Quality Inn & Suites Boonville - Columbia

Traveling with 2 pets and their fee is $35 for each pet. The price of the pets was same cost as room. I would have made a different hotel choice.

Hotel was clean, not immaculate, but clean. Pool was open till 11 so we got to enjoy that but the hot tub jets didn't work. Clerk at front desk was very friendly and it was her first night working alone.

The area where you enter towards the back, dirty. Also charging $35 per mini dachshund is outrageous!! Other hotels charge $15 to $25 for two dogs

The spa did not work and pool was cold.

Very strong chlorine smell when we walked in. One of the rooms smells like mold. Overall clean but older hotel

Very small property with multiple broken or damaged things inside and outside the hotel room. Our first room the air conditioner was not on when we arrived and when turns on, smelled like an old furnace that hadn't been turned on in years, the lights were burnt out in several fixtures, the door lock was not secured and wobbly, and the curtains were not fully attached. When asked to change rooms the staff member didn't apologize for the state of the room, just told us to get our bags out ASAP and switched the room. Our new room didn't look anything like the previous room, older, however the air worked without smell so that as a bonus! VERY small bathroom and not much room to walk around all of the large furniture in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. When checking out the pool , it's a glorified large bathtub when looking at the size , the water was very cold and the room was very warm and muggy! The hot tub water was so hot it could have burned you and the jets didn't work. The breakfast was okay, just a very small area to get your food and not much seating, unless you prefer barstool style tables. Overall not a great experience and we will never return to this hotel.

The breakfast options were good and kept full as needed. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was out of order. It would have been nice to bed able to use that. The location was farther away from Columbia, MO than expected. I had to spend more travel time back and forth to Columbia than I would have liked. The parking lot was too small. I arrived late one night and had to park illegally as no spots were available.

The hot tub was not working. I went to the front desk and asked the guy up at the front desk about. He said he would send the maintenance man out to take a look at it but he never came so we couldn't use the spa. The ladies who worked the desk Friday and Saturday were awesome. The breakfast was ok and the variety was good. Overall I would stay here again.

$35 for pet charge why are you pet friendly and then charge that much seems like a way to cheat people

Limited parking

When I checked in there were still food wrappers on the floor there was no soap whatsoever in the bathroom and I could never get my iPad to connect to the internet

My room had a strong mildew odor; opening the window and using the A/C didn't help. Also, an individual was smoking in the stairwell.

Unable to get a refund after ants were crawling in our bed and face because we booked from Expedia and not the hotel directly. Do not plan to use Expedia again because of this issue.

The blanket was not washed, there were food stains on it, and the carpet was very sticky and dirty.

For an older hotel, it was clean & nice. My only complaint/suggestion would be that they need to spray for ants as I had a few of them crawl on me in bed while I was asleep & there were some crawling on the table area. It isn't something that would deter me from coming back; however, it wasn't something I enjoyed either. Overall though, it was not a bad hotel at all. VERY clean. You can be older but still be clean & this hotel definitely fit that bill. It's just time to spray again. That's all. VERY wonderful & friendly staff.

Disgusting dirty property. All sheets were dirty with hair on them. Floors not vaccumed. Everything is dusty. Clearly rooms are not cleaned. Towels are stained. Staff is friendly. I would never stay here again- the semis next to the building run all night and are very loud. Side door was open where anyone could come in. Awful.

The first hotel room on the ground floor had a window latch that was broken. We requested another room on the second floor and that room had a burned out lamp, dirty sheets with hair on them and ants walking across the TV stand. We went back down and cancelled the room based on the two rooms we had looked at and rebooked at the Holiday Inn Express next door which was very clean.

A/C did not cool the room very well. There was a definite musty smell when the A/C unit was running.

Looked like our sheets were never changed. Disgusting. Paid way too much for this room

Ants everywhere

Shower backed up, had to stand in the water from the drain. Toilet took a few flushing to get waste down. Place was worn out. Just an ok place. Stayed here out of convince.

I appreciated that we were allowed to check in early due to weather conditions. We finally got into a different room with a working TV around 8:00 pm after 3 trips to report the TV wasn't working other than that issue the stay was great

Room was VERY humid. AC did not take it out uncomfortable.

The tub had no water pressure when I turned it on the faucet handle, fell off in my hand

Basic hotel, rooms were small, needs a little updating.

Dated hotel with problematic Wi-Fi

It is an older building, but the room was clean and had had some renovations. The vanity in our bathroom was still very low, but the rest of the bathroom was newer. Our bed was comfortable and the heating unit kept the room warm. Our check in person was very nice and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and still warm.

We stayed in room 103 near the end of the hall. Above us was a heavy walker and the floor squeaked. He walked around a lot! Next to us was an adjoining room with doors closed but someone had a croup cough. We had just travelled for 10 hours. I was so happy when all quieted down by 11pm. And we slept!!🤗

Perfectly fine. Room was a bit cramped. But very quiet and comfortable

Sat in lobby for over 30 minutes to check in while desk young lady was on the phone with a customer. She was very polite to the caller but I just wondered why she couldn't have put them on hold. Also, even though I made the reservation over two months prior and requested 1st floor (later confirmed on their computer that I did indeed request that), I was asked what floor do I want. I said 1st and she had to look and told me the only room available was a pet room. I ok'd that but it was all the way to the end of the hall (2nd to the end). After unloading our luggage and some food we found the refrigerator did not work (also had no controls for cold or whatever). We went back to the desk and she said, "oh yea, we've had problems with that refrigerator." Huh? She moved us across the hall from 103 to 102, from carpeted to hard floor. Had to return our 103 key cards to get the 102 keys then move all our stuff again, All this on a 90 degree day and after a 230 mile drive from Mt. Vernon, Illinois. By the way, I'm 84 and my wife is 83. On the plus side, your folks were nice and breakfast was the best of the Quality Inns and the Comfort Inn we stayed in previously on this trip. don't want to complain too much but still wonder why I get a room 12 miles from the lobby when I book so early.

I was surprised that this motel was quite. And love the indoor pool. How ever the woman doing the breakfast was rude. She wouldn't let us finish getting our breakfast before she started to clean up. I mean I get it was time to clean up but let's ppl finish getting their breakfast. This women just gave nothing but attitude. That made it uncomfortable and didn't want to come down for breakfast for the rest of my stay.

Fast efficient checkin , very clean friendly staff

No one was at the front desk when I arrived and I was unable to check into my room. After waiting at the desk and making multiple calls, I was forced to find another hotel.

Night personal was outside smoking. Took 15 minutes for them to register us in at night.

The employee at the desk, Kim was very friendly and helpful! Definitely an asset to this motel

Our stay was very pleasant. My only complaint is the lady doing the breakfast. She wasn't very nice at all. Picked my brother up from the hospital so we had just shown up and the end. However she didn't even let us finish getting our breakfast before cleaning everything up. My opinion should hire people that our friendly

Good location, Safe, friendly and quality service.

Staff and customer service was outstanding. Breakfast was fresh and very good. We slept like babies in the gigantic comfy king sized bed. My new favorite hotel for sure.

A good hotel just off of I-70, but several miles from downtown Booneville. The rooms are fine. The bathroom shows wear. The breakfast was OK.

Fast check in. The room was comfortable and clean and the king size bed was comfortable. This hotel is very close to the KATY trail which I was doing a long bike ride. The bottom floor room to facilitate my bike was quiet and I didn’t hear any noise from above. I will stay here again.

We arrived after 10:00 pm after traveling for 15 hours. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is obviously dated, but they have made an effort to spruce things up. When we got to our room, I immediately noticed a white stain on the chair. I do not know why it has not been cleaned in some way. A picture is attached. The beds were comfortable. Also, they had the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. However, there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom, so I had to move it from the sink to the shower and back to the sink. My wife and her mother had the same soap issue in another room on a different floor, so this does not appear to be an oversight. The breakfast bar was also not up to par. The coffee was not good, and the orange juice was like super-strong Tang and not OJ.

Everyone was nice and friendly and breakfast was a good mixture of everything, more than I expected for the price

This was convenient for what we had going on and felt like it was a safe area but breakfast was not good- no fruit and other food pretty flavorless. The carpet is so old and needs to be repainted and updated. Service was fine .
