The place was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and host communication was great. Everything was perfect except for the checkout counter personnel. She was just sitting and not willing to help. I asked her I'm checking out and her response was the finger pointing at kiosk. To make sure I asked her " kiosk"? And again she pointed at kiosk. I began to wonder why is she sitting there? Anyway, make the long story short, the stay was wonderful except for the check out process. It would have been 5 stars if she didn't ruin my day.

Traveling with children, it was a great hotel with lots of ammenities and close to transport links. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.
