The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. They were there to check us in the next day and had a room all ready for us as a courtesy. It was such a pleasant surprise since we were able to take a shower and rest after back to back overnight bus rides. Also, the prepared breakfasts to go in a brown bag with a nice message when we checked out early in the morning. Exceptional service!

Our hosts were incredibly helpful and welcomed us early in the morning when our bus arrived. They gave us a cup of tea on arrival (which we haven’t had before). Our room was clean and quiet and shower had great hot water. Enjoyed the boiled eggs as a change from normal Peru breakfast. They also stored our bags while we went trekking. Very nice stay.

Wonderful staff, including the owners! Beautiful area with many restaurants and bars options. Excellent breakfast with an amazing view! The walls and doors could be a bit thicker, but not an issue for us.

Incredible service by the attendants at the front desk and the maids. The breakfast needs improvement though. The instant coffee was low quality and felt cheap. Everything else here was amazing though :)

Spacious clean room, decent breakfast, hot water for tea available (24/7) - bring your own instant coffee if you would like coffee before a very early start for a trek or tour. The hotel was kind enough to keep my luggage while I was going on a trek.

Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así. I love the stay in the hotel not only for the clean and the comfy of the room but Reynaldo the manager was very kind and help me to get my bus ticket to Lima he was so kind and helpful and also told me the story of how he rebuild of his grandma house that now is Casa Irma Hotel since was his grandma house destroy on a previous earthquake, hands down was a great experience and no doubt to recommended and stay again. Great area, great hotel and great people! Thank you

A nice guy, Reynaldo, welcome us with a big smile and gave us the room, a lovely nice and clean (very clean) one. It seems that huge attention pays to every corner to make it nice and welcoming. Location is great and the night is quiet. It's not a question of whether we will come back - we booked an extra night a few days ahead.

We've been travelling for nine months and this is by far the most friendly and hospitable hotel we have stayed in. It will definitely be one of our highlights of Peru. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the hot water showers were fantastic. The gentlemen who works there was so nice and helpful and we felt he really went above and beyond for us. We were in a safe area but he walked us to our taxi on the last night. We had no problems storing our bags while we did the Colca Canyon. The area was off the main street but within walking distance of the main plaza. We wish we could have this quality of accommodation everywhere we went. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Wow ! The streets around is beautiful and quiet. We loved the location and the room was perfect. However, the reception service was really bad, as there was almost always no one at reception, only in the morning. Reception was empty from noon to the next morning

Great place, the only issue is the many dogs living in and around the hotel, they bark a lot at night because of the 3am daily pickups for Colca Canyon. Other than that, fantastic!

Schöne, saubere und sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Was diese Unterkunft aber besonders macht ist definitiv die Hilfsbereite und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Ich möchte besonders Ana (an der Rezeption) hervorheben. Nach unsere Abreise hatte ich meinen Ring im Zimmer vergessen gehabt. Ana hat es mir jedoch freundlicherweise per Post nach Lima zugeschickt. Wir werden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Danke erneut für die schöne Zeit bei euch .

Casa de Irma is just 10 minutes walking distance to the Arequipa Plaza de Armas. Viviana was very helpful and woke up early to let me in when I arrived in Arequipa @4:30 in the morning. Let me sleep and deal with check process in the afternoon. The hotel also offered luggage storage while I’m away doing the Colca canyon tour. Thank you so much Viviana.

Our hosts were incredibly helpful and welcomed us early in the morning when our bus arrived. They gave us a cup of tea on arrival (which we haven’t had before). Our room was clean and quiet and shower had great hot water. Enjoyed the boiled eggs as a change from normal Peru breakfast. They also stored our bags while we went trekking. Very nice stay.

Wow ! The streets around is beautiful and quiet. We loved the location and the room was perfect. However, the reception service was really bad, as there was almost always no one at reception, only in the morning. Reception was empty from noon to the next morning

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a lovely little place in a perfect location close enough to the main bit of the historic quarter but far enough away that it wasn’t too noisy. The service was excellent & they even did our washing for a very reasonable price!

Casa de Irma is just 10 minutes walking distance to the Arequipa Plaza de Armas. Viviana was very helpful and woke up early to let me in when I arrived in Arequipa @4:30 in the morning. Let me sleep and deal with check process in the afternoon. The hotel also offered luggage storage while I’m away doing the Colca canyon tour. Thank you so much Viviana.

A nice guy, Reynaldo, welcome us with a big smile and gave us the room, a lovely nice and clean (very clean) one. It seems that huge attention pays to every corner to make it nice and welcoming. Location is great and the night is quiet. It's not a question of whether we will come back - we booked an extra night a few days ahead.

We've been travelling for nine months and this is by far the most friendly and hospitable hotel we have stayed in. It will definitely be one of our highlights of Peru. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the hot water showers were fantastic. The gentlemen who works there was so nice and helpful and we felt he really went above and beyond for us. We were in a safe area but he walked us to our taxi on the last night. We had no problems storing our bags while we did the Colca Canyon. The area was off the main street but within walking distance of the main plaza. We wish we could have this quality of accommodation everywhere we went. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. They were there to check us in the next day and had a room all ready for us as a courtesy. It was such a pleasant surprise since we were able to take a shower and rest after back to back overnight bus rides. Also, the prepared breakfasts to go in a brown bag with a nice message when we checked out early in the morning. Exceptional service!
