Great family hotel, free games and play rooms and good food.

部屋は大きな窓があり、2段ベッドに子ども達も喜んでいました。冷蔵庫は無し。地下にランドリーがありましたが、2台中1台が故障中。ドライ機能も故障との事で、使えず、フロントに言って返金してもらいました。洗濯物は部屋のハンガーや窓際で干しました。地下にアイロンがあったので、乾きかけのものにアイロンをかけたりもしました。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえますが、1つのロッカーで3€かかります。駅のロッカーよりは安いかもしれませんが、メトロを使ってホテルまで戻るのに、もしかしたらかかった金額はどっこいどっこいだったかも。 フロントの方はフレンドリーで、冷蔵品の預かりは不可だったものの、保冷剤を冷凍してもらうことは可能でした。 4泊しましたが、子ども達がロビー階のゲームにはまってしまったので、今度はもう少し短めでもいいかな？と思いました。

We had a quiet night sleep. Parking on site was excellent. Great location. Nice variety at breakfast.

Short walk to the Eiffel Tower, a train station and a cute cafe. They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer and they take coins only. Complimentary water at the bar but no complementary coffee in the morning. Overall good place for the money.

Good place for kids and location, but can’t have 1 person at night serving the bar, checking people in and handling other issues. Plus, $3 per locker to store luggage on check out is ridiculous.

Excellent location, beds super comfortable, great games and bar on site. Loved it.

The perfect family hotel in Paris, the location was excellent, felt really safe and there were good food options nearby. The rooms were clean and well laid out, my children loved the bunk beds. The lobby area is fantastic with the Pac-Man theme, soft play room & free arcade games. Perfect for some downtime with a glass of wine while the children make new friends. Couldn’t fault Yooma at all and would return in an instant.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The first time was great so we chose this hotel again. This time the laundry machines were out of service during our entire stay. This was a bit frustrating as I had called ahead before booking to ensure there was laundry on the premises as this was part of a longer trip. When I mentioned this to management they didn’t really seem to care. Other than that this place does still have a lot to offer. My kids loved the free mini arcade in the lobby and the play room. And the staff is friendly. Check-out was a bit slow. There is no iron in the room, but the one in the laundry room is usually available to use. The Eiffel tower is about a 17 minute walk away. And the Monoprix grocery store which is huge is about a 5 minute walk away. Overall I would still recommend this place. Just don’t count on the amenities.

Nice hotel and staff are very helpful and friendly. The carpark is gated and safe for the car. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Yooma Urban Lodge Paris was deeply disappointing. The accommodation was cramped for a family of four, with dirty floors and stained curtains that gave the room an unkempt feel. Breakfast options were extremely limited and of poor quality, and several arcade games — one of the advertised attractions — were broken and unusable. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that fell far short of expectations, especially given the glowing reviews on Hotels.com, which did not reflect the reality we encountered.

El servicio al cliente no es bueno, le falta limpieza al cuarto, colchón sucio con restos de desechos humanos, el baño huele a sucio y hay humedad , no hay muchas amenidades en el baño, los vasos del baño ni los lavan , les falta mejorar la calidad de las sábanas ,20 min caminando a Torre Eiffel y la estación de metro. El restaurante huele a aceite ,

Got the room with the double bed and bunk beds for a family of four. Room was incredibly small, had to squeeze around bed and wall small. On one occasion cleaning staff didn’t clean room. Front desk staff were incredibly distracted and uninterested in being helpful or interacting. Biggest complain as the room was cold and when I complained the thermostat in our room didn’t seem to be functioning I was told twice it would be fixed only to find out there was never a request for maintenance placed. When I complained they gave us a space heater for the room which took up more space in an already very small room.

In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich wie in einem Bunker/Gefängis. Es hat in der Lobby wie auch in den Gängen wahnsinnig gestunken. Es wird nicht gelüftet. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen in den Gängen. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. In unserem 4-Bett Zimmer konnten wir (2x Erwachsene und 2x Kinder) kaum bewegen. Wir standen uns praktisch immer auf die Füsse. Bei unserer Ankunft, meinte ein Mitarbeiter wir könnten am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln. Am nächsten Tag hat uns der Manager etwas unfreundlich klar gemacht, dass wir kein anderes Zimmer bekommen, da wir dies so gebucht haben. Der Boden wurde nur besenrein aufgenommen. Die frischen Badetücher haben komisch gerochen. Wir hatten auf einigen Badetücher Haare von andern Gästen gefunden, auch hatten wir braune Flecken auf den Badetücher gehabt. Wir haben uns wirklich geeckelt. Der Tresor hat nicht funktioniert. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank um die Getränke oder Medikamente zu kühlen. Wir konnten nur 1x Frühstücken und das am 1. Januar 25 und das in der Lobby, weil wir um 09.50 Uhr anscheinend bereits zu spät für das Frühstück waren. Um das Hotel ist es sehr schmutzig und unheimlich. Es stinkt nach Urin auch haben wir Kot neben des Restaurant gesehen (3 Tage lang liegt es da). Wir sahen auch zum ersten Mal Ratten rumlaufen. Positiv war, die Kinder konnten kostenlos Brettspiele benutzen. Haben wir aber nicht genutzt, da die Lobby immer überfüllt war. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Wir würden das Hotel nie wieder buchen.

El hotel está muy sucio, el colchón con algunas manchas de fluidos y/o desechos humanos( sangre ) , los vasos del baño sin lavar , el baño olía a suciedad y humedad , no teléfono en el cuarto , deben mejorar las sábanas de mejor calidad al de las almohadas , no hay teléfono en el cuarto , nos cobraron extra para estar en una habitación de 6 personas 177 dólares extras , y nos dieron una de 4 personas , ( éramos mi esposo , yo y mi hija de 8 años ) mal servicio de atención al cliente, se ve remodelado , pero hasta el restaurante huele mucho a aceite . No servía el aire acondicionado del lobby .. y el desayuno empezó 7:20 . No volvería . Lo único es la localización a 20 min caminando de la torre eiffel . Precio excesivo ya que es un hotel sucio, falta de personal y falta de limpieza .

We really enjoyed our stay as a family! The room was immaculately clean and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The position was also fantastic and made for a fun and memorable experience. Well done YOOMA Team!

Adoramos o hotel no geral e o atendimento muito bom!! Mas o quarto muito pequeno mesmo! Além disso, tem uma fresta muito grande em baixo da porta que faz entrar muita luz do corredor (tive que por lá o tapete do banheiro durante a noite), e tem um sensor de presença que toda vez que nós mexíamos ele acionava. Eu com uma bebê foi incômodo.

Stayed six nights. Rooms were advertised as sound-proof but they weren’t. Kids were running up and down the halls at all times of night with loud talking and screaming. This is not a hotel for travelers without kids. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and they made a effort to keep it tidy.

We like the location being in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The bunk beds were great for the kids. An area to improve is the air conditioning. It was very hot out and the air conditioning did not cool off the room.

Don’t stay here during summer,it’s uncomfortably hot.The AC is barely working even when I complain multiple times.My friend who came with us has to moved to another hotel.We stayed in a room for 6 people,it’s very tight no room for luggage so it’s miserable without an AC.

We were given a room for handicapped individuals and the entire bathroom will be wet when showering and was an inconvenience.

Within a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room for 6 people was brilliant, absolutely 100% recommend this hotel! It was new, clean, good service, and we used their locker to store luggage. Will stay here when we come back.

We stayed here for two nights, and overall it was just okay. The room felt cramped, especially considering it was meant to accommodate six people. The bathroom was also quite small, and there wasn’t much space to keep our luggage. Breakfast options were limited. Front desk were friendly and welcoming though. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Ive stayed here before and usually its a great experience. This time around my luggage was broken by housekeeping. We informed the front desk but there was no manager available. We had to depart to not miss our flight. Ive sent two messages to far since then (checked out more than a week ago) and no response. Very upsetting.

Excellent hotel, quirky interior and reception. Kids loved the interactive games and bunk beds in the rooms. Super location, walking distance to tower and paris attractions! Staff lovely, fiendly and accomdatimg!

É um hotel que se comporta como um simples Hostel. Péssimo serviço e não tem Restaurante. Muitos quartos e apenas um elevador funcionando. O Locker não cabe malas grandes. Um péssimo Colaborador me tratou muito mal no Café da manhã e me parecia que desconfiava que não iriamos pagar, embora sermos clientes Gold da Expedia e não alcançaríamos este nível por mero acaso. Evite este hotel!

We had a great family stay at YOOMA Urban Lodge near the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect for our family of five. Sandra at reception was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Staff are really nice and helpful

It is accessible to a lot of stuff. The staff is not friendly. The hotel’s air conditioning is not properly working. It is really hot in the lobby. The games machine is not working. It is poorly managed and way overcharged per room. Breakfast is free, which is a good thing, but it's not warm or hot.

Easy to find, good location near to Eiffel tower. My children enjoyed the board games and the retro arcade games. Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room that was perfect for our stay.

We stayed at Yooma Urban Lodge for 4 nights with our family of 5. We enjoyed the family room for 6 as it had a bed for everyone. The Hotel itself was a bit tricky to find but once we did, it was easy to get back to. There are plenty of places to eat and a few small stores to get groceries at nearby. The area around the hotel was not the best as it was dirty and not maintained. Our time at Yooma was nice. We were able to do laundry but had to wait a bit as there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. It was nice to have a separate toilet from the shower. It would have been helpful to have an iron and ironing board in the room as well as a mini fridge, but maybe those are just American conveniences that we have at hotels in the states. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Property is 10 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and the subway/train even closer!

Liked how convenient it was to the metro and eiffel tower making it easy to travel around. Good size, well designed, clean rooms.

Nice quirky feel to the hotel, with a pacman theme. Plenty of things for kids to do (arcades and soft play area kept them occupied). Location was 10 mins walk to nearest metro station and 15 mins to Eiffel tower.

Fantastic location for the Eiffel Tower - 10 mins walk. The hotel is fun and the staff very friendly. Room was small but perfectly fine and clean and great for what we needed. Bunk bed was great for kids. We went for the breakfast buffet which was a very pleasant surprise with a lot of hot and cold options. Special mention for the bacon and scrambled eggs!

Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast onsite was way overpriced. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, and convenient to subway into town and Versailles.

O Hotel fica distante das estações de metrô. O quarto ficava muito quente mesmo no inverno e o ar condicionado não funcionava direito. O quarto é minúsculo para uma família de 4 pessoas, não tem lugar para as malas. O serviço de quarto é péssimo. Pedimos travesseiros e demoraram 2 dias pra entregar mesmo reforçando o pedido 2 vezes ao dia . O café da manhã é fraco, sem variedade.

Location was perfect!!! Great for a family with kids, They can definitely use an upgrade on the playroom (basically for toddlers) They promote kid friendly but kids only had about 5 playing machines …. The buffet was delicious for breakfast, not so much for dinner . Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, shopping mall , train station and bus stops. Only bad thing to say is they had NO MICROWAVE, NO FRIDGE . The laundry area was malfunctioning too took all night to have someone come fix the washer
