We stayed at the Holiday Inn after 10 days of adventures in Lima and Cusco. It was an oasis of relaxation before we headed home. The pool area was beautiful, the food and service were top shelf. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient. Lovely stay!

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only downside was the shuttle service and the logistics from the new airport. We waited about 35 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, and it took another 35 minutes to reach the hotel (around 4:30 PM on a weekday) due to a one-way road between the airport and the hotel, which required a detour. On the way back to the airport at 5:00 AM, the trip took only 20 minutes, as we were able to book the shuttle in advance and there was no traffic. If you're considering staying near the airport for a late arrival or early departure, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for that purpose due to the potential transportation delays.

Agusto was a great waiter at breakfast. The breakfast was amazing every morning, the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The service at the front desk and concierge as well as the drivers were amazing. I would recommend to stay here for every trip to the Lima airport. Do not walk around the town of Lima, it is dangerous and you will get pickpocketed. However, this hotel is completely safe and they have a full bar that is fantastic with Pisco sour as their main drink. Saying this hotel is fantastic and I can’t recommend it enough!

It says Airport hotel, but one needs to wait for the shuttle for about half an hour, then 20 minutes to get to the hotel, and the next day same thing back. Except that the shuttle that was more convenient to my departure time was already full so I had to anticipate about 30 minutes. Definitely not an airport hotel when one has overnight connections, arrives late at night, it has an early flight the next day.

The hotel is very close to the old airport and about a 15 minute shuttle to the new airport. The shuttle runs regularly. The hotel is lovely, the staff are so helpful and pleasant. The dining room is open 24 hours with very good food. I addition to the buffet breakfast, one can order eggs any style and omelettes, all included in the room rate. I will certainly use the hote again when in Lima.

It’s a really nice hotel. My only complaint is the terribly annoying blaring beeping noise coming from the street outside starting at 6am. Our flight arrived very late, and we didn't get to sleep until after 3am. So, it was terrible to be woken up 3 hours later. We even paid extra to get a high / top floor room for a supposedly more quiet stay, but that didn't help.

We arrived late at night only to find two terribly busy front desk employees busy training each other and ignoring us at check in. I was charged an extra $150 at check-in with no explanation other than I booked via Expedia and it’s an Expedia policy to always charge an extra $150 deposit. This is a blatant lie. I asked for a receipt and they said I couldn’t have one. These are hotel basics. The shuttle only runs every thirty minutes from the domestic terminal, which is not helpful if you’re coming from an international flight. Worst hotel staff experience in a looooong time.

Checked in late and were explicitly assured by the front desk staff that we were confirmed for the 6 a.m. shuttle to the airport. Come morning, surprise: the shuttle was overbooked and full, with no backup plan offered. When we pointed this out and tried to problem-solve under pressure, the staff were shockingly passive, unhelpful, and seemingly indifferent to the fact that we were about to miss a flight due to their incompetence. We had no choice but to scramble and order our own Uber — which we caught just in time. Ironically, when the car pulled up, the same staff who failed to help us tried to flag it down for another guest who’d also been screwed over by their incompetence. Chaos and zero accountability. The hotel itself is what you’d expect for a Holiday Inn — nothing more, nothing less — but the area is loud and disruptive at night. And don’t be fooled: the drive to the new airport is much longer and more painful compared to the old one. If you need a reliable airport transfer, basic competence, or any sense of urgency from staff, do not stay here.

The premises were really nice, same with the personnel. The communications with the hotel through the app were terrible - in fact, nobody bothered to answer a simple question (yes or no). When you pay $300 a night, that’s the minimum curtesy you’d expect. And when you need a cart just to turn on the lights, you’d expect to receive at least two cards - not one and then you have to back to the reception and ask for another one because you wanted to go to the restaurant and couldn’t leave your family in the dark…

For what it was, it was solid. Ask for a room that doesn't face the street, because the street noise was loud and lasted unitl 2am. Very good dinner, which is good, because you are not going to leave the hotel once you get there.

Shuttle was waiting at the airport to bring us to the hotel. Front desk was helpful and friendly. We were able to get a cot easily and staff brought it to our room and set up for us. Breakfast was wonderful and opened at 4:00am which is nice for early morning flights.

This Holiday Inn Express is perfect for traveling in and out of Lima’s airport. They run a shuttle every 15 minutes and it is very efficient. The entire hotel staff we true professionals and very helpful with questions that we had about our next adventure. The Hotels very clean and they served an amazing breakfast in the morning.
