The room was comfortable and clean the breakfast was ok. Only noted issue was the stairwell was a little dirty and there is NO ELEVATOR. So if you can't do stairs you have to get a 1st floor room. It is an older hotel cleaned up so don't expect it not to be.

Checkin was great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. Parking lot was very crowded and looked like it needed repaving. Breakfast was adequate, could have been better had they provided butter and cream cheese for the bagels or toast. Food was set up well and plenty for the guest who flowed through. I'd return again if needed through this area.

Our room was not as clean as it should have been. The floor by one of the beds had something on it that looked like a spill had dried and the table between the beds and alarm were visibly dirty. I washed it all with soap and a wash cloth. The window was horribly dirty. The beds were fine though so for what we paid I guess that’s all we get. The room smelled weird, it wasn’t so bad that I couldn’t sleep though. Also I don’t think the hotel has an elevator, I couldn’t find one so we used the stairs.

They offer a great breakfast selection in the morning and have laundry and a small fitness center on site! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms and hotel clean! The rooms are big and spacious and have a mini fridge and microwave which makes your stay a bit easier! They have probably one of the comfiest beds I've been in! 10/10 would recommend.

Staff did not greet us upon arrival. Our room key was given to us, but when we went to the room the staff was still cleaning it. We let them finish and said to take their time. We came back after the cleaning was done to sticky floors and sticky dresser in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. A little smoke smell in the room, but not too bad. The room had a desk with no chair.

It was difficult to close the room door. It was _impossible_ to close the bathroom door: it was bigger than the jamb that it was supposed to fit into. In the sink area, the screw that held the coffee-maker's electrical cord in place in the outlet box overlapped the light switch so that it was difficult to flip the light switch. The breakfast was okay, but it was unfortunate that orange juice was unavailable all weekend. On the plus side: the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were enough electrical outlets in the room, and the parking lot was well-maintained.

The hotel was old and run down. Walls paper thin. I could hear the conversation in the room next door as if they were sitting right next to me. The hotel was so sketchy we didn’t even attempt to try the breakfast.

Never received housekeeping. Had to ask for clean towels. No one was ever at front desk. When asked to extend our stay the front desk lady was extremely rude then called the police and had us escorted out, breakfast was pathetic and not worth the time to even stop in and see if they had any microwaved eggs. Constantly smelled like weed in hallways and always had a huddle of people outside the doors. You could hear every word spoken in hallway and the door slamming all through night.

Was charged twice after she said my card declined (it did not) and she wrote a post it for the manager to credit me. Also had two used crunchy washcloths fall out of our shower curtain when we closed it. Boxes everywhere in the lobby. Very VERY disappointing. Had a reservation again in two weeks but cancelled that. Will not stay there again. Terrible.

Rude staff. Clean rooms but toiletries are reused and not restocked. Had to ask for clean towels on day 5 and it took 30 minutes for them to track down. Paper thin walls. Pitiful breakfast. Poorly run.

Evening staff was fine but morning staff at the desk couldn’t care at all that I was leaving. They were just leaning back in their chairs and looked very unprofessional. Carpets were dirty. Room was clean but clock did not work. There are plenty of better options in that area

Facilities were "Fine" however too may people wandering/hanging out around the parking lot. Lastly noise from other rooms (including arguments), and people/slamming opening doors after 11:00pm made property feel somewhat insecure

Staff was friendly but overall, the premises felt unsafe and the outside area was fairly dirty. There were people both inside and outside the hotel that were loitering and made me and my friends feel nervous. In one of the rooms we rented out, the deadbolt was missing—it looked like it was broken off—which added to our feeling of unease. If you’re going to the Ren Faire, make a day of it and drive home if you can, otherwise find somewhere else to stay.

Guys, don’t stay here! There was an argument out in the parking lot right when I got there. There is no elevator and people are hanging out everywhere including the staircase. I got catcalled when I got up the stairs. The room looks as if it was broken into the frame was broken dead bolt was broken off. If you pushed my door hard enough it would open. I didn’t even stay a night and forfeit my entire weekend stay. Staff did not look surprised by this at all. They just told me to have a good night. Very unsafe feeling.

I was here with my family and it served it's purpose. The mall was nearby and close enough to 6 flags to stop there for a day. We went nearby to the beach and went to a lot of nearby restaurants. Our entire stay was great. I do want to mention the staff being very friendly and the housekeepers do a very good job at cleaning the hotel. We had great sleep which made the entire stay overall pretty enjoyable. Will recommend to anyone booking with their family!

There were groups of people just hanging around the parking lot. We have never come across this at any other hotel. The front desk person was out front of the hotel smoking whenever we passed through the lobby which was about 6 or more times a day for two days.

When we checked I. Our room wasn’t ready as promised. We got in to the room about 30 minutes past check in but didn’t receive any fresh towels until much later. There was no service to the room the next day. The breakfast bar has a limited selection and was not replenished when items ran out.

Breakfast was disappointing. Juice machine not filled either day and no alternative was offered. If you didn't make it to breakfast early food was not replenished like sausage or eggs or yogurt. Front desk called my personal cell on day two to ask if we were still there and called our room after 10:00pm on first night not sure why as we didnt answer. Fan in bathroom was not working. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean! Very heavy fragrance used in hallway. Could be overwhelming if sensitive. Metal around base of bed was annoying. Didn't hurt when you bumped into it but it was loud. Overall positive for price.

Everything but the breakfast was great. Chose this property over others because it has free hot breakfast. I was getting married the next day and didn't want an empty stomach all day. The eggs were swimming in water, so everyone was making waffles, but both syrup bottles were empty. Nobody around to refill. Of the 4 juice options, there was only apple juice and water. Would have been a 5 star if they didn't cheap out on the breakfast.

First I was given a card for a room that was already occupied. The room I got was fine--clean and large, but the bathtub wasn't really safe--it only had a couple of strips to keep you from falling down in the slippery tub. Although the room was clean, the carpeting on the stairs was filthy, and the garbage that was piled up in the outside receptace was there the next day. The other issue was the lack of care for the breakfast area. Sparse selection, no napkins available, no decaf coffee. I wasn't horrible, but I won't stay there again.
