We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Only think missing was a pool, but a nice place to stay. Definitely would recommend it to our friends and family.

It was pretty nice I loved it! The only thing for anyone that may care there is no pool. And I just wished the shower heads were better lol but besides that, loved it! Definitely would come back.

I like the fact that it’s not just the place that’s pet friendly but also the staff too! However, I gave 4 stars for the service because I had booked 2 rooms and tried both phones in the rooms to contact front desk directly but I only got 2 rings then busy tone, because I was looking for the microwave that says “in-room” before I booked our stay but turns out they only have one which is in the breakfast area but overall, it was a decent stay.

I have stayed at this property twice in the last two months. I appreciate being acknowledged when I am in the lobby. The hotel is very clean and the housekeepers are busy in the morning- all good signs. I also like the convenience of the free coffee and filtered drinking water in reception area.

Check in was a little longer than most hotels but other than that the hotel room and hotel itself was very nice and clean. Amazing amenities, including hand soap which I love. Has everything you want out of a room. However I enjoy a very cold room when I sleep and ac doesn't go lower than 65 but it's not that big a issue. Great location for all the places we were visiting. Location feels safe and secure. Check out was very fast and easy. Overall I had a very pleasant and great experience staying here

Wasn’t to happy with the people from upstairs. Making so much noise, stomping. The people next door had their tv on so loud through the night. It’s like you can hear everything through the walls.

This is a nice hotel but it is geared towards out of town workers. It’s not very roomy and there’s no closet space. Would I stay here again, yes if I was by myself but not as a couple or family.

Brand new hotel. The room was spacious and so comfortable. They used every bit of space to create lots of storage. The bathroom was big and shower was great. Front desk staff recommended a great bar and grill called BoneShakers that had excellent food and a great ambiance and was really close to the property. Will definitely book a room here next time we come to the coast.

We stayed for a softball tournament. We were on the 1st floor. The walls are paper thin, was able to hear our neighbors TV and them snoring at night. Can hear anyone walking on the floor above, in the hallway even. Sounded like elephants. Our tournament ended up getting canceled 2nd day there. We asked if there was anyway we can get credit or a refund. She said since we went through hotels.com we'd have to contact them. Hotels.com was very nice and tried to get a a room credit for another stay some other day at another IHG location as we travel a lot for Softball. The manager denied their request. Ended up taking a loss on a day and went home so we can sleep in peace. I'll never stay at another IGH location again. Also waitig on pending charges to finalize, as so far I'm being charged $25 over what it was supposed to be, plus another $25 for whatever reason.

When i accidentally left some of my luggage at the hotel, they were very helpful and got it shipped back. I paid for the shipping of course but then again it was my fault for leaving it there

Checkin was smooth and welcoming. Room was good and comfortable. AC was cold! Check out morning we had do not disturb magnet out and still received a loud knock on the door from housekeeping to see if we had left the room yet. Check out is at 11am. That was frustrating.

The people who worked the front desk were very rude and were too inconvenienced to look up from their phone for a simple question. It shouldn’t be called a breakfast. There was barely anything to eat other than apples, cereal, toast, and boiled eggs. It was just okay.

Front desk called me at 6p the day of my reservation to cancel my reservation for 2 rooms because of maintenance issues. I asked him where he had made my family of 5 alternative reservations, and he said that he wasn’t able to do that. I asked him if that sounded acceptable to him, and he just apologized. The manager of the hotel called me to tell me the same thing and that housekeeping hadn’t realized that the AC wasn’t working in 1/2 of the hotel until 5p. She went on to say that they could accommodate 1 room. I told her that was unacceptable and if notifying a guest at 6p was also unacceptable.

Great place to stay. The hotel is nice, simple and clean and provides quite a few amenities such as breakfast and late check-out if you are an IHG member. There’s easy access to the highway and shopping. The staff is top notch. They were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Avid in Portland. It’s near shopping like Target, CVS, Walmart, close to a gas station, bank, and close to the highway. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Our toilet “ran” for about 10 min or so after flushing - every time, but we shut the door and you could hardly hear it. Grab n go breakfast was good. Water, sparkling water, and coffee all day. King bed was comfy. We asked to be accommodated on the same floor as others in our party and they nicely obliged. Front desk service was great. We visited on a busy weekend. Spring break and several sports tournaments going on in the area. If ever in town again, we’d consider this property again.

Room was clean and smelled good. Large TV with alot of channels. Big window, loved that. Bed and pillows are comfortable! We got a 1 kingsize bed room. There was no bathtub but the shower was great. There is not a coffee marker in the room but you can get it anytime in the lobby. There is alot of road construction going on in this area. Overall, great place to stay!

Everything was great except for breakfast selection. The egg sausage cup is not that good. People try to heat it in the microwave and loose half of it. But they have the best coffee!!!

It was great hidden stay! Rooms are comfy, breakfast spread is a little smaller than your usual hotel but still great, staff are one of the friendliest hotel staffs i’ve ran into, would totally recommend

Overall stay was okay. The breakfast area could have been bigger considering the amount of people that flock around in there. By the time my kids were able to get some food there was just a few cold fruits for them to grab.
