They are renovating, the hot tub is waiting on a part. We had a blast and pretty much had a beach party in the pool! Staff was very good and helpful! It was a very fun trip! Thank you

In late October, price was great, room was great. Advertised hot tub did not work. No huge deal but when things don’t work I get annoyed when I only find out after I have paid.

Service was very friendly. The room was nice. The only drawback to this stay was that the pool was under construction. When you travel with kids, you look for hotels with pools. It's the only reason we stayed here and to find out the pool wasn't available was very disappointing.

Hotel being renovated. Pool/spa closed. Ice machines out of order. Fitness room size of a closet. No weights. Asked for another room away from the construction underway on our floor - lots of dust and smell. The room we were moved to - smelled like mold. Worst place I've ever stayed. Broken car window glass in the parking lot which we told the front desk about. Seemed like a car was broken into. Front desk denied. Said that the window just broke yesterday. Do not stay at this Holiday Inn. Felt unsafe. Anyone who has respiratory issues - avoid this hotel. Expedia should remove from their website. Expedia please contact me.

Property was under construction. Was told at check in there was no hot water due to renovations. Workers were there and making noise and being loud in hallway at an early time. Everything else was good at the hotel. Room was clean bed comfy but would have stayed elsewhere if I had known they were under construction. Too high price for room with no hot water.

My only complaint was that the swimming pool looked questionable. It had a cloudy green color so we didn't use it. The whirlpool was fine and in good working order. Breakfast was simple and good. The coffee was excellent tasting and we liked the fact that each room is furnished with full sized pumps of shampoo, condtioner and body lotion.

Very nice hotel. The night employee was very nice, the day employee didn't seem to like that we asked her questions about the room options. Enjoyed the pool until the lights shut off 15 mins before closing time (if they were automatic we couldn't get them to turn back on). Breakfast was decent. Would stay there again!

They need to sweep vacuum or anything would help. Not very clean smells in the rooms. Had to ask 2 times for someone to clean out room. And one evening shift lady was to busy on her phone to help people.

My 12 year old son got in the hot tub and his foot was cut on a screw. The hotel staff did not apologize or act concerned what so ever. His foot has to be glued and steri stripped back together. The hotel also had an infestation of ants

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and it was nice and clean at that time. Our stay there this time was not very good at all. There was still trash left over in our room from the last occupants and a cleaning rag left as well. The room smelled musty and there was mold growing in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. There were also ants crawling on the base boards and on the floors.

The room they have me had mold on the walls, they gave us a different room. We was woke up at 7 a.m. with jackhammering on the floor above us. A few days after we got home from our trip i checked my bank account and they charged me $250 for smoking in the room, neither me or my wife smoke. I called the hotel 2 days in a tow and appearantly the manager never works and nobody there could help me. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

1st floor room very dirty and musty. Mold behind curtains. Big cobwebs with big bugs stuck in them. Felt wet and AC not working very good. Beat up walls and stained furniture. Got a headache from the mold. Had to leave, I couldn’t stay there, so ick!!! They refuse refund.

Close to MO Soccer Park, easy access off the highway, quick check in. Staff was pleasant and responsive. For the cost, the property is a bit outdated and in need of upgrades. Bed comfort is mediocre.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The doorlocking mechanism to our room wasn't functioning normally. When we mentioned this to staff we were told they were aware but "didn't know why it did that". There was a landscaping light pointed directly at our window, and the light blocking shade wouldn't close completely, so it was not a great night of sleep.

Check in personnel could not switch us to a first floor room claiming that manager had assigned the rooms. Same person was asked to give us a wake up call but there was no call. Room was not really ready because it was a super hot day and the AC had not been turned on in the room, so a third floor room was very hot while unpacking. There was no spare tissue box even though the box was obviously almost empty. The manager was helpful and apologized when we spoke to him the next day. He did give us good advice for a restaurant.

The desk clerk seemed confused about our check in. Reserved a King room and got a room with 2 queens. Room was clean. When checking out, the morning clerk couldnt find us by name and our room 111 was under a totally different person’s name that we did not know.

I had a great stay here twice about a week apart as I made a trip east. It was easy to find and there was access to fast food nearby -- you could walk to Arby's. Good hot breakfast choices. My decaf coffee had a ton of grounds in it unfortunately during the first stay, but the second visit it was all fine. The first stay there were quite a few long hairs in the bathroom and tub and they were NOT mine (my hair is short). Second stay the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't stay closed -- water got all over the floor. I left a note and also mentioned it when I checked out. It looked like an easy fix, so hopefully it was taken care of before the next guest. Overall though, I had two very good nights sleep and the location was great for my trip.

Nothing around property to walk to. Containers in the parking area I’m not sure if they’re remodeling or not. Our room was very dusty around the baseboards carpet area and dated.

The hotel is undergoing remodeling and we had a new remodeled room which was very nice . Facility is going to be beautiful . Close to food gas etc cute town friendly people

Very nice hotel! It's a very spacious room. The beds were very comfy & I loved the bedding. The bathroom had big bottles of Dove products, including shampoo/conditioner. The breakfast was great, including a pancake maker. We were hungry at 9pm when we arrived. There were actually hot pockets & lean cuisines in the snack shop. We really appreciated that!
