Stayed for one night. Great pool area, nice idea with choosing your own snacks on check in. Nice room, terrific shower. Not a big deal, but entrance of the hotel is very weird through a car park and originally not easy to find.

Great hotel! Check in was lovely with a welcome drink and complimentary snacks from the “mini bar”. The hotel is connected to a number of others which multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk. Their pool bar is also really nice and has a great view as it’s rooftop. Universal is a 5-10 minute walk and there is a shuttle bus and monorail if you want to go further.

Great hotel on Sentosa. Very conveniently located, right by beach and public transport. Pool are is fantastic, except not very many beds / areas to relax as often full up. There's also an adults only pool on the rooftop. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Good: the rooms were clean and modern. Great black out curtains! The mini bar selection at check in a nice touch. Be aware: Hotel tricky to find for taxis - 2 taxis we took during our stay didnt know where or how to get to the hotel. Breakfast not great (small selection of food for a buffet, no herbal tea, no gluten free options or non dairy alternative milk) so recommend going to different hotel or venue in Sentosa. Changing facilities (after check out) are awful - small shower at waist height in pool area where the drain was clogged and no hook for clothes. Keep your room or change at Changi airport! The hotel really should not be letting guests know they have changing facilities with what was on offer.

The gym was very dirty (no towels filled up, no cups for filling up water, floor was dirty as well as all machines full of sweat), the hotel room itself was clean but it had a lot humidity whereas you were forced to keep the AC on. The breakfast area is a disaster - very little choice, not clean, no service oriented staff (plates were taken from the table same time you were still eating from it..) and the breakfast room was full of steam from the open cooking area. I cannot understand the rating of breakfast at some portals, maybe at some day it was better? I don‘t agree it is good. Therefore we made a complain and we were told that the hotel manager will speak to us, but no manager showed ever up to clarify the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel in any way, unless you don‘t care about quality and your stay is purely about going to the Universal‘s.

It just near express station but you still need to carried you suitcase take long way. The best way maybe take shuttle bus from Vivo city. The view from room is wonderful. We have a big window to have sea view. The room designing is very nice too

Great hotel in a good location. Roof top pool was great but a shame you cannot charge food and drinks back to the room. Good staff at the restaurant but not a lot of breakfast options. Room was far from lifts so if mobility is a concern ask for a closer room. Shower and amenities in room exceeded expectations. Loved The Outpost

A fabulous property hosted by fabulous crew! We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and we couldn't have had a better experience. They even extended a kind gesture and surprised us with a cute lil cake and card! The snack-chosing experience at check in felt really special and different from all other hotels. Pool is severely utilized and hence it's maintained in an impeccable condition. Very convenient location and well connected. Id recommend this more for couples/friends/cousins than families with kids

We enjoyed our stay, nice from. BUT the restaurant service wasn't great. Breakfast was dismal, if you arrived at start, they didn't have hot food, if you arrived an hour before end they had stopped cooking and we're preparing for next service. Dinner the food was good but ambience awful as they started preparing for breakfast and hour before closing, you felt like you were in the way!

The outpost hotel is not exactly accessible outside of walking and driving. It is meant to be the premium sister of Village hotel but the checkin process is must flawed and a waste of time. The Lobby was tiny and there is nowhere to queue, leading to crowds stuck in an unorderly fashion. It is also slow checkin process with many unhappy customers at the checkin counter after 3pm who are unable to get their room key after checking in. Not the best experience

Just loved our stay here, which was only 2 nights on our way home to conquer jet lag. Everything is close and also only a few minutes walk to the Sentosa Express which then links you to the rest of the train / bus network. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and professional.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I went to celebrate my birthday and they prepared a surprise birthday cake for me. I felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend staying here.

We did a 1-night staycation at The Outpost with our 8 year old. We were initially worried that he wouldn't have a pool to play in as the rooftop pool is adults-only however we were told by hotel staff there's another pool on the 3rd floor we could bring our kid too. The layout of the pool was perfect with a pool bar for adults (always a winner in our books) so it was a win-win all around. The room is very clean and comfortable and everything was new and well maintained. The hotel is also within 5 minutes walking distance to Imbiah Station, making it very convenient to get around from the hotel to other parts of Sentosa and to Vivocity. While the hotel is generally a small one, they were big on service and in-room amenities. Highly recommend The Outpost!

The toto toilet was the best! Location is great! Only 2 mins walk to Imbiah station for Sentosa Express. There was also shuttle bus to Beach station and Vivo City every 30 Mins.

部屋は綺麗でよかったです。駅からは歩いて二分となっていますがわかりやすいですが細い道をクネクネ進み、あげくには駐車場の中をとおり暗い荷物預けの場所につきます。その後時間になれば3階に上がりチェックイン。その際フロントで日本語を話されるスタッフさんがいてとても安心出来ました。シンガポールではあまり見かけなかったので。ウェルカムプレゼントとしてお菓子をたくさん頂けました。ただ1泊のお値段が高く、そこまで出して満足いくかは人それぞれかも。

The hotel is quiet however the two Grab driver could not find the entrance and detoured to other places. I had a pool side room, it had a small private outdoor area furnished with a double size Sunbed however it was not clean enough and we had not use it.

Excellent location for walking to nearby spots including beach shuttle. Would recommend getting a seaview room, as view is super. Only downside was staff in the restaurant, as they could have used a refresher course on customer service. Smile, and be more friendly, like the check-in staff. Place is little difficult to find if you are walking from the monorail.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, aber einen Kritikpunkt haben wir: das Frühstück war nicht gut. Es gab zwei Tage, die sich immer abgewechselt haben. Bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt macht sich das bemerkbar. Die Auswahl ist nicht groß und über den Geschmack mancher Speisen kann man diskutieren. Der Rest war aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Insgesamt empfehlen wir das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ridiculously noisy - rooftop bar plays “doof doof” music all afternoon and night. Rooms were modern. That was about it. Breakfast was poor, and expensive. “Make your coffee yourself out a service station instant coffee machine” summed up the hotels lack of attention to details.

Stunning sea view room, very modern and well thought out.Could choose 5 free mini bar snacks which was a first for us ! The dining options at hotel were disappointing with not a lot of choice in the evening.There was an opportunity to take a free bus to nearby Vivo Mall 10 minutes away, where there were a lot of restaurants.
