Is was clean but not enough parking space. Don’t plan for breakfast bing the main meal of the day.(pastry to go shop) Also, I was on the non smoking side and people were vaporing, not good.

If you have relatives in Jersey and you’re traveling with your family dog ya might have to stay in places you wouldn’t otherwise. This is one of those places. It’s an older “Morel” in serious need of a tear down or radical remodel. I’m guessing it’s a 1950s HoJo with new paint, new shower, and a flat screen TV that didn’t work. The floor was dirty and had some crusty schmutz dragged in by foot and then ignored by cleaning staff. The headboard of one bed has spooge or similar stains ( pic attached ), I see a number of reviews by folks that came here for a romantic evening. How special ❤️. And let’s not forget the used condom in the parking lot ( very poorly lit parking lot ). Clearly, this place is the Fantasy Island of New Jersey 🤷‍♂️. The pros include clean bedding and a relatively new shower with decent hot water. Additionally, with Dennys to the right and IHop to the left, you can be stuck on Fantasy Island with lots of calaries to choose from. For my part, I’m keeping my dog, and sorta stuck with the relatives too, but I’ll pay an extra $50/ night next trip and get a decent hotel.

There was absolutely no food left at 7:30am for the free included breakfast. Did have coffee. No elevator. Had to carry bags upstairs. Not going to stay there again.

This is definitely a budget motel, but not budget rate. Seemed expensive for what it was. Door to the room didn’t lock behind me unless I forced it shut, which is a safety issue. The hallways were dirty. The outside door did not require a hotel key access so anybody could walk in there.

The room, hallways and lobby had a moldy smoke smell. The bathroom was clean but so many repairs and damaged walls. The TV was broken and the whole establishment seems at the end of its life cycle. Just worn out.

Probably the worst hotel property I stayed during my lifetime (so far). Dirty, old and smelly rooms… front desk don’t even have adequate supply consumables (towels, soap, shampoo etc.) when asked. The breakfast is horrible - stale food, juices seem to have mixed water in them!!! Only one toaster to cater the entire breakfast area Worst of all is the fact that the property didn’t clean my room despite placing this request at time of check in. I stayed two nights and when I came back to the property in the evening of the second day, room was not cleaned. When I complained to front desk they said they didn’t have a request for it to be cleaned!!! Please avoid this hotel and go somewhere else.

I am so angry about our stay. We’ve been here at least 10 times. The rooms definitely need renovation but that never bothered us. The room was always clean and comfortable. But this time was TERRIBLE! The bed was awful. We could feel every metal spring and barely slept. After checking in at 3 we didn’t come back until 11 so it was too late to get a different room. Honestly, we should be given a refund or a free nite stay if they want us to come back

One night only. Property really needs repairs inside and out. It is extremely out dated and dirty. The curtain in the room didn’t even cover the entire window. The corners of the floor in the bathroom had dirt or I don’t know what it was. I reserved 2 queen beds. My daughter and I were unable to sleep in our beds because something was biting us the entire night. My daughter bagged up our belongings and directly washed them in hot water when we returned home. The carpet was sticky when we walked barefoot. The cable was off and on. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel. The continental breakfast was acceptable.

One of our lights occasionally flickered, but that was our only issue. The room is not very soundproof, so if neighbors are very loud you will be able to hear them. The service was wonderful. The staff members that I spoke to at the counter were very sweet. The room was clean and had plenty of space.

This hotel needs an upgrade in the worst way. The carpet looked worn, the bed is stiff and uncomfortable, and the bathroom needs to be redone (toilet is too low to the ground and the plumbing needs an overhaul: water pressure is too inconsistent- good on some days awful on others, tiles looked old and in need of repairs).

The only thing that I did not like was the quality of service . We had asked to have room service on are second day and nothing was done for are 3 day stay. I also asked for 2 more pillows be brought to are room none ever arrived. Other then that everything was ok.

First things first, Rueben was amazing! Great, friendly service at check in. The room was your standard Best Western hotel fair, which means it was perfectly fine, clean, and comfortable, if not exceptional. The area around the hotel was clean and friendly as well. Great experience all around, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

When booking my reservation, I accidently scheduled one day short of my intended departure date. On the day before my departure, a gentleman from the front desk called me to ask about why I had not vacated the room. He was rude and condescending and demanded that I return by a certain time that afternoon to present my credit card in person. I was treated like a criminal. When I returned to the hotel and spoke with the manager, she never once apologized for how the man had spoken to me and instead was defensive. I was a perfectly pleasant through the whole thing, trying to explain what had happened. I would have given this hotel 5 stars for everything if it had not been for this interaction.

When I was checking in the hotel manager was arguing with a possible former customer. The manager proceeded to hang up angrily n proceeded to assist me in checking in with an angry attitude. This person needs to understand past or present customers pay his salary. He needs to realize a quick change in attitude is needed FAST!!! I had nothing to do with the telephone conversation.

I enjoyed the location, central to everything. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. I really liked that you had restaurants, a shopping mall and an AMC theater nearby. I am looking forward to going back for another visit.

Outdated rooms. Basic amenities -shampoo , bar soap, no lotion. Continental breakfast is nothing to look forward to. Everyhing is basic. Hotel rate not worth the price. No filtered water fountain. Only soda/water/snacks vending machine. Ice machine is also available. Location is nice, it is near shopping center and restaurants.

What I did like was that the staff was helpful and friendly. The included breakfast with the hotel stay was not the best. Unlike the typical continental breakfast of other hotels, this location had pre packaged jimmy deans sausage biscuits, yogurts, toast and pre packaged Danish pastry. There was no pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage links or bacon to chose from.

Staff is very curtious. Room is clean Breakfast is not good at all. Only option is bread. Parking is very nearby. I feel property is too open and anyone can knock ur door without the front desk. Overall I do say below average.

This property need more upgrades, need a cleaning crew, need renovations. And need to make coffees 24/7 instead of 8, stay there for work purposes couldnt even get a cup of coffee for the time i stayed in, beside the staff are amazing and explain thoroughly.
