Service was outstanding from manager down to the porter who helped us to our taxi, and the ladies who clean the room. Efficient, kind, understanding. I hadn’t had a chance to check out the breakfast on floor 8, but my mother did…she raved about it. Location, I’m pretty sure this was an old Hostel that Accor bought up (thankfully) and transformed. This old dusty fixture is now a beacon of light and vibrancy on the strip. Smaller, clean, chic, trendy style room. Water pressure on that shower head is absolutely amazing, hot water not in short supply. Balconies right on Ben yehuda, up a few meters from the bottom. Not to noisy, mapped the walk to the old city…24 minute walk that is just awesome. Communicated I wanted a late checkout they communicated back clearly the extra fee, no problem. They had taxi to the airport waiting for us earlier than scheduled (imagine that, someone early inside of Israel). I should mention my mother is in a wheelchair and fully accessible. Whatever price you see listed to stay at this hotel per night, snatch it up immediately, these rates are sure to go up. I already want to go back. Thank you Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center!

It was in a great location and the hotel was pretty clean. There were a few stains on the carpet but it didn’t really bother us. Checking in was quick and easy. When we asked the front desk for extra items they were quick to bring it to our room.

Great property in the heart of Jerusalem City Center. Lots of stores to shop and walkable to the Old City. You also have public transportation around the corner. The staff were very friendly, room cleaning was great too. Breakfast is always fresh and with great variety. I strongly recommend this place.

Spotlessly clean hotel room and beautifully present. The most amazing and kind staff. Delicious breakfast with an outdoor area with a beautiful view. Cannot recommend this property and staff highly enough. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked two queen beds and we only got one queen and a sofa bed. Disappointed and didn’t want to argue with them since they seems not to understand what we booked, since we were very tired we let it go. But we pay more for less. Carpet was filthy dirty, bathroom shower leak water to the rest of the bathroom. We had to put towel on the floor to stopped it. Also, towels are old and gray. It’s clean but a bit not taken care of in detail. The staff was very nice all the time though. Very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with great vies of town on the roof top. The staff at the restraint very nice! Food delicious. It’s a busy location in city center.

The cleaning of the room was excellent. Great shower and hair dryer not too bad. Compared to other Ibis hotels this one felt superior. 7th floor room was under the restaurant so a lot of chair scraping could be heard in the morning. All in all great value 4 money in an excellent location close to the old city. Would stay again.

I’m glad I chose this location - it’s in the heart of the city and within walking distance to almost everything. We had a room with a balcony and it was great; not as noisy as other reviews had mentioned. Staff was extremely helpful with booking tours and answering any questions we had. Breakfast was 10/10 - there were options for everyone. There’s even a balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the view. Room was tiny but manageable - we were only in there to sleep. It would have been nice to have an iron. And, I do agree with other reviews, towels need an upgrade.

We had a two week stay. Being a City Center, this hotel was conveniently located. However, there was a lot of music and noise outside even late at night on a daily basis. The rooms were MUCH smaller than I expected. No closet, no cloth iron. The hallway lights were extremely dark and neon lit, which does the hallway injustice. I accidentally dropped my sunglasses and was unable to find it right away since it was too dark. The bed was comfortable and the staff did a good job keeping the rooms clean. They were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The servers were extremely friendly and his hospitality was amazing--especially a gentleman named Abeed.

The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem. There was no further incidents with the students. On my last day, Nissim, at the front desk helped me get a taxi, even though he was swamped due to having a full house. He was exceptionally helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

I do not tend to write bad reviews on almost anything but after staying for 4 nights, I leave with such bad taste. I had money stolen from the safe that was locked on day 2 and the front desk was of no help. Whoever took money was “smart enough” to not take everything but just a few bills of each pack I had. They recommended to file a police report but did nothing to actually help me. It looks like they are all working as a team to steal from people as little as they can so that guests don’t realize it. Will definitely not be coming back and Ibis should really take into consideration this terrible behavior from management/employees.

Location right on Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall cannot be beat. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, printing notes to bring to the Wall, watching our luggage, and providing complimentary waters. Room was a bit small, but for the price, location was great, things were comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean hotel room and beautifully present. The most amazing and kind staff. Delicious breakfast with an outdoor area with a beautiful view. Cannot recommend this property and staff highly enough. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem. There was no further incidents with the students. On my last day, Nissim, at the front desk helped me get a taxi, even though he was swamped due to having a full house. He was exceptionally helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Location right on Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall cannot be beat. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, printing notes to bring to the Wall, watching our luggage, and providing complimentary waters. Room was a bit small, but for the price, location was great, things were comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is fine, basic not luxurious, although the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The first night was fine. The second night was Thursday night, the beginning of the Israeli weekend. There was nonstop LOUD music till the wee hours of the morning. Young Israelis socialize on the street because their apartments are small. If you can avoid Thursday night you’ll be ok, especially if you like to be right on top of all the action. My balcony room hung over the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall. Lots of activity day and night.

Hotel was centrally located. Unfortunately, I have never stayed in a hotel that you needed to put the key in a special slot inside the room in order for the lights and air to work. The sliding door also needed to be locked for the air to work. This was not explained when I checked in which was an issue. In addition, I would not stay at this hotel during a holiday again. The music and dancing outside, was extremely loud until 11pm each night.

Front desk staff was excellent! Breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly but breakfast offerings were excellent. Guestroom hand towels were very rough. Location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city.
