Picked hotel even at the price because front desk said pool inside was heated but it wasn't. It circulated cold water until 9 pm. when it started circulating warm water by then we were getting out of not so clear water pool. Bed was very worn and uncomfortable. A/C had been set at 66° when we checked in but it was not cool throughout the night and the temp outside has been cooler due to rains. Room and bathroom were very spacious and breakfast was good with many choices.

This hotel was great, it was clean, breakfast was great, location was good. The pool heater wasn’t working so they offered the hotel pool next door which was nice! Misty checked on us almost daily (4 night stay). I would definitely come back!

Half of the bed was broke my wife almost fell off the bed, rust in the shower room smelled bad will not stay at a Hampton ever ever. Hampton used to be my number one choice. But I'm sorry they dropped the ball.

Since the minute we walked in it smelled CLEAN & receptionist ladies were friendly! Room was nice & clean too, beds were comfy, great breakfast. Even though this hotel is Pet friendly, I can honestly say the whole hotel was super clean from the lobby, halls, elevator, pool, breakfast area & exterior!! Housekeepers & My kiddos & hubby enjoyed some time in the pool & exercise room. Definitely booking again for our next visit!

Great staff at check in, was very helpful. Our room was great the bed was very squeaky otherwise comfortable, shower still had hair and kept getting wet by the toilet but wasn’t sure where the water was coming from.

The hotel looked and smelled very clean. My room was very clean also. Housekeeping did a great job. I would recommend this place to stay. It is about 10 minute from the beach which I loved.The front desk lady was very nice

The floor in the entry and bathroom is ridged vinyl - and it was sticky. Housekeeping was good otherwise, but your bare feet sticking to the floor is nasty. And the coffee cups leaked - 3 in the lobby that I tried. Otherwise fine, but lots of options in that area.

They had a nice indoor pool,but they didn't let us have guests over due to it being a holiday weekend,our room was small and it would get a little hot.Houskeeping is every other day so we had to do the cleaning ourselves.

This hotel was great. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was great! Lots of selection. If i had only one complaint would be that the rooms are not sound proof. You could hear footsteps very loudly but thnkfully it was quiet during the night . I would definitely recommend staying here

Overall the stay was not bad but I would recommend fixing the bathroom doors as it was super difficult to close. It kept getting stuck and the lack of privacy with it be a sliding door. The bed was really squeaky as well not sure if the frames need to be changed.

The hotel had terrible carpets on the hall way floors, bumpy, lose, and the concrete under the carpets has holes: dangerous for people with walking difficulties. The first room had the AC/Heat not working. The second room where I moved myself had a stuck heavy blind that would not lower. There was no computer available for the guests. Room 301 and also the previous one was very big but no chest with drawers to put your clothes.

The lady at the front desk was so kind upon check in. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Upon entering, the room was muggy, but I turned on the AC and it fixed the issue after a few minutes. The stay was quiet. You could tell some of the spots in the room could use updated. My biggest complaint was breakfast. Food wasn’t good. Eggs were pretty bland, sausage was decent, pastries were rock hard. We didn’t go to breakfast late, but we ended up not having anywhere to sit. Seating is extremely limited which is unfortunate as well. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Indoor pool and gym was nice .. Breakfast was good as well.. check until noon which i totally loved! Only dislike was that if checkout is at noon why is cleaning crew knocking at your door at 10am.. I was in shower unable to answer them so they let them selves in.. only thing I did not like other than that.. Thumbsup

I almost don’t want to rate it as well as I should because it gets more expensive, oh well it is always a great experience staff is very relatable and professionally nice haha they didn’t have my room ready then hooked me even though the other rooms weren’t ready I will continue to book here going forward!!!

The toilet was broken and I informed the staff of the issue. Nothing was done to repair it. We also had requested fresh towels and they were not brought. We finally went to desk to get some. On the last morning we stayed there the fire alarms kept going off.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I had issues with my booking but Deanna at the front desk was attentive to getting the issue resolved. She was so nice and had great customer service. It is rare to find people that have patience and that enjoy what they do in today’s time. She let me know about all of the Hotels accommodations and even through in extra toiletries after I expressed a concern about an accident my family had. Thank you!!!

Stayed here because of pool and it was great for my granddaughter. The breakfast was very good. No problems, but I like a bathtub and was given a shower only. I didn’t ask to change rooms, but when booking, it said bathtub. Very clean and great location for my needs

Everything was great! It was very quiet at night, I felt safe going out to my vehicle. The lady checking us in was SO kind and amazing. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic! So many options! My only little stipulation was that the beds were not very comfortable, but I still got a good nights rest. Very clean and the pool area was very well taken care of. Will definitely return here!

The property was easy to get to It was clean and well kept. Very up to date. I wish that there had been bottled water in the room when I got there. I had to go down to the desk and ask for it when I needed it. Overall the stay was very good.
