Mala experiencia, las toallas blancas percudidas y viejas, el piso de la habitación manchado, el frigobar no enfriaba, el desayuno muy básico, la playa que está frente al hotel sucia, me parecen que había muchos huéspedes para el estado actual, de hecho salimos a buscar otra opción que nos de la tranquilidad y comodidad que estábamos buscando.

Excelente resort, muy buenos servicios. Restaurantes de primera, desayuno muy rico y variado. Talvez el gimnasio podria mejorarse, faltan mancuernas y algunas maquinas. lastima que el acceso al mar no es facil, mas bien el mar no esta tan bonito en esa zona y hay piedras. Personal increible, siempre atento y disponible a ayudar, servicio de primera.

Muy buena comida a la carta, aceptable desayuno, pésimo estado de la playa frente al hotel, triste esa falta de tacto, con el ambiente y el ecosistema, basuras a montones e inutilizable…

Llegamos al hotel para relajarnos por 4 días y la verdad que la pasamos muy bien...desde la llegado al hotel, el check in muy rápido pero precisar que el ingreso es a las 3 pm (llegamos antes) y mientras esperamos el cuarto fuimos al bar para tomar el chilcano de bienvenida. Ya luego nos recibió Gonzalo para ayudarnos con las cosas y poder ir a la habitación. La habitación en buenas condiciones, muy limpia y con todas las comodidades resaltando el excelente sunset desde la habitación 223. Sobre el desayuno, puedo decir, que es muy completo el buffet, atención esmerada de todas las chicas y chicos!! Desde los clásicos huevos revueltos hasta un rico omelette, el desayuno te sorprende cada día y hasta tu pancito con chicharrón puedes comerte, tiene variedad. El spa estuvo súper bueno, mi esposa y yo lo disfrutamos al punto de quedarme dormido por los excelentes masajes y reflexología. Gracias a Estefany, Yanet y Cecilia, unas magas!! Quiero destacar a Ruth, la cual ni bien llegamos al área de piscinas, nos brindo toda la información sobre los eventos, horarios y todo lo que se necesitaba para estar bien informados sobre actividades en el hotel, muchísimas gracias por colocarnos toallas en el camastro. Los sábados tienen actividades con música en vivo donde uno la pasa muy bien y con opciones de comida. Destacar la labor de Remy y colaboradores, deseando que tengan en cuenta siempre el control de calidad en los alimentos. Tiene estacionamiento techado y es pet friendly.

I like how relaxing it was. It is not just a comfortable hotel to spend the night, but you want to spent the day enjoying the pools, walking around the property, enjoying the mineral pool. There is so much to enjoy!

Breakfast was good but when they know that 85% of people eat the last hour they should have more staff and stuff prepared so the could replace the empty plates quickly! This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars hotel !!!! 5 star hotel they ask the guest what they want to drink as hot beverage at the breakfast and they also offer to make like omelet or egg but they don’t ask and they don’t offer and people has to stand in the coffee machine cue for 20 mints to get a cup of coffee!!!! Which I find it ridiculous for 5 star hotel resort ! A 5 star hotel has staff around the swimming pool so if anyone wants to order a drink or food they can but here !!!!! You don’t see a single person and in case far away you see someone and ask them please can you bring me something they simply say oh yes I will call my colleague to come and get your order and then no one comes ever ! So you must simply go to the restaurant order + pay + bring with you to where you are !!!! This is not how 5 star hotels should be ! When you order something to the room they charge 15 soles on top for bringing something. At the reception they check you in soooo much hurry that you almost don’t understand what they say and how things works ! The pool has soooo much birds that come and go and the birds take bath in swimming pool and their feather is full in the water again no one is cleaning no one is around to do something that birds go away ! So water was discussing in my opinion .

Quarto do hotel muito bom. Amplo, limpo, com uma grande varanda e uma bela vista. Porém, o hotel parece que está ai da em fase de construção, pois existe lugares sem ocupação e ainda em fase de término. Atendentes muito atenciosos, mas sem experiência e iniciativa. Café da manhã fraco para um hotel que se propõe a 5 estrelas. Lazer muito fraco. Local onde está o hotel não tem infraestrutura nenhuma e o mar/praia completamente sem condições de uso e muito fraco.

Na minha estadia problema com ar condicionado no quarto, fiquei aguardando solução do hotel e o mesmo não aconteceu. Quarto quente durante a noite pois se abrisse a janela pernilongos entravam no quarto. Muito decepcionado com a estadia se for isso que o. Hotel tem a oferecer.

Not sure if it’s because we came during off season, but the overall stay was not as great as we thought it would be. The area surrounding the hotel smells like sewage, and even our bathroom shower smelled like this too. It was so bad that we had to change rooms. Our shower had very low water pressure, and the shower head itself was old and rusty. The water calcium buildup was really bad and the shower sprayed from every which way, which was very unpleasant. The floor in our room was dirty and had footprints from either people who stayed before us or those who cleaned the room. There are a ton of birds on the property (mainly pigeons, sparrows and vultures), which would be fine if there wasn’t bird poop everywhere. Birds were in almost every facility and bird poop could be found on all seating areas (couches, chairs, tables, etc). The initial lobby staff are nice, but the rest of the staff we encountered throughout the resort seemed annoyed by us and didn’t seem happy to help or answer questions. The one amenity we loved about the resort was the spa. The facility was clean and the services offered were of great value. The restaurant provided pretty decent food. However, I wish I could say our stay was better than what it was. We were disappointed overall, especially because we were expecting resort-like vibes but we felt like we stayed at an average hotel.

Cafe da manhã muito fraco para um resort, poucas opções e sem nenhum doce, bolos ou chocolate. Comidas estranhas peruanas e sem o basico. O resort è bom , os quartos sao grandes e limpos. Tv smart no quarto nao permite colocar nenhum streaming , ou seja, o mesmo que nao ter. Esta bem localizado na região, as camas sao bem confortáveis. No geral è um hotel velho , que da para ficar alguns dias mas precisa melhorar varioa pontos

Quiero destacar a Ruth, la cual ni bien llegamos al área de piscinas, nos brindo toda la información sobre los eventos, horarios y todo lo que se necesitaba para estar bien informados sobre actividades en el hotel, muchísimas gracias por colocarnos toallas en el camastro. Los sábados tienen actividades con música en vivo donde uno la pasa muy bien y con opciones de comida. Destacar la labor de Remy y colaboradores, deseando que tengan en cuenta siempre el control de calidad en los alimentos. Tiene estacionamiento techado y es pet friendly.

Breakfast was good but when they know that 85% of people eat the last hour they should have more staff and stuff prepared so the could replace the empty plates quickly! This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars hotel !!!! 5 star hotel they ask the guest what they want to drink as hot beverage at the breakfast and they also offer to make like omelet or egg but they don’t ask and they don’t offer and people has to stand in the coffee machine cue for 20 mints to get a cup of coffee!!!! Which I find it ridiculous for 5 star hotel resort ! A 5 star hotel has staff around the swimming pool so if anyone wants to order a drink or food they can but here !!!!! You don’t see a single person and in case far away you see someone and ask them please can you bring me something they simply say oh yes I will call my colleague to come and get your order and then no one comes ever ! So you must simply go to the restaurant order + pay + bring with you to where you are !!!! This is not how 5 star hotels should be ! When you order something to the room they charge 15 soles on top for bringing something. At the reception they check you in soooo much hurry that you almost don’t understand what they say and how things works ! The pool has soooo much birds that come and go and the birds take bath in swimming pool and their feather is full in the water again no one is cleaning no one is around to do something that birds go away ! Not sure if it’s because we came during off season, but the overall stay was not as great as we thought it would be. The area surrounding the hotel smells like sewage, and even our bathroom shower smelled like this too. It was so bad that we had to change rooms. Our shower had very low water pressure, and the shower head itself was old and rusty. The water calcium buildup was really bad and the shower sprayed from every which way, which was very unpleasant. The floor in our room was dirty and had footprints from either people who stayed before us or those who cleaned the room. There are a ton of birds on the property (mainly pigeons, sparrows and vultures), which would be fine if there wasn’t bird poop everywhere. Birds were in almost every facility and bird poop could be found on all seating areas (couches, chairs, tables, etc). The initial lobby staff are nice, but the rest of the staff we encountered throughout the resort seemed annoyed by us and didn’t seem happy to help or answer questions. The one amenity we loved about the resort was the spa. The facility was clean and the services offered were of great value. The restaurant provided pretty decent food. However, I wish I could say our stay was better than what it was. We were disappointed overall, especially because we were expecting resort-like vibes but we felt like we stayed at an average hotel.

Quarto do hotel muito bom. Amplo, limpo, com uma grande varanda e uma bela vista. Porém, o hotel parece que está ai da em fase de construção, pois existe lugares sem ocupação e ainda em fase de término. Atendentes muito atenciosos, mas sem experiência e iniciativa. Café da manhã fraco para um hotel que se propõe a 5 estrelas. Lazer muito fraco. Local onde está o hotel não tem infraestrutura nenhuma e o mar/praia completamente sem condições de uso e muito fraco.

Talvez el gimnasio podria mejorarse, faltan mancuernas y algunas maquinas. lastima que el acceso al mar no es facil, mas bien el mar no esta tan bonito en esa zona y hay piedras. Personal increible, siempre atento y disponible a ayudar, servicio de primera.

Cafe da manhã muito fraco para um resort, poucas opções e sem nenhum doce, bolos ou chocolate. Comidas estranhas peruanas e sem o basico. O resort è bom , os quartos sao grandes e limpos. Tv smart no quarto nao permite colocar nenhum streaming , ou seja, o mesmo que nao ter. Esta bem localizado na região, as camas sao bem confortáveis. No geral è um hotel velho , que da para ficar alguns dias mas precisa melhorar varioa pontos

My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was disappointing because the hostess or manager did not give us a warm welcome. She didn’t even greet us and seemed very unfriendly. The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive. I don’t remember her name, but someone without hospitality experience should not be in that position, especially at a hotel of that level.
