I did not like the fact that they do not provide any drinking cups in the rooms. You have to go to the office lobby, which in our case was quite a walk since the hotel is quite spread out. Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed.
