We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, quiet, and really lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The highlight for us was the public bath — it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a nice view of Ueno Park. It made the whole experience feel peaceful and refreshing. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness and a great bath area overlooking the park. We’d happily return.

Location - slightly off the main road, however, manageable with luggages. Service for rooms only every 3 days. Basically, the rooms are typically for family.

Staffs are well helpful. The official time for checking in is 3pm. Staffs noticed there are many customers waiting at lobby. They allowed us to check-in 15 mins before 3pm. The whole check-in process is very smooth. Staffs are also nice with good communication

We stayed in one of the traditional rooms, and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were abundant. The location is great for Ueno park and the nearby Ueno station and shopping districts, and it’s walkable to the nearby University. The only other notes I’d mention is that the rooms do have a pitcher but to refill, you need to take a stop on the 2nd floor where the laundry room is. Speaking of, depending on how crowded the hotel is at the time, the dryer machines in the laundry room can often be full since it could take a lot longer in each dryer than a single wash. Over all, I would definitely recommend this place to others.
