Not as advertised. While the staff was friendly and accommodating the facilities are in terrible condition. The pool chairs and cabanas are falling apart and not in any condition to be utilized with mold and bird feces coving them. Everywhere you turn there is something broken and falling apart. There seems to have been zero upkeep on the location since it was established. It’s impossible to make dinner reservations anywhere and as a family of 6 with two teens we booked a suite and it consisted of 1 kind bed and two tiny pull out couches. The food was subpar. Will not return.

We had a good stay! Beautiful beach! Food overall was my favorite part of the trip. Very tasty, good variety and big portions. Things to note are: hotel is 1:30 hr away from airport, the pool closes at 6pm and the latest bar closes at midnight.

We had a swim out in building 2 with a view of the beach and ocean. It was quiet and the perfect spot. The only fault was that it was extremely humid at night and the restaurants and sports bar although air conditioned had the glass doors open to the outside which made the dining and sports bar warm. After being in the sun all day it would be nice to be able to cool off at night somewhere other than your room. Other than that - would totally go back.

This hotel is struggling as a result of a) issues with upset staff and appear to be on work to rule since last months strike and b) unresolved maintenance issues. The property is in an amazing location. Fantastic beach and great potential. The staff say the owners won’t spend needed money on fixing the issues so it continues to deteriorate. Rooms: toilet flushing, no hot water for jacuzzi, shower doesn’t properly drain and shower door doesn’t properly close, broken drawers, mirror cracked, scale broken, screen has holes Staffing issues: mini bar not automatically restocked, had to find/ask/tip the mini bar guy to get it done, room not always cleaned, towels not always restocked unless chased someone down, many staff at the restaurants or lounges/ bar areas barely moving to do anything likely work to rule. we would see them gathered doing nothing once waiting almost two hours for food items that would be ready made ie no cooking required. Water sports: non existent when they were supposed to be included. The weather was great and nothing available ever. Others had same issue despite seeing other resorts nearby out so weather wasn’t a factor. Food: mediocre and on many occasions we were told they were out of items like out of sushi at the Japanese restaurant, Jamaican Pattie’s Maintenance: pools are cold, tile/bar areas broken, cooking table at Japanese restaurant leaks, soft serve Dining reservations issues nightly and had to escalate to get them done.

It started badly as I was unable to find the property due to the Lack of proper signage, lost almost an hour trying to find the place. Parking was horrible as i had to drive to the back of the property, thank God for the Golf cart. After checking in i was given the incorrect room, paid for Ocean view and was given something else. The staff and management tried their best to remedy the situation. Pros The restaurants are nice just try to get a reservation. The pool and entertainment are fun The grill is awesome Room service is decent Cons The buffet is horrible Some staff wont pay you any mind unless you tip them.

Our stay was great. The staff is very well trained, friendly, courteous and helpful. The front desk made daily calls to check on us. Two staff members, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable (we were on our honeymoon), Chantae and Natasha - they are true gems and should be promoted and kept at all costs. The room was clean and in good condition, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The property is immaculate. A few areas were seen with yellow caution tape, warning guests of minor construction in progress, but that is to be expected at a property that is open year-round. The food was good - please book dinner reservations way in advance, as they book out quickly. The buffet was better than expected. Everything was well-prepared and tasty (for the most part). Nightly entertainment on the property kept us thoroughly entertained - from dance presentations to silent dancehall parties, and we were never bored. The gym is decently equipped, however, it needs more benches. The spa is a must-visit! It is luxurious with highly competent staff. All in all, a memorable stay. Thanks, Royalton.

Had an excellent stay! The Two butlers assigned to the rooms (Oshain & Darron were phenomenal. They made the stay smooth and comfortable. There were many other excellent staff members to help facilitate our needs; staff members such as Amber at the martini bar, Rochelle at the buffett, Britney, and many more! The food for the most part was pretty good. There were good days and there were bad days. Overall there was more good than bad, as the selections was vast. The Japanese restaurant was excellent but I can't say the same for the stake house. The hydrotherapy at the spa was a big plus in my book, so treat your self to at least that at the spa. Overall it was just a wonderful time all around! Excellent staff! excellent beaches! What more can one ask for?

The nursing staff had to be used and was fantastic. However, there were enough issues with this resort that I would not choose to return. Not enough chairs at the beach or pool for all of the guests. Ran out of alcohol and basic drinks like Diet Coke at the pool bar and other bars on multiple days of our seven day stay. Missing items in the restaurant depending on the day. One day no spoons, another day no napkins, no ketchup etc.

The only thing I can suggest is more towels. Everyday they ran out before 11 am. Maybe because guests take more than one per person? Also another bar on the beach is needed. With more shaded areas. People were great!!! Service, food and property were amazing. The workers made the trip!

Beautiful resort. Some staff were very friendly (Crystal at check in) bartenders didn't smile or talk, restaurant staff was hit and miss. Arrived a day late due to weather issues and was told we were going to have to wait 3 hours to check in cause our rooms weren't ready after an hr they "got us in early". Was not told at check in that we could only access 1 of 4 pools (Autograph is only allowed in the main pool) Housekeeping was hit and miss, took all dirty towels and pillow cases off the bed and didn't replace them. Tried using app to request items and 3 hours later got a reply they fulfilled our request but nothing was actually fulfilled so talked to front desk and they didn't seem to care there were no pillow cases on the bed. Then delivered us 12 towels. Walked into restaurant and a lady threw up in front of us on the floor right by our table and it took 15 minutes for someone to come and clean it up (even after we mentioned it) cause they had to find someone to come clean it. Rented cabana on beach 2 times, first day had good service but didn't get fruit platter that was included. 2nd day we rented it again, concierge showed up 2 times in 3 hours then left 2 hours before our time was up cause his shift was over and expected a tip, no one else showed up and didn't get fruit platter again and was still charged full price both times. Food was hit and miss. Steakhouse food was all salt and uncooked fish. Teppanyaki was good.

No hot water for more than half the stay. Roaches in rooms/dining areas. Room service over 90 minute wait. Fridge in room is hot. Nothing like other Royalton properties. This one is a disgrace.

Staff was very nice. The room ,linen and floor was dirty. The order in my room was Moldy like water had wet it and it was locked up for weeks then we had dinner at the steakhouse. It was very, very good. The only thing I did not like was the timeframe from when I checked in and asked for my room to be clean, it was not done and after four hours off returning to the room it wasn’t done when I had to go back to the front decks to request for someone to clean the room and change the linens then at 1 o’clock at night my room was finally changed and keypad my overall experience was not a nice one. Hope it will get better in the future .
Staff was very nice. The room ,linen and floor was dirty. The order in my room was Moldy like water had wet it and it was locked up for weeks then we had dinner at the steakhouse. It was very, very good. The only thing I did not like was the timeframe from when I checked in and asked for my room to be clean, it was not done and after four hours off returning to the room it wasn’t done when I had to go back to the front decks to request for someone to clean the room and change the linens then at 1 o’clock at night my room was finally changed and keypad my overall experience was not a nice one. Hope it will get better in the future .

The property needs updating. There were roaches in the elevator and on the balcony. At least two people in my family saw them. Also, their check-in system needs updating. I called to mention I'd be delayed and the system flagged me as a no show. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

Dirty room, clogged bathroom drain, roaches (which i have footage of), none working Jacuzzi, no umbrella to use even when the managers are consulted. No food whenever it rains including room service. No back up generator, u will need to use your hot spot in order to make payment via credit card (You pay to pay). Apologies are standardized, anything that appears like a gift can be a pay off so that you will not post negative experiences. The list continues.

To be frank I LOVE this property however this stay was disappointing. I am trying so hard to remember the names of the two young ladies at the front desk who checked us in and also a slim built dark youngman (HUMBLE SOUL) who waited our breakfast and lunch the 2nd day. These 3 people are ASSETS to this property, the passion they have for their job is out of this world. Our room was CLEAN but we where turned off by a very dirty shirt that was set down on the side of the pool, along with a drinking glass holding an empty water bottle in it. To add to that, the smell of the sewage was unbable!!! It took 3 to 4 tries before the toilet would be properly flushed. It would appear as though there was a bit of staff shortage as some could be heard complaining. The long lines at the restaurant to be seated was ridiculous, and the flies....OMG. All in all I love this property and hope these areas will be worked on so We will enjoy our next stay. PS. There was a BIG crab inside the door on the balcony....lol

I had a 5-night stay at Royalton Negril. The positives were that most of the staff were polite and helpful, the food at the buffet was good in most cases albeit repetitive, and the housekeeper we had on most of the days was pleasant and attentive when tidying our room. Scoops and Calypso were also good (skip Zen). There were a few off-putting instances. There was one day when I had to call 3 times to get our room serviced as the garbage needed to be emptied, we had no toilet paper and no clean towels. It was almost 5pm before a team of 3 showed up (not the regular housekeeper but the turn down service team) and they were so sloppy and rushed to the point where as they were leaving I had to point out to them that they still had not provided toilet paper or towels. One promised to return with said items and that's the last time I saw her. I had to call yet again and wait another hour for these basic items to be provided. I also noticed areas where the overall attention to detail and cleanliness was lacking. Our neighbors had put their room service plates and empty beer cans in the hallway on the second day of our stay, and THREE days later, the dirty plates were still there! In the buffet restaurant, the napkins used during dinner service were so threadbare or tattered, so clearly no one is paying attention to or caring about the condition. It's the little things that speak volumes. You can't bill as a luxury resort and provide a subpar product. I wouldn't stay here again.

Though we were told both rooms would be ready by 3 PM, we didn’t get access to our second room until after 6 PM—over three hours late. Even worse, the delay was blamed on missing pillowcases and then "lost paperwork," which forced us to redo the check in paperwork, dragging the process out even longer. We ended up missing a planned excursion because of the delays. The condition of the rooms was shocking. Rooms had a foul odor in the bathroom, like raw sewage, and the mini-fridge smelled of mold. The sink was clogged, and water was leaking from a light fixture above, posing a clear safety hazard. Cups were dirty, and the bedding had stains and hair on it—totally unacceptable at any hotel, let alone a resort at this price point. I payed for the swim up room and it wasn’t clean therefore I didn’t utilize it. I informed housekeeping and the front desk. The towels was limited as I requested wash rags twice and never got them. We checked in on Thursday sheets never changed bed was just made on a daily. The cafe in the lobby had roaches in the display with food. I advise the workers and they said okay and kept working. The place was beautiful but I can’t say it was worth $2800 for one room

Beautiful property but not very clean. My room was never properly cleaned, I didn't have towels/wash cloths. My pool was dirty and had cups left over from previous guest. The restaurants and food was very tasteful except for the Zen hibachi restaurant...The restaurant was very smoking and i was coughing throughout dinner.

STAFF WAS GREAT, from check in, butler, wait staff, they all were exceptional. The infrastructure is in dire need of repair broken and damaged mirrors in the room, damaged furniture. The property has deteriorated so quickly it’s sad. Lack of maintenance.

We had a swim out in building 2 with a view of the beach and ocean. It was quiet and the perfect spot. The only fault was that it was extremely humid at night and the restaurants and sports bar although air conditioned had the glass doors open to the outside which made the dining and sports bar warm. After being in the sun all day it would be nice to be able to cool off at night somewhere other than your room. Other than that - would totally go back.

Hot tub also wasn't working for the whole 5 days I was there. Diamond club. Lounge didn't have much in terms of food and snacks. Dining was hit or miss and it was very slow. Buffet has many options but it was mediocre.

Stay was OK. Room was fine but none of the swim outs get good sun coverage so they can often be chilly. The hotel has some wear and tear but it's not the worst. The biggest paint point is that the food really isn't that great and room service never had dessert the entire week I was there. If I had to guess all upgrade resources and efforts are being put toward the new hideaway additions. The butler service was OK, I've been here 3 times before and found that previous butlers were a little more attentive. I noted it was my birthday in my booking and in my intake papers and nothing was done which was a surprise as again, I've been here before with friends and seen them do the door sign etc. Overall my stay was still OK, staff I encountered were friendly but things just didn't feel as up to par as I expected or would have thought for a diamond club experience.

Although we enjoyed our stay at Royalton Negril., the property and our room in particular is need of some remodeling & repairs. We had a one bedroom presidential & for the price, I was disappointed in the state of the room. Repairs to bring room back up to "diamond club" status needs to be done ASAP. We would like to give a shout out to our butler Rahiem for top notch service and our guy at the bar next to Jerk Hut. Overall an amazing stay, mainly due to staff.

The hotel is beautiful and it has a lot of potential. However, the service is HORRIBLE! when we checked in and went to the pool they told us they ran out of towels then we tried to get food from the jerk hut and they wouldn’t service because they were closing in 20 minutes . I spoke to the supervisor Odette and she did nothing! She pretty much said the towels are first come first serve so if you go there you need to wake up early to hunt for the towels. They seemed to be short staff. The room next to us ordered room service and on my second day the plates were still outside the room. There were no reservations available for the restaurants - because I had the room decorated I had an ambassador who squeezed me in to one of the restaurants. Overall this place is beautiful but their staff have no urgency. I will never go back there!

This was my second time staying at a Royalton Jamaica hotel and will definitely not be returning. We booked a Diamond club swim out suite. The positives: We enjoyed our two butlers Franz and Roshaun as they helped us set up a round trip taxi to Rick's cafe and added champagne to our room. The negatives: we waited 20 mins for the golf cart to take us from our hotel room to the main lobby upon check out. Which almost made us late for our flight. We had to ask the staff multiple times to call for the cart. But we ended up walking very far with our carry on bags to the main lobby. Multiple food items were missing from the Diamond Club pool restaurant. Despite being 1 of 4 customers at the Diamond club ala carte Grazie restaurant, we also waited a very long time for our breakfast. The dinner at Grazie was not appetizing at all. When we were waiting at the breakfast buffet, we ordered 2 egg white omelettes. Chef Natasha made 1 whole egg omelette and had to be reminded to make another egg omelette. I felt as though she was not tentative enough and distracted as she was talking with a fellow co worker while taking orders. Another gentleman after me had to tell her his order 3 times. Also, part of the head board of our bed was loose and it hit my head in the middle of the night.Overall the service is not up to par.

The staff can only do what they're told and with what they're given. I got my room after 6pm, and only because i decided that i wasnt leaving the desk until i got it. And then on check out, i got a call promptly at 12 that i needed to leave the room or else be charged. That was a major turn off. I was ready to exit but the room was somewhat far so asked for a bellboy. I have yet to see him. Had to drag the luggage and luckily saw one of the go-carts. There was also staffing issues in some areas which resulted in delays. Royalton, fix it please!

Our stay was great. The staff is very well trained, friendly, courteous and helpful. The front desk made daily calls to check on us. Two staff members, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable (we were on our honeymoon), Chantae and Natasha - they are true gems and should be promoted and kept at all costs. The room was clean and in good condition, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The property is immaculate. A few areas were seen with yellow caution tape, warning guests of minor construction in progress, but that is to be expected at a property that is open year-round. The food was good - please book dinner reservations way in advance, as they book out quickly. The buffet was better than expected. Everything was well-prepared and tasty (for the most part). Nightly entertainment on the property kept us thoroughly entertained - from dance presentations to silent dancehall parties, and we were never bored. The gym is decently equipped, however, it needs more benches. The spa is a must-visit! It is luxurious with highly competent staff. All in all, a memorable stay. Thanks, Royalton.

We paid over $1200 CAD per night for a one bedroom presidential suite. Unfortunately it was over priced with unfulfilled promises and expectations. We struggled to get our room cleaned and begged for towels or restocked wine, room service was available which was great but expect to wait. Our butlers messages were def cut and paste, not relevant to our requirements / we figured out most on our own. On the last day we had to hunt down beach towels to bathe. My favourite ending was walking our luggage all the way around the resort in 32C to meet our driver as there were no carts and one did not show as coordinated. Food options were ok however the gem is Office of Nature to the right about a 7 minute down Bloody Bay Beach. Love Negril and the people however you can tell there’s an upper management or company culture issue at Royalton. Some of the staff are sweet, while most are sour and completely unaccommodating. This was our second visit to Royalton Negril and our last. A huge downgrade in service since our first time years ago. Sad to see that go.

I had high expectations for the Royalton Negril, especially given its reputation and premium pricing, but our one-night stay was anything but relaxing. It was meant to be the grand finale of a great vacation, yet it turned out to be the most stressful part of the trip. Check-in was a nightmare. We arrived just before 1 PM and spent over 45 minutes waiting at the front desk. Though we were told both rooms would be ready by 3 PM, we didn’t get access to our second room until after 6 PM—over three hours late. Even worse, the delay was blamed on missing pillowcases and then "lost paperwork," which forced us to redo the check in paperwork, dragging the process out even longer. We ended up missing a planned excursion because of the delays. The condition of the rooms was shocking. Rooms had a foul odor in the bathroom, like raw sewage, and the mini-fridge smelled of mold. The sink was clogged, and water was leaking from a light fixture above, posing a clear safety hazard. Cups were dirty, and the bedding had stains and hair on it—totally unacceptable at any hotel, let alone a resort at this price point. To top it off, during checkout we were told—again—that our room records were missing. We had to fill out paperwork for a third time, making us late for our shuttle to the airport. My family just got back from a week at the Royalton Negril. We chose to do the Diamond club and think it’s well worth the extra money. Our check in process was so smooth. Huge shout outs to our butlers, Daron and Shaneeka! They both checked in with us multiple times a day and made sure we had everything we needed. This resort is beautiful! The water and beach is something I will never forget. We snorkeled every day right off of the beach and saw starfish, stingrays, conchs and tons of fish! Our room was nice with a beautiful view. The upstairs of the resort where check in is has the best view in the whole resort. You can immediately tell they try to keep up with the facilities. The coffee shop is a great place to get a latte/coffee and a snack. My only complaint is that it’s so dang hot in there…..and everywhere to be honest. Even the restaurants at night were hot. That leads me to the food…the restaurants were not good. I do not know if the food is just so different than what we are used to, but we really weren’t impressed. My son did have a wonderful piece of salmon at Hunters, but the steak wasn’t good. The wait staff was so friendly though and a big shout out to our chef at Zen. She was awesome! The buffet food was really good so we went there a lot. Had some really sweet waitstaff and the pastry chef there was so awesome! Dips pool bar was horrible!! From staff to quality of drinks. Not good. Drinks at the diamond club bars/martini bar were so much better!

It started badly as I was unable to find the property due to the Lack of proper signage, lost almost an hour trying to find the place. Parking was horrible as i had to drive to the back of the property, thank God for the Golf cart. After checking in i was given the incorrect room, paid for Ocean view and was given something else. The staff and management tried their best to remedy the situation. Pros The restaurants are nice just try to get a reservation. The pool and entertainment are fun The grill is awesome Room service is decent Cons The buffet is horrible Some staff wont pay you any mind unless you tip them.

This property was incredible, this was our forth time to Jamaica but the first time to Royalton Negril and it has everything you need especially when traveling with a family. Clean spacious rooms, great dining options and quiet nights. The staff were most helpful and friendly we have ever met, from breakfast to dining to the bar in the evening. The main beach was clear no seaweed shallow waters, the second beach was great for snorkeling, plenty of fish to see. We have been traveling as a family for six years and this is by far the best resort we have been to and we will definitely be going back.

Absolutely beautiful. We stay in the diamond club area and it was so quiet. They upgrade our room complimentary and it was huge. The resort was so clean and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend with or without kids. Super long beach with the ability to walk even past other resorts. We stayed on the beach all day and never felt crowded.

Not as advertised. While the staff was friendly and accommodating the facilities are in terrible condition. The pool chairs and cabanas are falling apart and not in any condition to be utilized with mold and bird feces coving them. Everywhere you turn there is something broken and falling apart. There seems to have been zero upkeep on the location since it was established. It’s impossible to make dinner reservations anywhere and as a family of 6 with two teens we booked a suite and it consisted of 1 kind bed and two tiny pull out couches. The food was subpar. Will not return.

The property’s up keep is pretty worn down. I was surprised by the building mildew and paint chipping away. We had the swim up room and though they did a wonderful job at decorating, our AC did not work. It was 71% humidity outside. They fixed it the next day. We ran into a few workers that were nice but majority seemed unhappy. We were ignored several times and one time at the Jerk Hut the lady chopping the chicken was down right rude to everyone. We all looked at each other like what is her problem? I’m not saying everyone needs to be super cheerful but people pay a lot of money to have a vacation, be nice. Be professional. This did not happen at the last resort I stayed at in Falmouth. They were much nicer. However, I loved the SwimUp room facing the beach. Very spacious and room service for food and etc was great. They’d come right down. I also liked they had a variety of food to choose from. However it was like the resort didn’t have AC. The buffet was so dangerous (I’m not exaggerating) the humidity created the marble floors to be wet. People were sliding. The cheeses would be stuck together. A lady said they were working on it. At the hibachi dinner (different building than the buffet) a entire group left because it was too hot to be by a grill. We would have left too but we were hungry and wanted to stick to our reservation. I give the resort a 6/10 and the room 9/10, service 5/10. And oh! The drinks were super watered down! You have to ask to make them strong.

50 the man that works at the excursions was literally our right hand the whole time, he was amazing. Shaniece was a great driver that looked out for us during a full Day driving trip, she was really helpful.. O Shane was a great bartender & Sabrina from The spa was very helpful. Neckola was a great cocktail waitress and was so happy to assist us. The whole staff was really nice and the vibe team But on a good show .. Ok with that being said quick review on the actual hotel: It’s pretty, well manicured and exactly what I expected. Food was hit and miss and I just suggest the buffet to be honest bc they have just about everything you’d want. The drinks were a bit watered down and syrupy for my liking, we actually just stopped drinking them, which sucks at an all inclusive. The brands they had were mids at best.& We didn’t get to go w diamond bc they were sold out. It’s a lot of walking which is to be expected. Very family friendly and the seaweed was well managed.

Had an excellent stay! The Two butlers assigned to the rooms (Oshain & Darron were phenomenal. They made the stay smooth and comfortable. There were many other excellent staff members to help facilitate our needs; staff members such as Amber at the martini bar, Rochelle at the buffett, Britney, and many more! The food for the most part was pretty good. There were good days and there were bad days. Overall there was more good than bad, as the selections was vast. The Japanese restaurant was excellent but I can't say the same for the stake house. The hydrotherapy at the spa was a big plus in my book, so treat your self to at least that at the spa. Overall it was just a wonderful time all around! Excellent staff! excellent beaches! What more can one ask for?

I had a 5-night stay at Royalton Negril. The positives were that most of the staff were polite and helpful, the food at the buffet was good in most cases albeit repetitive, and the housekeeper we had on most of the days was pleasant and attentive when tidying our room. Scoops and Calypso were also good (skip Zen). There were a few off-putting instances. There was one day when I had to call 3 times to get our room serviced as the garbage needed to be emptied, we had no toilet paper and no clean towels. It was almost 5pm before a team of 3 showed up (not the regular housekeeper but the turn down service team) and they were so sloppy and rushed to the point where as they were leaving I had to point out to them that they still had not provided toilet paper or towels. One promised to return with said items and that's the last time I saw her. I had to call yet again and wait another hour for these basic items to be provided. I also noticed areas where the overall attention to detail and cleanliness was lacking. Our neighbors had put their room service plates and empty beer cans in the hallway on the second day of our stay, and THREE days later, the dirty plates were still there! In the buffet restaurant, the napkins used during dinner service were so threadbare or tattered, so clearly no one is paying attention to or caring about the condition. It's the little things that speak volumes. You can't bill as a luxury resort and provide a subpar product. I wouldn't stay here again.

I was hesitant about our stay here based on all the bad reviews. After driving in from Montego Bay we checked in pretty quickly. We had a swim out room which was nice. It was clean and located directly across from the kids pool which was perfect for us. Overall the resort was very nice and the beach area clean and full of available lounge chairs. Service was great and everyone working seemed friendly. My only complaint was the food. It wasn’t that great. We ate at Armadillo, Calypso, Hunter Steakhouse, Zen, Score Sports bar and the Marche buffet. The Jerk Chicken hut by the pool was the best thing we ate. We enjoyed our stay but the food would keep me from coming back.

Le divertissement était à mourir d’ennui, c’était répétitif, il y’avait un dégât d’eau dans la chambre pendant 3 jours d’affilé, j’ai appelé la conciergerie pour l’aide, le Problème n’avait pas été résolu, on a finit par mettre des serviettes à terre pour arrêter l’eau… bref ces vacances étaient chaotique et ennuyeuse

The property was very clean and the staff was very pleasant, However the elevator wasn't working well bui had to used the stairs on several occasions. My room had a problem with the AC it took someone 2 days to come and fixed it ,thankfully I had a ceiling fan. The food was plentiful and tasty we had a birthday party for my granddaughter and the cake was delicious and the decorations of the room was amazing. Thank you
The property was very clean and the staff was very pleasant, However the elevator wasn't working well bui had to used the stairs on several occasions. My room had a problem with the AC it took someone 2 days to come and fixed it ,thankfully I had a ceiling fan. The food was plentiful and tasty we had a birthday party for my granddaughter and the cake was delicious and the decorations of the room was amazing. Thank you

Everything was in place from arrival to check out point, Chantae made my planning very easy. She is an awesome person and she love and enjoy doing her job.

The room was great and very clean. I enjoy my stay with you guys and planning for another vacation stay there. It was an enjoyable and fun time at the Royalton Negril. The staffs at the beach bar were fantastic, friendly, professional, polite and kind. Staff Adrian, Shantel and Selena were the BEST at the beach bar. Also, the staffs in the buffet area, breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. They were very friendly and kind. Looking forward for another vacation with all those lovely and beautiful beach bar staffs.
