This is a very large very busy hotel. There is nothing wrong with that but just be aware that the lobby and breakfast area are very busy and so the place has a somewhat anonymous feel. The staff is good. Only issue was that my room had a very noisy AC unit. The staff was happy to change my room to a small upgrade, but did not apologize for the inconvenience.

yes breakfast was wonderful. service was wonderful. the waiters were kind and fast to clean my table. Bed was nice. Amenity is nice. capsule coffee was nice. but it's too fully booked, i couldn't stay longer when I asked for late check out. :-)
