O' Tulum Riviera Maya Condo Hotel

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel O Tulum. Die Anfahrt war aufgrund sehr vieler Schlaglöcher sehr langwierig und auf Dauer auch ziemlich nervig. Das Hotel selbst ist mittlerweile leider in die Jahre gekommen und die Fotos stimmen nicht mehr mit denen auf Booking etc. überein. Der Pool war ziemlich dreckig (obwohl sich das Personal sehr darum bemüht hat) und ins Meer konnte man aufgrund der vielen Felsen nicht gehen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel für das, was es bietet viel zu teuer. Für jemanden, der 1 Woche nur in diesem Hotel bleiben will, nicht empfehlenswert. Das Servicepersonal war jedoch sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Room was spotless and the ocean view INCOMPARABLE! Comfy bed and linens and a sharp modern washroom area. Small kitchen-y area with a fridge to stash your snacks and drinks. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and priced in line with other places we’ve eaten. Nouria and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful, making us feel very at home. The only shortcoming, in my opinion, was limited seating at each of the two pools. Also—fair warning there is a long drive down a bumpy road with BIG speed bumps that aren’t always marked. Drive SLOWLY.

La habitación estaba bien, un poco con señales de desgaste, la playa con mucho sargazo, pero bueno

Nuria y Fabian nos brindaron un excelente, amable y caluroso servcio. Las instalaciones un poco descuidadas en general, la habitación muy comada, la cama y almohadas muy comodas. La playa es más de rocas sin embargo camiando un poco se encuencuentra una bahía hermos, agua cristalina, arrecifes para snorkelear.
