At first I thought it was a bit youth-hostel-ish, but I really came to like my room. It was quirky and pretty cute. I liked the rainfall shower head, and having the shower and toilet closed off from the sink meant that one person didn't have to wait for the bathroom while the other showered, and also that the mirror didn't fog up (which is usually really annoying). The free breakfast was cute (even though I didn't get the chance to really have some) and the communal kitchen was a really interesting touch i havent seen in other hotels. My only real want was that i think the room could have had a mini-fridge, mainly just so we could have cold water. I also would have liked the room to have a few tea-bags or something already in it, but it was easy enough to grab them from the communal kitchen. I was also a bit dissapointed i didnt get much of a view from our room, but the beds and the room itself was very comfortable. Also those chalk boards were really cute lol.

I had platinum card at ASR, but because I booked from hotels.com, I cannot enjoy any benefit, which is quite disappointing. During my stay, there was a property show reserved in the common area, which is not convenient for me. This hotel does not have swimming pool, and the gym is very very limited. The good thing is that it is in good location and offer free breakfast buffet during weekday mornings.

Super good location, large share kitchen available on upper floor. Shower facilities available after check out (inside the mall, not belongs to the hotel). It is a budget hotel INSIDE the mall on 4/F, good for shopping, especially under wet weather.

長期滞在向きのようで、毎日清掃がないのがかえって良かった。予約サイトではわからなかったが、毎日メニューが変わるシンプルな朝食付いているのが嬉しかった。コインランドリーもあって助かった。乾燥を急がないなら、ドライにかけず、自然乾燥でOK。共用の冷蔵庫の使い方、給水機、ゴミの捨て場所など、写真で説明があるとよいと思う。アクセスも抜群。ホテルの入る「Funan」ショッピングモールまで、MRTのシティー・ホール駅から地下通路で行ける。また、「Funan」にはレストランがたくさん入っており、フードコートもあって食事に困らない。観光スポットも近く、フォート・カニング・パークは目の前、ナショナル・ギャラリーもすぐ、国立博物館やプラナカン博物館、アジア文明博物館も徒歩圏内。シンガポール沿いを散策したり、マーライオンまで足を伸ばせばるとても便利なロケーション。コスパもよいので、またぜひ利用したい。

We booked five stays at different Lyf properties over a three-month trip to SE Asia. They always have a great staff! Recommend - would definitely stay again. Trying to raise their game with breakfast. They’ve added equipment to their gym as well. Great location. Can walk or Metro to all.

Smart fancy hotel i midten af Singapore. Du kan gå til alt, hvilket er fedt. Hotellet er nyt og rent, og ligger midt i Funan shoppingcentret. Der er stille på værelserne! Vi havde dog en blandet oplevelse. Da vi tjekkede ind på hotellet fik vi afvide, at der ikke er morgenmad i weekenderne. Selvom der i vores bekræftelse på hotels.com står ‘inklusiv gratis morgenmad’. Dette resulterede i, at vi ikke fik morgenmad om søndagen. (Heldigvis refunderede Hotels os) Har rejst mange steder i verden, og aldrig prøvet at en hotel morgenmad-buffet var lukket i weekenden. Personalet var ikke til meget hjælp og giver ikke meget information. Fitnesscentret er ikke godt. Der er enkelte håndvægte, men intet løbebånd, cykel, maskiner, måtter eller spejle. Du står seriøst midt i gangen/ på etagen og træner mens andre gæster går forbi. Alt i alt er det et fint hotel. Morgenmaden og fitnesscentret betyder bare meget for os, da dette ophold er en del af en meget lang rejse.

ショッピングモールの中にあり便利で、City Hall駅からも近く交通の便も良いです。ショッピングモールの前にはボタンを押せばタクシーが来るタクシースポットも有り。設備はきれいでおしゃれ。ランドリーがあるのも大変嬉しいです。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはワイヤーロックを渡されて自分でストレージに結びつける方式。カバン自体に鍵がかかるものを預けましょう。

This is my 3rd stay in Lfy funan. Sadly it was not up to the usual standard in term of staffs and service. Check in was very slow with ONE staff serving a long line of customers. Online check in machine wasnt working well and after filling in all details, i still have to queue up at the one staff counter to check in. All the staff are very young and inexperience. They are not very helpful and lack professionalism. Didnt bother to inform me that free breakfast is available on weekdays either! The kitchen which was well stocked previously now lacks most common ingredients. I wanted some salt but can't find any in the kitchen. The staff at the reception said i will have to pay for it! A teaspoon of salt...whats the point of having a kitchen when basics are not catered for! The room is also getting very tired looking and in need of updating and deep cleaning (bathroom). Wont be staying here again, shame, location is excellent!

Positiv: Die Lage ! Vieles ist Fußläufig erreichbar, z.B. Parks, Ausgehviertel, Einkaufszenter, MRT. Es wird von Montag bis Freitag ein kostenloses, kleines Continentales Frühstück angeboten. Für Singapur günstig. Wasserspender stehen bereit. Gutes Bett. Negativ: Die Zimmer werden bei zwei Nächten nicht gereingt. Die Sauberkeit, na ja.... Man findet noch Haare oder Müll der Vorgängers. Die Fotoaufnahmen des Hotels sugerieren, dass man Zugang zu einem Swimmingpool hat, das ist leider nicht der Fall. Spartanische Einrichtung, erinnert mehr an ein Hostel.

Bed bug on bed, noise started at 8ish in the morning as they rent out to outside party as a classroom. Totally ignore the hotel guests’ need. Things are extremely dirty, the kettle, the lid of the water jar.

There was many ants climbing on the beds , and for fure the ants climbed over my body, which is very uncomfortable . The location is quite good , very near to the city center . The staff was not so friendly during my Check In , overall below my expectations.

Location and staff were great. There were little flies and ants in my room and on my last night the aircon started leaking very loudly. In saying this they where offering pest control spraying for the rooms and when I went down to reception at 5am to say I couldn’t sleep due to the loud dripping of the aircon they gave me another room right away.

Loved this property - it sits inside the Funan Mall. Comfortable room for a single traveler. Loved that there was a washer/dryer room. The only reason I give it 4 stars versus 5 is that the wifi kept cutting out every 5 minutes. I work remotely and this meant that I was having lots of issues. The internet was better when I went into the common room/lobby but I wished there was stronger connections in the rooms.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to metro and all the areas we wanted to visit. Bed is against the wall on 3 sides. So slightly inconvenient if you need to get up in the middle of night... and are in the back.

Very clean, great amenities. The large shelf around the bed made it hard to get in and out of, and a mini fridge in the room would be helpful. They have shared mini fridges on the floor but in-room would be preferred. The location is great, right inside funan mall. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast for members on weekdays was good. I love the decor in the halls.

Except for the size of the room, and the weird style to put the king size mattress over a platform, rather than a bed on box spring or a platform the size of mattress. Here half the room is a platform. One person on the near side to door can use the bed as normal. The other person steps on the platform, then jump down a meter high platform. Other than that, it's value for the money.

We didn’t like the shower setup—there was no shower curtain to prevent water from splashing onto the floor and toilet. A simple shower curtain would have made a big difference, especially when towels are not replaced daily.

Hotel located in very good location. Room is clear and very eco-friendly. The room inside has many rack/frame/drawer that I like for easy storage. People at reception are very friendly and well-response. One of the lady who handle my check-in and out who made me surprise to help me with the previous booking cancellation & refund (booked the wrong dates by mistake on-line). Be happy to stay again for the next visit.

All the staff from reception to housekeeping went above and beyond. Special mention to Idzzy from the reception who is so thorough and friendly. Pham the housekeeper is one of the most hardworking individual. Hotel is in a great location and value is great. We will definitely return.

Very disappointed with this hotel, I have to remind them every single day to clean the room! … the other day I talked to the cleaning guy around my room & he said don’t talk to me! >You have to request it at the front desk … So I went down and talked to the front desk lady, and she promised me they would clean the room! I got back in the afternoon after work and the room was not made up! I do NOT like being lied to, also some of the people with LOTS OF attitude are not very nice at the front desk - I.e., guy Ryan > Horrible service! Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL - too expensive for the service provided! Look for somewhere else to stay, friends.

Bad service at checkin from Ryan, guy India - Very disappointed with this hotel, he made me wait u til6pm to Check-in! When other people were checking in all the time in the afternoon… I do NOT like being lied to, also some of the people with LOTS OF attitude are not very nice at the front desk - I.e., guy Ryan. Sad very sad service :( Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL - too expensive for the service provided! Look for somewhere else to stay, friends.

Perfect hotel, schoon, gezellig, heel vriendelijk en de locatie is dicht bij de metro. Maar ook lopend veel te zien in de buurt, rivier vlakbij met restaurants. En een tip, maar een fietstocht door de stad, echt geweldig!

Womderful hotel that is central to all the major points you’ll want to see while in Singapore (Merlion, Raffles, Boat Quay, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay) 5 minute walk to metro station (outside or via underground pedways). Great for families- we were a family of 13 and stayed in 3 of the 4 bedroom apartment/rooms.

The check in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful. I was half an hour early and the room was already set up. The breakfast was a nice addition. Even though, it's continental breakfast it still came with one hot food option. The dining area is clean and welcoming along with the staff! The room was clean and well equipped! The layout of the room was convenient and also spacious. The location of this hotel is located in the heart of downtown inside the mall so getting around was super convenient. I'd stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend them too!

Had 3 rooms for business trip. Rooms need better cleanup, some sheets were dirty, the bench in all of them was extremely dirty. No amenities are provided such as tea or coffee, No fresh towels on daily basis. The worst was breakfast - poor variety, no fruits or vegetables at all. No yogurt, no cheese, just bread and 3 / 4 sort of hot dishes. Totally not recommended!!!
