This hotel needs to employ double the amount of staff. One bar staff on the bar pool, waiting 20 minutes for a drink is crazy. On one day, we went to get towels and were told to come back in an hour as they had run out of towels. For a hotel that markets how great their pools are, bit disappointing that you run out of towels. The chair situation is minimal around all the pools also. Please purchase some umbrellas too for those who dont want to lay in the sun. The cafe in the foyer seemed to never have a staff member there. Bonus. The ice machine and cold water was amazing.

Lack of sunbeds around the two pools. People allowed to reserve sunbeds even if they are out all day. Not many seats at reception and no lounge area. Staff were fine and Quentins restaurant was excellent. Hotel is built around historic buildings which are part of Sentosa's heritage.

Village Hotel in Santosa is the place to stay with it being so central to Imbiah monorail station, the beaches and also close to Resorts world/Universal studios. Where we loved how eco friendly this was (not having to buy bottled water was so so good!) there were a few things that fell short of the mark. Since this hotel has 4 pools and also shared its pools with The Outpost hotel, there are NOT enough sun beds or chairs! Both at the infinity pool and the middle larger pool. So it was impossible to find a spot to relax unless you get to the pool at 8am in the morning. The other gripe I had was all the vending machines had no wifi/service so we couldn’t get snacks near our room and had to walk to the 7 Eleven. Aside from that, nice hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel was a good hotel great facilities, the pool was amazing, staff lovely but the cleanliness of the rooms leave a bit to be desired. The floor was vacuumed maybe once in 8 days and wasnt mopped in all that time.

This hotel is has very nice pools. Food wise the food was the worst part of this food. $28 for breakfast buffet and it didn’t have good food at all. We have VIP benefits and didn’t even get any benefits. The room and specifically the bathroom were dirty like poop dirty . Will I stay here definitely not. It’s more like a local people’s hotel.

Wonderful property and excellent pool facilities. It is walking distance to one of the Sentosa Express monorail stops (Imbiah Station), which can take you to other parts of the island or the mainland (Harbourfront/Vivo City). Housekeeping can be improved though as the floor feels a bit gritty after cleaning and we had to ask for a third towel (we had three people staying) repeatedly. Body lotion was also not replenished during our stay of 4 nights.

酒店的員工服務很好，地點還算可以，泳池非常的棒價格來說，房間超級小，完全沒辦法放我的行李箱，只能在需要時放下來打開。完全沒位置可以把衣服掛起來，所以只能每天把所需要穿得從行李箱中取出來。房間的清潔很不到位，清潔完後還是看得到沒清理到的垃圾早餐非常非常的差。選擇少，普通，味道也不怎麼樣。以價格來說，是我吃過最難吃的早餐之一

セントーサエクスプレスの駅から徒歩数分で、コンビニも施設内にあり、ロケーションは申し分ない。ホテル内のプールも小さな子供向けから大人も楽しめるものまであり、プールからの眺めも悪くない。惜しむらくは、客室の狭さ。スーツケースを満足に広げられるスペースはなく、衣類等を収納するスペースもほとんど無い。長期滞在を前提とするリゾートホテルとしては、少々残念（その分、リーズナブルな価格につながっているのかもしれないが）。朝食会場もホテルの規模からすれば、やや狭いのではないかと思われる。とはいえ、滞在中は無料で利用できるセントーサエクスプレスで5分も移動すれば、巨大ショッピングモール（10時オープン）があり、そこでリーズナブルかつローカルな朝食を楽しむこともできるので、そこまでのマイナスではなかろう。いずれにせよ、世界的なインフレと円安のダブルパンチに苦しむ日本人としては、比較的リーズナブル（といっても安価とはいえないが）な価格で滞在できるシンガポールのリゾートホテルであることは間違いないので、選択肢の一つに入れることをおすすめしたい。

The room had a great view but was very small, to the point that for an 8 night stay it became a bit uncomfortable- there are no wardrobes just 4 pegs to hang clothes. We had a small luggage, if it would have been bigger there wouldn't have been room to open it up on the floor. There wasn't any room to sit and enjoy a cup of tea, except the bed, the nightstands had a 7kg warning on them so you could not use that for a chair either. Also there wasn't really any room to hang a towel from the beach to dry.

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 4 so had two connecting rooms which worked perfectly for us. Hotel is in walking distance to the monorail and the free shuttle bus which we used to get around. Loved the pool area and wish we had a longer stay as we only had time to swim once. Breakfast had a good variety and as there aren't many options around, I'm glad we included it in our booking. Very happy with hotel and staff that let us check in early and check out late. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed in a family room at Village Hotel Sentosa. The property was lovely, kids enjoyed the pool area and staff we encountered were exceptional. Check in took a while even though we had completed online check in- we seemed to come at a busy time. We were coming from another hotel and had expected to leave our bags and go off and explore. To our surprise our room was available and we were able to check in early. Rooms were very clean however we found them quite small. Would absolutely stay again.

It was an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. We were greeted well when we first checked in, and during our entire stay. Staff from the lobby, to the bell hoppers, and most especially the manager, Elroy were all so nice, and friendly. The were very accommodating, and made us feel very special during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Third time staying at this hotel. Great hotel for families, my daughters love the big swimming pools. The rooms are small but if you’re spending only 1 or 2 nights that’s no big deal. We ate outside of the hotel most of the time. It’s so convenient to take the Sentosa express and eat at Vivo City or Sentosa resort world. Heads up that the hotel is quite popular with tourists and the check in at 3pm can be quite overwhelming. Try to ask for an early check in or go there before 2pm.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and really friendly and kind to our young children. On arrival after a long flight from the U.K. they had ice creams for us all and balloon swords and flowers for the kids to keep them entertained during check in. The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable. They had put some balloons, cakes and teddies in the rooms For our arrival which was a lovely touch. The hotel is really conveniently located for exploring the beach, city and all that Sentosa has to offer. Overall a fantastic experience.

The property is centrally located near the beaches, monorail and Resort World (Universal Studios, Adventure Cove water park and the Aquarium). The rooms were smaller than I expected from the photos but very functional and thought out. We had a family room which was two connected rooms. Good to have two bathrooms. To be more eco, the hotel should use large pump bottles of shampoo in the rooms rather than small one time use tubes. The pool area is pretty but needs more umbrellas and lounge chairs. Most of the day it has direct sun and there is nowhere to sit by the pool without burning. Movie night was a nice touch.

Close to all Sentosa Attractions. Shuttle sevice to nearby mall promotes use of either public transportation and GRAB usage to get around town. Definitely got a deal at this resort since i had booked 6 months out.

Front desk service was good. Check in was fuss free with the pre-check in done via online prior to arrival. Family room is a bit small with 4 adults in connecting room. Room Facilities are fine. Cold water, ice cubes, tea bags, instant coffee, cutlery are available at lift lobby. Vending machine with cup noodles and snacks and soft drinks at every level. Nice environment. Near imbiah train station and also bus stop. Can take free train to the Siloso or Palawan beach. Saw 3-4 peacocks around the Mess Building. A 7-11 convenience stall is located at the Mess Building. Overall a nice hotel. This is in fact my 3rd stay in last 10 years.

The food choice is phenomenal. Every morning, you have more than 30-40 freshly made delicious west and east food choices. If you get up late, there will be even a line. We travel in the summer, the peak season. The space is small compared to American hotel rooms, but new and comfortable. The service staff always tried to be personal and offer their best. It's expensive but we want to visit again immediately after we leave...

The hotel was okay as a stopover but I wouldn't want to stay longer than one night. The rooms are clean but very small. There is a lovely pool but not enough seating to accommodate the guests, so it was hard to find a place to enjoy the pool. The restaurant was good at breakfast but a bit average at dinner time. Overall, it is expensive for what you get.
