Stayed in the junior suite which was comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast was ala-carte, not buffet style for this hotel, good selection but portions were not large. Had access to the pool at Village hotel which was operated by the same company, will recommend going there as it was much bigger and more fun, with great views of the ocean.

Swimming pool is small , no relax side pool chairs , no towels near to pool , need to ask the front desk to get the towel, Entrance to the pool just opposite the check in counter , feel very uncomfortable with the swim wear , we booked two rooms , one of the rooms water leakage from the toilet , ceiling on our personal items , USB on the desk not function , Toke half an hour to fix the room , after reported to the duty manager on the next morning , he only replied by book , not really sincerely to show the apology and no more action afterwards. The hotel is not reach the standard of the 4 and a half star , not worth for the money ,

would have given this 5 stars except for the parking and relative lack of greenery around the property that one would expect of a Spa type resort. The front counter staff and housekeeping staff were excellent with friendly and attentive service. Booked a junior suite and the room was comfortable with great furnishings. The only thing that marred this place was the parking. the car park has both an outdoor and underground location with no signs to say where hotel guests are allowed to park. There are cones placed blocking the entrance to the sublevel, and no one in sight until you try and park. Then a security guard emerges from an inconspicuous door. On returning the first night after dinner, no one is in sight and the cone is moved aside. On the second night, which happens to be late New Year\'s eve, the cone is blocking the sublevel and assuming it\'s already late and no security guard around, I move the cone aside myself to access the sublevel, only to have a woman barge out of the closed door. She demands in a rude tone "what do you think you are doing?!". Given my experience the previous night, how was I to know the guard was around? There was no reason for her to address a paying guest in such an imperious manner. This was a downer on an otherwise great stay

Disappointed on the check in waited time, especially I have done the digital check in a day before, was expecting the room key should be ready but it seem everything is redo at counter, plus there is only 3 counter, very shorthanded. Very small car park, have to park at Village Hotel but within walking distance. After all, we have great time during our stay, staff are very attentive but just very very shorthanded. Hope to ease the staff job especially when you have pre-check in before the stay, why still require to redo every check in the actual day? Collect the room key and go.

The most significant thing for this hotel is that its just across the monorail station. Very convenient. The room is alright except some minor issues. The hotel staff took care of these issues. The covered carpark does not have direct access to the lobby. Needs walk out abit to the level 2 lobby. Overall no problem.

A housekeeper came to the room, but the room hasn’t been completely cleaned. The trash bins have been cleaned up and two towels were provided. But, no waters and other two towels have been provided and towels on the floor haven’t been taken out. The washroom and bed haven’t been cleaned and reset. A water bottle provided without its opener. So, we couldn’t drink it. The location of the hotel and the rest of services were great.

Not worth the money spent stayed 4 days and the first day I got there I noticed the sheets were dirty also they had me leave from my room on two occasions 10am -3pm to do a pest control maintenance pretty inconvenient. Over all I wouldn’t go back waste of money .

The hotel staff are really nice and it is connected to other Far East group hotel therefore can share the other hotel’s swimming pool. The hotel is right by the Sentosa Monorail Imbiah station and it has the Sensory walk by night time which is really pretty and beautiful. Hotel is very clean and great for family and kids.

年末に3泊しました。毎回清掃を頼んでいても行われず、夕方催促しなければいけませんでした。また、リネン交換をお願いしても整えただけで交換していないようでした。（穴の空いた枕カバーだったので変わっていないことが明白でした）グラスも洗浄して貰えません。トイレットペーパーの替えは部屋に無く、催促しないと貰えません。サニタリー袋の用意もありません。朝食はマシンコーヒーのセルフサービスなどビジホレベル。受付やレストランスタッフはホスピタリティーに欠けます。 23時に非常ベルが誤作動で5分ほど✖️2回なりっぱなしでした。洗面台の排水口が詰まり気味でした。 USSやビーチに徒歩で行ける立地だけはとても良かったです。

I like how the hotel is near Imbiah station. Easily accessible to rws, beach, and Vivocity. Nice room and service of the staff are good. Only issue is some ants are spotted constantly in the desk of my room. Not a big issue.

We booked a last minute stay and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. We were able to visit the beach and local shopping mall by the convenient monorail opposite the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Really loved this place. The location was great, walking distance to everything in Sentosa. The room was large and very comfortable, especially the bed, with everything you will need. Wifi was strong, pool was awesome, gym was above average, staff were friendly and helpful, cost was very reasonable. I can’t see myself ever staying anywhere else when returning to Sentosa, and after staying downtown Singapore several times in the past, I think staying here and just taking a taxi into town when needed is the smarter idea, this place really is that great.

Booked a family suite with separate rooms with separate TVs, but the TV in our bedroom was faulty (can hear but cannot see). Instead of relying on the second TV facing the sofa bed (which the kids were already lying on), we called the front desk to send the technicians up but they were unable to resolve it as it was handled by an external telco StarHub. Given it was Fri night, that StarHub would only be available on Sat, and we were checking out then, we asked for service recovery to which the hotel offered (1) a change of room, or (2) complimentary breakfast. Kudos to the hotel for giving our family complimentary breakfast set worth $120++.

Overall the hotel is very beautiful. The housekeeping staff was great. However, on the morning of my checkout on Nov 14, 2025, there were no available employees to assist with moving my luggage up the stairs in the lobby. When doing it myself, I tripped and fell on the stairs, injuring my hand. What was most disappointing is that not a single employee came to offer me any aid or assistance. The fall was witnessed by multiple guests and employees. I had to go up to an employee myself and ask for first aid. There was no apology about what happened. The employee did give a bandage, and ultimately helped with loading luggage in a taxi. However, it was a disappointing way to end a stay at what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

The staff were amazing and very willing to help when ever possible. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but it was noisy at night from events and foot traffic. Very close to S.E.A. and Universal Studios as well as the Imbiah Station. We had a great time here as a family. Will definitely be back in the future

The hotel is so under staff, when we arrived with 10 luggages and bags, there is NO ONE to assist. We had to bring up all luggages ourselves via stairs. This is not acceptable.

Our party of 5 crosses three generation. Oasia’s location is fantastic — 5 min walk to beach station, 5 min walk to Universal Studio / aquarium, 5 minutes walk to Kidzania. Across the road you’ll have Starbucks, 7-11 and escalator to top of the hill. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and a chill environment. Highly recommended.

Plusser: Dejlig størrelse værelse til familie med 2 børn - opredning i stuen i Junior Suite. Fremragende ala carte morgenmad - også til børn. Ingen problem med at skifte lidt ud i ingredienserne, så de kræsne unger får det de gerne vil have. Meget imødekommende med bagage-service og lån af håndklæder/pool før check-in og efter check-out. Location er helt fænomenal! Lige ved Sentosa Express som tager dig gratis direkte til stranden eller til Vivo City shopping center hvor der også er en metro-station. Minus: Ikke meget andet end at badekarret lækker ret meget vand - men det klarede et ekstra håndklæde og rengøringen for os.

Easy walk to Universal. Straight across the road is Imbiah station, Starbucks, KFC, seven eleven. Breakfast is ok. You have to book a time which is slightly annoying when on holidays. Ala carte menu to choose from. Rooms were clean and tidy

It is not a resort facility hotel. Our check in time was 3pm however when we went at 4.30pm we were told to wait for another hour at least before our room was ready. There was no buffet breakfast and it was a very limited set menu with timing slots. Though we went at our timing slot , we had to queue for 15 mins and waited for 45mins for our food. The following day when we wanted in room dinning for breakfast, no one picked up our call and no one answered to our request. There was clearly limited staff on the ground. They only have a small sized swimming pool and we went to the nearby village hotel for their swimming pool which was huge and kids friendly. Thankfully we were given access to the swimming pool facility in that hotel.

I spent a lot of time picking a hotel for a visit with my children in Singapore and was very happy with my choice. We had a junior suite which is spacious and great for families. The room is in very good condition. The breakfast was good even if it was no buffet. We enjoyed the pool at the neighboring hotel too.
