Fun tourist hotel catering to young and families. Very new and updated. On the Seine River blocks from Eiffel Tower. We did not use the restaurant but looked beautiful with big buffet breakfast.

We loved but didn't love the Yooma. So let's start with the not-so-good. The rooms are cramped. We booked a Family Y4 Seine Side room - queen bed and bunk beds (it did not have a view of the Seine). Storage is minimal, but the beds are raised, so at least you can slide suitcases under them. There is a safe in the room, but we could not figure out how it worked and there were no instructions. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was shampoo and soap in the shower, but it wasn't labeled, so I might have washed my hair with soap and my body with shampoo? No washcloths. The shower sprayed EVERYWHERE, creating a huge mess. And there was mold. Oh, and the sheets were like jersey knit T-shirt sheets that had clearly been used and washed several times - they were scratchy. All of that being said... Our family still liked the hotel. We loved the free arcade games and pool table. There was also a play room for younger kids and 2 little libraries to pick out a book to read. We liked being able to grab a drink and hang out in the lounge/lobby while the kids played video games. And really, the location is excellent. You're a 12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes to a Metro station that connects you easily to other sites. Staff were lovely - my daughter had a sore throat and they gave us tea and tracked down honey in the restaurant next door. Despite the negatives, I would still give it a solid 7/10. It's a good bargain for the location. Caters to young families.

One of the elevators didn’t work. The air conditioner was struggling to keep up with a very hot day. Other than that the room was nice and it was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower.
