Great location if you have a very early flight to catch and nice view overlooking the airport. Tully is just opposite the hotel if you want coffee. There’s dumbbells, yoga mats and treadmill in the small gym.

Very nice, clean modern hotel, close to the airport. I like that it was very quiet and close to both train and monorail. I had the river view room. Was unsure about the view at first but the next day I got a good look and it was nice. Saw a silhouette of Mt Fuji in the distance. Airport shuttle is ONLY available FROM the hotel to airport between 4am-11:05am. All the staff were very accommodating, super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel). Its a very quick (<2 min) walk from the nearest train station to the hotel. The rooms were large (esp for Japan), and well appointed. Check in and out were easy. I would definitely go back, especially if I had a late night entry to Haneda or an early exit from Japan. Would recommend.

ベットの横の床にかなり多くのお菓子の食べ残しが落ちていた。チェックインしたのが夜の10時過ぎで、ゴミに気がついたのが夜12時くらい、フロントに伝えたが、夜のせいか掃除をして貰えず、自分でゴミを取った。クッキーのようなお菓子がボロボロになっていてゴミを取るのがとても大変だった。次の日夜8時くらいにホテルの部屋に戻ると、他の部屋を用意してあるとの手紙が入っていた。その日は疲れていたし、翌日はチェックアウトだったので部屋は変えなかった。ゴミに対するホテルの対応が良くないと思った。もう一度泊まりたいとは思わない。

We stayed for 1 night before our flight home, and found the room small but adequate for a 1 night stay. Bathroom is small, as a women it was quite difficult for me to dry my hair, but the shower pressure was really good. The bed was comfy and the pillows not too hard. We found the fridge to be really loud here and the room got really stuffy very quick as you could not open the window. Sound proofing is not amazing, you could hear people in the corridor and the alarms from rooms next door. Was a nice place to stay for 1 night, but would not recommend the hotel for a lengthy stay.

Rooms are slighly larger than most Japan hotels. The area around hotel most active during weekends. We at at a great Katsu restaurant in the same complex. Only counter seats but it was the best I’ve had on that trip. Also we couldn’t finish the meal so the packed it for us to take back to the room. I warmed it up-at the hotel microwave with also had utensils. It was also convenient to the train and monorail station. I was surprised that the monorail was less crowded than the KK train especially returning towards the Airport.

The safe were friendly when we arrived and helped with check-in very efficiently. We only stayed for one night, but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. A decent sized room and good sized washroom. The hotel was quiet despite being so close to the airport. The hallways were designed to look like airport runways - a nice touch. Bonus: our room had a view of Mt. Fuji! Would stay here again if we need to stay near the airport.

PROS - Very friendly concierge, rooms are cleaned each day, extra amenities are great and overall, very quiet. CONS - Breakfast is quite expensive, although lovely, room service limited in the evening and vending machines not accessible. Staff mishandled my luggage and sent it back to the previous location which was very frustrating. Would absolutely stay again, though!

We arrived after midnight. First, nothing to eat on site. Second, the front desk did not allow any extension of check out time the same day even we had only 9 hrs to sleep after hectic travel day. They just stick to the rules without any accommodations. It makes me feel that I was just dealing with computers rather than humans.

Modern, clean and comfortable. It’s close to the airport and train services, so very convenient. The area has nothing in it though and shops close around 11pm. So if you are arriving, late and you are hungry, probably best to eat before you arrive. If you want to have a bath, you have to find the secret button!

Excellent stay with unbeatable convenience! The hotel is right next to Tenkubashi Station, just one stop from Haneda Terminal 3. Restaurants and shops are steps away. Automated check-in and check-out were quick, and staff were helpful for non-Japanese speakers. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and the city view from the restaurant was a great bonus. Perfect for travelers flying in or out of Haneda!

The hotel was very clean and and the staff very courteous and helpful. I would not stay again only because of the location. The station where it is located is only a small bare station with no restaurants or shops. It's located at Innovation City which is mostly businesses and only a couple of small restaurants. Was wrong in thinking Innovation City to be full of shops, etc. Also we weren't able to use the shipping service to other hotels from there.

The best part about this hotel is that is so close to the airport. It only one stop on the Mono rail. But don’t make my mistake of taking the express line. Take only the LOCAL line. Overall the hotel is clean and room size was adequate for me. A single traveler. Getting to the main attractions in Tokyo will take extra time, but if you are only doing one round trip per day it is not too bad. Breakfast is good. If compare to others I have been, it is a 3 out of 5. There is a convenient store near by, but not much else. The nearest attraction is the new future city in Takanawa. Many restaurants and shops available. Bottom line, this hotel is a good value stay if you want to be away from busy side of Tokyo.
