. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung genügend Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind tipptopp für eine Städtereise. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

We were happy with the room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent, as it was a quick and easy trip to get to the city center. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service. On our first night, the lights in our room were not working properly. We tried to call the reception twice to get help, but no one answered the phone. The next day, we put the "please clean" sign on our door before leaving for the day, but when we returned, our room had not been serviced. While the lack of attention to these issues was disappointing, we still had a good overall experience. With some improvements to their service, this hotel could be fantastic.

Great room- large and comfortable with refrigerator, kettle, seating area, large bathroom. Only criticism- the bed could have been larger given the room was large enough to house it. Breakfast adequate. Lobby spaceous

I chose this hotel because of its location. We wanted to stay outside of Paris because we were renting a car, and this hotel has a Metro station (and tram/RER) a few steps from the lobby. Hotel parking is in an underground garage across the street, and you can easily roll your bags to a hotel elevator directly from the parking area. We had a "superior" room, which was spacious, well maintained and quiet. We didn\'t know much about Saint Denis before we arrived, but we visited the Basilica and it is amazing. It\'s where most of the kings of France are buried and we spent an entire afternoon there. For dining, we usually had breakfast at Maison Honoré (a few doors up the street) which has delicious pastries and excellent coffee. For dinner, we favored Joe\'s Grill, next to the hotel.

La chambre etait parfaite. Deuxieme fois que je viens chez vous et rien a redire. Le personnel est agreable et a lecoute, tres souriant et poli. Seul petit defaut cest quil fait vraiment chaud danswla chambre meme en laissant la fenetre ouverte toute la journee et toute la nuit sinon cest impeccable. The air conditioning did not work. We went to the front desk twice, we called from our room again. No one attended to that issue.the room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep any of the two nights. I will not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay at Novotel Paris Saint-Denis! We had a great stay on the fifth floor. The staff was very warm and welcoming! The hotel has a parking garage for those with a car, but it is $20/day. The hotel has a restaurant that is open for dinner daily but is closed on Sundays. They also have breakfast but it is not included in your stay if you choose to have breakfast at the hotel. They also have room service! The staff was able to help with tourist suggestions as needed. Great stay overall!

The restaurant was advertised as open, but no notice was given that the kitchen was closed. We waited until 7pm, only to be told—after sitting down—that it wasn't operating. Even reception staff were unaware. There was also a water leak and no staff available to assist—only one overstretched receptionist managing everything. Not the level of service you'd expect from a Novotel.

We were happy with the room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent, as it was a quick and easy trip to get to the city center. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service. On our first night, the lights in our room were not working properly. We tried to call the reception twice to get help, but no one answered the phone. The next day, we put the "please clean" sign on our door before leaving for the day, but when we returned, our room had not been serviced. While the lack of attention to these issues was disappointing, we still had a good overall experience. With some improvements to their service, this hotel could be fantastic.

Pour se restaurer sur place, je me renseigne à 18h, on me dit pas possible de commander avant 19h, je descends à 18h50 et plusieurs personnes sont déjà installées et sont déjà servis et beaucoup d'autres en attente. Je commande les pâtes, on me dit pas possible c'est que le snaking alors que je m'étais renseigné à 18h et c'était bon pour les pâtes !!! My wife and I were impressed by the welcoming staff. The fellow waited for us till 1 am and suggested a hot pizza for us from the hotel restaurant. As we had a long journey, it was nice seeing the hotel just when off from the underground train.

We chose this hotel as a base for our trip to Paris - we have been before and are confident in using the metro etc. There is a metro station literally just outside the hotel doors so super convenient. You are able to use this to get all over Paris easily and cheaply. It’s about an 8 minute walk over to the stade de France. The area itself is ‘colourful’. Some questionable people hanging around but in general we just got on with our day & weren’t bothered by anything. I wouldn’t say it’s an area where I would go out to eat but to be honest we didn’t try so you never know. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We had a suite on the top floor with an Eiffel Tower view and it was lovely. A really good value hotel in a good location for exploring the rest of the city.

The room has a lack of variety of free weights but the machine has multiple different exercises and weights although the chest press is broken and the seat has limited adjustability making lat pulldowns challenging. It also contains 2 treadmills and a cross trainer. Overall, the hotel is clean, well connected to Paris (it even has a slight view of the Eiffel Tower), generally safe -as long as you don't go out too late-, good service, a pleasant restaurant experience and a adequate fitness room.

Surrounding area felt a little unsafe, we didn’t have any bad experiences, just from another country it was unsettling. Once you’re in the hotel, it’s perfect! They have a bar and a restaurant. Staff was very accommodating as needed. Parking was safe and secure. Would have liked to have had an ev car charger in the secure parking for overnight use. Otherwise great experience!

My recent stay at Novotel Saint-Denis Paris was disappointing due to several issues that fell far below the standard expected of a hotel of this calibre. Firstly, the hotel restaurant was advertised as open, yet we were not informed that the kitchen was in fact closed. We waited until 7pm for dinner, only to sit at a table in the restaurant and be told 15 minutes later that it was not open. Even the reception staff were unaware of this closure, which reflects very poor communication within the hotel. Secondly, there was a water leak - kind of a burst hot water pipe during our stay, and no staff were available to assist. There was only a single receptionist trying to manage everything, which was completely inadequate for the situation. Overall, the lack of communication and staff presence made for a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. This hotel needs to urgently address both its internal communication and its staffing levels.

The hotel was very convenient for a prolonged weekend. The breakfast is really good, the staff is friendly, and the fact that it is possible to get a drink in the hotel, and don’t have to go to a bar, is a big plus. Not to mention that the metro is located very conveniently at the door step. On the improvement side, the toilets in the basement are quite dirty, there is a bit of strange smell in the hallway, and the area surrounding the hotel is not pleasant. Also, the mattresses are quite hard. But overall, I would stay in the same place next time I visit Paris.

The room itself was clean, however the entrance a d reception areas were looking very bad. Rooms are very noisy and and all the banging from upstairs could be heard. Most of all, the location is terrible. Doesn't look like Paris, more like street market in Yemen. Hotel is right in front of the LRT so taxi's can't even come close to the entrance and we had to carry all our luggage across train tracks. Very unsafe area too.

The parking was a bit awkward - I found it difficult to find the Carpark which is actually across the road and did not show up on Google maps, and then there weren’t any spaces available in the Novotel specific area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room itself was large and comfortable although the safe was not working. I included breakfast and it was well worth it although would recommend avoiding peak time as there may not be a table available.

The potential is great. Its a good breakfast, with nice staff. The elevator was partially out of order, the room was a bit rough. But overall an ok experience. A feeling of unsafe neighbourhood during late night.
