When traveling, I always look for a convenient hotel... Location, transit access, food options etc. etc. On the website this looked like it checked off all of the boxes, but once I arrived, I was pulling checks off almost right away. In order to access the reception, you have to go up to the 12th floor. I knew this as it was referenced in the booking, however... here is the actual process. 1. take 1 set of elevators to 12th floor to check in 2. go back to same elevator and take up to 21st floor 3. cross the building on the 21st floor 4. take a second elevator to your floor where your room is located. I don't know who came up with this stupid system, but I hate these types of designs that make you hunt for your room. Restaurant: The all included breakfast was very disappointing. I always look forward to a good breakfast, but this was just a real plain Jane buffet. nothing exceptional - the food wasn't rotted or anything... it was just meh. The room: Good size, but what the heck is up with the sheet metal in front of the window, blocking the view? The room is a bit dated with these dust collecting wood panels inside the room that just shows how old the place is. Would I stay there again... nope. Would I recommend it to someone... nope. The staff were nice, but they don't make up for the inconveniences.

Granted, neither my guests nor I realised that their rooms did not include breakfast, and we had assumed otherwise. However, when they went for breakfast, they were spoken to rudely and in a rather high-handed manner at the entrance, as though they were trying to take advantage of the hotel. That was entirely unnecessary. They were perfectly willing to pay separately for breakfast—and indeed they did. A simple and courteous explanation that breakfast was not included would have resolved the matter immediately. Whatever the misunderstanding, guests should not be made to feel as though they are being accused of trying to obtain something without paying for it. Come on—you are in the hospitality industry. Surely the situation could, and should, have been handled with far more courtesy and tact." Separately, I would like to commend a staff member named Lucas, who was particularly helpful. At one point, my guests asked for a measuring tape, and he readily assisted them. On another occasion, they asked about clinics in the vicinity, and he was more than helpful with his suggestions. Tip-top service from Lucas. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about your breakfast staff. The standard of service—and, in particular, their attitude—was frankly horrible.

All ok. We had connecting rooms. Really annoying that the inter connnected doors were not locked in place. View was terrible as we had a huge building just in the face of the window. Location to mrt is good. Ko information from the receptionist regarding fasilities the hotel offer..
