O principal atrativo do hotel é sua localização , está a uma quadra de Larcomar e da Costa . O quarto é relativamente confortável, possui cofre , a Tv conta só com a opção de canais a cabo . Banheiro ok , não muito espaçoso mas a ducha é excelente. A recepção não é calorosa , funcionários foçados meramente na questão operacional . Se precisar deixar as malas prepare-se, elas ficam num depósito localizado na garagem , no subsolo, e vc terá que se deslocar a pé ( não possui acesso por elevador) é o mesmo acesso dos carros , e bem inclinado.

A rather average stay but that is reflected in the price. No complaints about the hotel itself. Absolutely no possibility for early check in, not even 10 minutes early… so don’t come with that expectation. AC worked great, beds were comfortable and shower was warm and had great pressure. Room was a bit small and you really couldn’t lay out luggage but the closet space was significant if you had a longer stay to hang items. In-room safe provided. Construction next door was a bit loud but they shut off at 5pm. 10 min walk to ocean, lots of restaurants and supermarket. Next door to several currency exchanges. Very safe area for a female solo traveler. Locked baggage storage for no fee in their parking area. Bar and restaurant on property. No microwave or fridge in room but bar staff was happy to provide cups of ice for me. A great hotel to sleep and refresh in for a quick stay.

El asunto del "truquito" que tienen las puertas para abrirse después de introducir la tarjeta, en las habitaciones, realmente es muy molesto. Tuve que bajar 2 veces a recepción a pedir ayuda para acceder a mi habitación y desde el piso 11 pues realmente no es agradable. Después de pedir ayuda 2 veces seguidas la actitud de la señorita de recepción ya no era tan cordial y amigable. En todos los hoteles a los que he ido, ¡JAMÁS! he tenido que aprender que primero mueves la manija de la puerta hacia arriba y luego hacia abajo para que la puerta se abra e ingresar a mi habitación. PD: En mis 3 días de estadía podía escuchar como los huespedes cercanos a mi habitación luchaban con las puertas de sus habitaciones.

The property is great, but the card readers in the rooms always give me issues, there are a few scratches and wet sports on the wood floor. However, the service is excellent, the food is excellent, and the drinks at the bar where fantastic. Going outside, one is safe to walk even at night and you have shopping, and great dinning a Stone's throw away at larcomar.

When i checked in my room, there was someone sleeping on the bed. I went to the front desk and they didn’t explain why that happened. Luckily they found a solution but that was unexceptable . They also don’t do a good job cleaning the rooms because i found hairs in the shower.

The hotel is located directly on a street with relatively heavy traffic. Our room was on the fifth floor facing this street. However, we did not hear any street noise. The room was large and clean. Organização do check in precisa melhorar. Na primeira reserva chegamos as 14:45h e precisamos esperar até as 15h para receber o quarto pronto. Tudo bem já que o horário de entrada é as 15h. Mas na nossa segunda reserva chegamos por volta 20h e tivemos que esperar arrumar o quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom, sendo melhor no final de semana.

The first interaction with desk staff was the most unfriendly and rude we ever experience during our trip in Peru. All the place we travelled people were so nice and you would expect Ibis to be beyond average. Anyways , matters were rectified with Maria (one of the staff member) coming to our help. The rooms are average with AC not really cooling either of the rooms we had booked but thankfully the weather was not too bad and so we could sleep thru the night. The hotel is in a great location so that helped.

It took 20 minutes for the csr to resolve the previous customer’s check in. In the meantime, the other csr checked in 2 other customers who were there after me! May I suggest having just one line and the front desk asks the “next person in line step forward”. The entire process took half an hour!!

What a fantastic location! It's only a short stroll away from the LarcoMall and offers stunning views of the ocean. One of the highlights for me was definitely the breakfast, which was included in the stay. There were so many different options to choose from, all of which were incredibly fresh and delicious. It really added to the overall experience and made my mornings very enjoyable.

My first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint! Although the room is on the small side, but i didn’t mind that much, i was not there to spend my time inside the room. Breakfast over the weekend is great with omelette station, during weekdays is just buffet.

It’s nice hotel and staff was very friendly, but was disappointed with the lack of hand towels in the bathroom, no bed sheets (first time I’ve ever seen that in a hotel), a musty smelling room, and the breakfast was subpar compared to the other Peruvian hotels we stayed at. Eggs were very runny and the coffee was watered down. The location of the hotel is phenomenal however.
