Christelle and Philippe will welcome you in their mansion, in order to accommodate you, alone as a couple or as a family you can have 2 double rooms and 2 suites for 5 people, total capacity 14 people, all our rooms or suites have their own bathroom private water and toilet, dining room for convivial meals, billiards, outdoor jacuzzi, tubular swimming pool (the in-ground swimming pool is under construction), deck chairs, hammock, private parking, view of the fields. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or in a group, our house is designed to meet your needs and offer you an unforgettable stay. Our abode has two double bedrooms and two spacious suites that can accommodate up to five people each, providing a total capacity of fourteen people. All our rooms and suites are equipped with their own private bathroom and WC, guaranteeing your comfort and privacy. You can enjoy peaceful nights in an elegant and refined setting. For moments of conviviality, we provide you with a welcoming dining room where you can share tasty meals and lively conversations. Our house is also equipped with a billiards room for evenings of entertainment and relaxation. Outside, you will find a jacuzzi where you can relax while admiring the stars, as well as a tubular swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days. We are currently working on the construction of an in-ground swimming pool which will soon enrich our leisure offer. Deck chairs and a hammock are at your disposal in our wooded garden, inviting you to relax and contemplate the surrounding nature. Our property also has private parking, ensuring the safety of your vehicles. From our house, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the fields, offering a bucolic and soothing setting. For lovers of nature and outdoor activities, our location is ideal. You can explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike, discover picturesque hiking trails and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. C'est une famille qui vous accueille chez elle. Il y a peut-être aussi d'autres voyageurs sous le même toit. C'est pourquoi nous vous invitons à profiter de tous les lieux de vie à votre disposition dans la convivialité et le respect de l'intimité de chacun. Pour le confort et la tranquillité de tous, nous regrettons de ne pas pouvoir accueillir les animaux dans les chambres. Les arrivées : Afin de pouvoir vous accueillir dans les meilleurs conditions possibles, votre accueil sera fait à partir de 17h le jour de votre arrivée et jusqu'à 19H. Les arrivées tardives ou au contraire précoces, par exemple, pour déposer les bagages afin de pouvoir visiter le voisinage avec un véhicule moins vulnérable, font l'objet d'une entente au préalable. Les départs : Le dernier jour, les départs se font au plus tard à 11h. Nous ne sommes pas des professionnels de l'hôtellerie, nous devons pouvoir disposer du temps nécessaire pour offrir aux personnes qui arrivent ensuite le logement le plus accueillant possible. Les petits déjeuners : Les petits déjeuners sont servis à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la maison si le temps le permet, entre 7h00 et 10 heures. Les chambres : Une télévision écran plat avec la Tnt est à la disposition des visiteurs dans chacune des chambres, le son doit être modéré à partir de 22 heures. Les visiteurs peuvent aussi accéder au Wifi gratuitement. Dispositions générales : En respect du décret N°du 15 novembre 2006, il est interdit de fumer dans les lieux à usage collectif. La totalité de l'établissement, chambres comprises est donc non fumeur. Dans le cadre de la protection des mineurs, la vente d'alcool est interdite aux mineurs de moins de 18 ans. Le client s'engage à rendre les chambres en parfait état à la fin du séjour et à déclarer, et assumer financièrement, toute dégradation éventuelle dont il pourrait être responsable. Les enfants évoluant au sein de la propriété sont sous l'unique responsabilité de leurs parents. La cuisine n'est pas laissée à la libre disposition des hôtes. Vols et accidents : le propriétaire décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol ou de dommage corporel survenu dans la propriété. Des mesures simples et peu contraignantes peuvent faire beaucoup.
