Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kenosha Pleasant Prairie

Great hotel. Rooms are nice and clean which is the most important to my family . Breakfast was amazing , Lady that works , forgot her name, was so nice and friendly . Bonus was gym and the pool. We had a great time ! Will defiantly be back

The staff were friendly, the suite we had was nice and roomy for a family. The pool is very small but my kids enjoyed it. My only complaint is that there is only one hook in the bathroom to put wet towels for a room that sleeps 6.

We booked this hotel often (twice in the last two weeks) when my husband works in the area. The hotel is always clean and staff is always pleasant. Clean pool and workout area. Nice breakfast.

The lock on the side door where we entered with the key card was falling off the building. Anyone could have jiggled the door and gain entrance. We reported it to the front desk. The room was very nice, but one of the queen size beds was so close to the wall, the person sleeping on that side could not get in and out.

Front desk not friendly. Didn’t smile at all made it seem like it was an inconvenience to check in. Really wanted to use pool but I guess there was an accident so it was closed? I get that but stated I was unhappy with that and she didn’t say a word. Wow not my favor place to stay.

Was chill. Spacious room. Quiet. Love a dog friendly hotel but not the noticeable spots on the carpet in my room.

Hotel seemed very clean and up to date. Great looking hotel, great service, nice gym. Negatives I had with the hotel was that the shower head leaked, mold growth around the tub, and the beds aren't the most comfortable but that is more of a personal preference.

I would give this more than a 4 star but there was dried blood on our comforter that wasnt ours.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. It is very close to the interstate and there are a lot of dining options close by in Pleasent Prairie and Kenosha.

The place was clean and well maintained. We appreciate how they have some little complimentary drinks for guests. The breakfast was good and fair. The staff were also accommodating and nice!

They couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived and found out an employee had accidentally checked me in hours before. I thought this to be very odd. The floor of the elevator needs the floor replaced and elevator on inside needs better cleaning. The wallpaper by the toilet in room needs replacing. Looks like someone spilt hot coffee and they couldn’t get it out. There was a big stain.

It was our first stay at a Fairfield Inn and Suites! it was great! The room was fantastic and loved the walk in shower! We will be staying at Fairfield Inn and Auites again!

Got in late after a long day of traveling. The TV was on when we arrived in our room and the remote would not work to turn it off. Wanted to call down to the desk to request a new remote but the phone didn’t work. Had to go down to the desk and the guy came up into our room to figure out the TV.

Everything about our stay was excellent except for the internet. I was able to connect with my computer but I couldn't with my tablet.

This was perfect for an overnight stay in the Kenosha area. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and explained everything clearly, Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The only (minor) fault we agreed on was the breakfast offerings were very bland although the coffee was good. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the stay, neighbors were a bit out and a loud hallway being able to hear every step. Beds were stiffer than resting outside on the ground but staff were great and the amenities were nice. Would rate higher if it weren't for the beds being so hard.

Three stars is a perfectly acceptable rating. Thus hotel met our needs, the staff were perfectly welcoming and hospitable. The mattresses felt nice enough, but my partner and i found ourselves waking throughout the night due to discomfort. Breakfast was delicious.

I’ll sit in like the fact that the manager never got back to me when I brought this to the hotels attention and it’s still not gotten back to me over a week and a half later despite numerous calls.

I stay at hotels regularly, and I've never taken the time to right a review. The staff at Fairfield in Pleasant Prairie are a step above. I'd especially like to thank Eric, Vita, and Jasmine for their warm and friendly demeanor, professionalism, and all the ways they go above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. Thanks guys, you're the best!

We checked into the hotel and night desk agent was not friendly. When we gave her our credit card to hold the $20 incidental fee, she held an extra $1000.00 because we were black.

Front desk told us they didn't have an extra blanket for my wife. That was not true, of course, but what kind of staff ethos permits people to give guests blatant lies to avoid doing their jobs?

The general manager chris at the pleasant prairie location was extremely rude, condescending, called me a liar 3 times, he told you lied you told me you stayed here two months ago and i checked the computer and you did not stay here as if that matters because he refused to take care the non working refrigerator for 3 days! he told me it was ice cold and i told him it's warm come and feel for yourself and he refused! I had just booked an extra night and immediately told him to cancel after he refused to see for himself that he was wrong! The refrigerator was very warm. He accused me of lying about staying there two months prior explaining that i didn't havethese problems then For some reason he checked the computer to see if i was telling the truth. I told him my cousin booked the room for me last time and he said we'll you didn't tell me that! Uhhmmm... i didn't know i needed to tell him who booked it. UNBELIEVABLE THIS GUY SHOULDBE FIRED YESTERDAY. I told him i had bought resraurant food worth $75 the night before and it was spoiling. He again called me a liar and said your food is not spoiling! I said really??? Steak... shrimp... chicken wings... he just looked at me then told me fine ill refund you one nights stay and i want you out of here in 15 minutes.I did not pay nearly 200 per night to be treated like a prison inmate with no rights to some dignity and courteous treatment. I paid 200 per night and got treatedlike dog doo on his shoe i can be treated like shitforfree

Gave my key to a random person, I walked In the room and they were laying in my bed. I can’t make this up!

Wonderful staff, they accommodated my daughter’s soccer team & did a great job making everyone feel welcomed. Breakfast had great options as well. Front desk staff were wonderful & very helpful.

The staff was exceptionally responsive and kind to us during our three day stay. One person even happily scanned documents that we needed for work at 11:30 at night on Christmas eve. She was pleasant and kind. In addition - oddly enough - we had multiple positive encounters with the other guests staying here as well. Maybe it was the Christmas spirit but we literally commented within our group what a happy place this was.

Went to the Bristol Renaissance Festival and this hotel was great. It only took 5 minutes to get the festival and back. Plus, the hotel gave us ideas on where to visit. Had the greatest stay!!!

The staff was very nice and always friendly. Alexis checked us in a day earlier then when we were to arrive and was very helpful and such a great peraon to talk to. The property is always nice and clean and is close to and Outlet mall which makes it fun to goto and shop.

If you are going to the renaissance festival this is a great option to stay at! 5 minutes way easy to get to and from Faire. Great staff Jasmine was amazing. She had to check in a lot of people during the nationwide glitch but she was calm and inviting in a potentially very stressful situation. It was a nice room and quite and stress free.

This property is next to the premium outlets. Street hotel is on is extremely busy and it's hard to get in and out of the property. Unsafe. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean. Great use of textures in the appearance inside. Rooms were small, but have everything you need. Bed was too soft for me, but my hubby was so very happy!. Pillows were very nice. Showers were roomy and I liked the products to use. Towels were large and fluffy. Breakfast was decent the next morning. It was hot with continental offerings. Overall, I would not stay here again because of the access to the road. I just don't feel safe in that manner, but that's really too bad because I really liked the hotel. If you are looking for a place right by the outlets, this is one option. However you cannot walk there, there is no sidewalk to it.
