Everything is great except that it bothers me that I see dustballs, dead mosquitoes on top of bedside lamp, cobwebs on the wooden ceiling in the living area and a flickering light in bedroom. These kind of fall short pf what I expected from a 5 star hotel

Rooms and facilities were clean. Conveniently located. Access to and from carpark was a little strange as we needed to walk out of the carpark through the vehicle entrance gantry.

We stayed in the Family Suite and unfortunately had a very poor experience due to the room’s lighting setup. The room is equipped with a motion sensor, so whenever someone gets up at night to use the bathroom, the sensor automatically turns on the lights for the entire room—not just the bathroom. This wakes up everyone, which was very disruptive, especially for a family. We checked with guest services, but were told that the motion sensor cannot be turned off. On the second night, we tried leaving the bathroom lights on to avoid triggering the sensor, but the room then became too bright to sleep comfortably. As a result, we had two nights of very poor sleep. This setup is not suitable for families, and unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel staff was super friendly, check in/out was super easy. The beds were very hard, the hotel could use some updates. Sunrise yoga was a nice perk. The weather was not cooperating so there was not much to do otherwise
