Localisation idéale pour aller au stade de France. Le personnel est plutôt sympathique. La salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas adapté pour les jours de forte affluence. Il n'y a pas de plateau de courtoisie, dommage. Hôtel calme. Gros + présence d'un parking.

On ne pouvait ouvrir la fenêtre, celle ci étant fermé à clé. Quand on a demandée ils ont dit que c’était pour que la Clim marche mieux mais même sans ça. C’est toujours mieux d’aérer pour les odeurs ou avoir de l’air frais. Le distributeur de boissons/sucrerie était hors service, dommage quand on veut prendre de l’eau alors qu’il fait 26°. Sinon tout vas bien rien à signaler, bon accueil.

As instalações do hotel sao ótimas, mas o local é bem perigoso e afastado. Ficamos com muito medo todas as vezes que saímos a chegávamos. O hotel em si peca com a falta de alimentação ou comidas servidas na maquina do local, no dia que chegamos a mesma estava vazia (nao tinha nem agua a venda mais).

The sheets, pillows and towels smelled bad like they werent washed. The room size was good, the building was in a good location too, and very clean. It would have been a 5 star for sure if the bed and towels did not smell like sweat.

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der Nähe zum Stade de France gebucht, da wir dort auf einem Konzert waren. Das würde ich nicht wieder tun. Die Unterkunft an sich war ok. Allerdings liegt sie ca. 1h von Paris entfernt und befindet sich in einer sehr zwielichtigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft sehr geärgert. Man wird die ganze Zeit angegafft und angesprochen, sehr dubios alles. Die Unterkunft an sich war wie gesagt ok, allerdings haben wir beim Check In zwei tote Fliegen auf der Bettdecke gefunden und auch das Personal an der Rezeption hat sehr langsam gearbeitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, seul petit bémol : il fait très chaud dans les chambres même si l’on met en marche la climatisation… donc nous avons ouvert les fenêtres mais avec le passage de la voie rapide juste en bas : beaucoup de bruit..

Staff was polite and always there . Room was quite spacious and neat and clean . I would just request you to please add an electric kettles to every room , a hair dryer and bid tables as we were three in the room and there was no space to keep our belongings and things on the small table provided.

Saint-Denis is a little far outside central Paris, but easily accessible by public transport (though the hotel is a metro, tram and walk away). The room was a good size and clean, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and hotel staff tried their best but couldn’t find a second pillow when requested. Despite being located next to a fair busy main road, the sound wasn’t too disturbing for a light sleeper. The biggest drawback (which the hotel can’t control) is that Saint Denis isn’t the nicest of areas. It’s not often I feel uncomfortable in major cities, but walking through Saint Denis late at night I did.

We have stayed in other B&B Hotels and really liked them but we were disappointed in this one. The staff were unhelpful when we asked for an extra pillow, trainee reception staff were not very friendly. The area outside was not clean and we felt unsafe walking home from the Stade de France.

The hotel was as described. It's clean, quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood isn't great but I knew that before I booked. It is what you expect in the Paris suburbs. That being said, it didn't feel unsafe during the day. There's a bus close by that goes to the RER that goes to Paris. It's convenient and easy. I would book this hotel again. It was good for the price.

L’hôtel est propre, qualitatif Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles à cause du petit déjeuner qui est anecdotique. De plus, les œufs brouillés sont sous la même cloche que les tranches de lardons de cochon. Autant dire, que c’est impossible pour un végétarien, un juif ou un musulman d’en manger. Il suffit de mettre de cloches différentes afin de respecter les régimes alimentaires de tous. A part ça,nul est très bien l’hôtel.

L’hôtel est propre, qualitatif Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles à cause du petit déjeuner qui est anecdotique. De plus, les œufs brouillés sont sous la même cloche que les tranches de lardons de cochon. Autant dire, que c’est impossible pour un végétarien, un juif ou un musulman d’en manger. Il suffit de mettre de cloches différentes afin de respecter les régimes alimentaires de tous. A part ça,nul est très bien l’hôtel.

The property itself was meh. Only two small pillows in the room asked for additional and they do not have. Only three towels, mat and 2 bath towels. Asked about dining and were immediately told about a kiosk they have at lobby to order delivery and that it had many options. We asked about walking distance and immediately responded it was not too safe especially at night. We ended up ordering from kiosk which has only about six options and are not the best. We got delivery wrong too. Bottom line- do not recommend due to extremely limited services plus area is totally unsafe.

As instalações do hotel sao ótimas, mas o local é bem perigoso e afastado. Ficamos com muito medo todas as vezes que saímos a chegávamos. O hotel em si peca com a falta de alimentação ou comidas servidas na maquina do local, no dia que chegamos a mesma estava vazia (nao tinha nem agua a venda mais).
