At no fault of the very sweet and knowledgeable front desk lady, the room we were placed in was next to an entrance door that led to the pool and outside area. We thought it was great to be that close until we realized that every time the door opened or closed, we can feel and hear it behind the bed even after 9pm. So, we let the front desk lady know and she quickly resolved the issue by offering to move us to another room. That room was much quieter by far! However, we would not stay there again for a number of reasons.

The property seemed old, but well kept. Our room had a wet, mildew smell, but no visible mold. The pool was super small, no hottub, and basically in the parking lot, with a fence around it. It was conveniently located near Fort Liberty, where we were visiting my son.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly but the pool was closed and that was one of my main reasons for picking this location so my grandchildren could enjoy our visit. Other then that it was a good experience and I will stay here again

We stayed here when we came down to see our son who is stationed at Fort Bragg. Hotel is a nice place to stay at & is convenient to get to Fort Bragg. Its also near Waffle House, Walmart, a nice movie theater, & IHOP. The staff was very polite & nice breakfast was also good. To cold (& rainy) to use pool but there was a small group out there by the fire pit 1 night.

Good price and location for our visit. Friendly employees. The lady working breakfast was great! Typical hotel breakfast, but it was fine for the three teenage boys I had with me. The tree-hugger part of me cringes at all the individually wrapped plastic utensils but I guess that\'s the way it is these days. The pool was open even though it\'s winter, which was a "plus" since the boys jumped in, twice.

Great option to the otherwise overpriced properties in the area. Very convenient to Ft. Bragg, no more than 15 minutes away, and close to multiple good dining options. I especially liked the fact that there was a Waffle House right off of the property for a quick, inexpensive breakfast. Only downside was the room smelled strongly of air freshener every time you walked in. This might be an automatic dispenser but it was STRONG when you walked in but you got used to it quickly.

Hotel was decently clean overall but it smelled like cigarettes the second you walked in and our room smelled like a basement and was so moist the comforter was damp to the touch. Felt like we’d wake up with legionnaires.

How this hotel has good reviews is beyond me. I feel bambozeled! It’s disgusting here. My room smelled like someone blew the bathroom up!!! I had to switch rooms…. The first room was nasty and dirty! Would not recommend to my worst enemy…. I feel itchy and nauseous

Cleanness was mediocre. We arrived late in the evening. Sheets didn't looked like recently changed so I asked for a new set. The front desk gave it rolled up on a bundle which didn't rise my confidence that was a 100% washed set. Front desk assured me that it was a clean set and that that was the way the cleaning crew kept the linens stored. Of course given the time in the evening, I had to make the bed myself. It was fine. Breakfast was included. It was an OK american breakfast. The hotel also has complimentary tea, coffee and hot water after hours which is convenient. In summary, I was not impressed with the hotel but the staff was cordial. For one night was OK. We will probably not stay there again.

The beds and linen were clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Pull out sofa mattress was awful. You could feel the springs as you lay on it. Sofa cushions were very dirty. Wouldn’t allow the kids to sit on it. Doors to the bedroom were not fixed on properly and very hard to close—the noise to close woke everyone when I needed bathroom middle of the night. Our stay was comfortable and beautiful the only thing I didn’t like is the very loud ac units they make a weird loud noise also the bathroom is really tiny and I hate the broke button on the top you have to push to flush it also the toilet had a slow leak from the right side we just kept putting towels down the the tvs need to be updated

The bed was very comfortable - was told all the mattresses were replaced last year. The walk-in shower had great water pressure. Hot breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage,and bacon, with a selection of bagels and pastries. Overall, had a very relaxing stay.

Diane Parker in the breakfast area is a breath of fresh air. Very helpful, never stopped cleaning the area and restocking, pleasant and helpful. Great variety for a free Breakfast. Also the young lady ( i can not remember her name) who worked the front desk the night of 1/15 when we checked in was very pleasant and extremely helpful! The room was clean and well stocked. Smelled like someone smoked Marijuana in it, and the staff tried very hard to clean that out. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic. My Son lives in that area and i plan to stay there everytime i go to visit!! Keep the staff you have!

I did not make breakfast because I checked in a 2am. The Lady at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a later check out since I checked in so late and needed a little more sleep and I was only staying 1 night. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it is very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the cleaning staff rang the phone and knocked on the door starting at 10:30 even though I had a late check out and when I informed them I had a late check out and was staying in the room until noon, they continued to ring the phone and knock on the door so I wasn't able to sleep. This will not deter me from staying there again though, because the lady at the desk when I checked out was also awesome. If I do stay there again, I will just have the desk inform the housekeeping crew not to disturb the room.

The staff was very helpful with all the questions I had. The breakfast bar was awesome with a choice of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, sausage links, and bacon, waffle making station, cereal station, and assorted yogurts. They also had assorted muffins and other pastries as well. The room was very spacious, cozy feeling.

Check in was easy and the person checking me in was friendly. The breakfast was simple and staff was more than happy and friendly to let you know what they have. My room was clean and quiet. First time I’ve used Sleep Inn but read previous reviews and everything was positive so that’s why I booked here. This location ended up being close to my son so it was another plus. If needed I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is at a very convenient location. There is plenty of parking & places to visit within 10 min drive and its off the high way so its easy to get on and off to go where ever you want. For the most part clean but didn't the strong smell of cigarettes on the hall ways.

Nice clean area. Great deal for what we needed. Only issue was the lady who ran the breakfast. She was very pushy and negative. Hard to get food without her complaining or acting like you’re making more work for her by being there. The breakers tripped one morning and she was rude about it and loudly complaining about the property and maintenance.

Front desk people were kind and inviting! The room was super comfortable and clean. The beds are so comfy! I didn’t want to get up. The continental breakfast was tasty. We’ve stayed here before and we’ll do it again! For the price, there isn’t anything better.

It was an average facility. Bathroom really didn't exist, and the shower door had holes at the bottom, resulting in the floor around the toilet turning into a pond. Breakfast was the worst of all those we've had on this trip -- basically most everything in plastic --- who knows how old it was (although some eggs/sausage/bacon, but obviously stored for some time then microwaved.

This stay was for a VERY large obstacle race (Spartan Race). A majority of the rooms rented were for these race attendees! They were booked to capacity due to this. They were completely aware (as people stay theee for this race every year). Sadly, race waves began as early as 6 am and as late as 9 am however breakfast didn’t start until 7. Just think they could have at least put out grab and go items to accommodate these racers! Also, my room cleanliness was questionable. The shower hadn’t been cleaned due to a partially used bar of soap being propped on top of the shampoo and conditioner dispensers and I found fruit snacks on the carpet. The room slept well, breakfast options and staff were awesome(when we could enjoy them on departure day), and the location was good.

First of all, the breakfast is listed as Continental however, it's a full breakfast. It has eggs and sausage and bacon everyday that I was there. Secondly, the shower is probably the highlight. High pressure comfort head. Absolutely amazing. Overall very clean even though a little worn.
