Days Inn by Wyndham Pleasant Prairie Kenosha

Room was not cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned they made the bed only. Didn’t restock any paper products and floors sticky and never swept. When you book your room, they don’t honor your room selection. Cannot believe this is “W” owned. Do not recommend this place for a stay.

The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and accomodating when I realized our second floor room wasn't going to work for me. He had a first floor room available, but he cautioned me that it was typically used for guests with pets and I might not like it. He gave me a key for the first floor room and allowed us to check it out before doing a room switch in case it wasn't acceptable. His attitude was friendly and not at all bothered by my need to have a different room. Much appreciated! (The first floor room was perfect, by the way, so we switched.)

This hotel was not for me! Solo female traveling for work. My first impression was not good. Waiting to be helped a drug and/or alcohol intoxicated gentleman walked in. I then saw him and another guest do an echange. I paid non refundable so still stayed. Hallways smell like smoke, a couple lights flashing, guest's garbage outside doors. Clean sheets and a warm shower. My TV was partially broken, but i didn't want to try to move rooms so just stayed in my room. Very noisy, can hear everything in the hallway and through the walls, doors need to be slammed to shut. Parking lot is well lit and many cameras on site,unsure if they work though. Later heard from coworkers that this is the local drug deal hotel.
