This is a great home. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised its appearance. Home is very spacious and has areas where one can have some privacy. The children who visited us had a wonderful time in the pool. Even our two pets had a wonderful time.

Four golfers had an enjoyable stay. Pool was great after a round of golf. Indoor and outdoor sitting areas are well set up and comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities required.

House was awesome! Plenty of room (especially for a family) in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool area and backyard look out over the golf course so there’s plenty of privacy to sit out and enjoy the weather. Would definitely stay here again.

House was as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Well stocked with items for all your needs, laundry soap, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Heated pool was warm when we arrived and the kids loved it. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This is our second stay in this home and we absolutely love it! The pool is so fun, the house is spacious, and it is full of everything you could want from a fully stocked kitchen, lots of pool/beach towels, games to play, bikes in the garage, pool toys, sand toys, etc. The location is fantastic with lots of parks and bike trails and also close for grocery stores too. There are lots of free local beaches and close enough to go to St Augustine or Daytona too. This is by far our family's favorite house/location and we plan to come back again!

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool the most of course and even got to swim at night with the beautiful lights. Only complaint of the actual property is the washer bleached some of our clothes even though we never used bleach and the dryer took multiple hours (resetting it about 3 times) to dry the clothes so I suggest just waiting till you get home to wash laundry. Overall I would stay again. We loved it!!! Very pretty, quiet, and peaceful! Great neighborhood with friendly people around. We left some floats for others to enjoy ☺️

Great location! Home has lots of space. Nice pool. Golf course view is absolutely beauty. Lots of beach & pool gear, baby & infant stuff and other nice amenities. However, the home is quite old and dated. Blinds were broken. Bad lighting in kitchen. Air vents dirty. Shower door-frame had grime and mildew. Windows & sliding glass doors hard to open. Slight foul smell in the foyer area as you enter. Plant & flower beds full of weeds. Several rips in the dome-screen over the pool (most, but not all repaired with mesh tape). Coffee maker needed cleaning. Exhaust fan in hallway bath did not work. We arrived after dark and no lights were on outside and/or at the front entry door. There is a dangerous, slightly raised step as you approach the front door that was undetectable due to the darkness. I tripped on it and fell! Fortunately, nothing broken and just a bad bruise on my head from hitting the tiled-concrete. We visit family in Palm Coast several times a year, and have rented numerous VRBO properties. This is the first time that reviews by previous guests “let us down” and did not provide an adequate description as to the condition of the property. The property is not gross! But, it needs a good bit of attention and repairs. A good deep-cleaning would make a big difference too.

This house was perfect for my family. It was clean, had a lot of convenient things like beach chairs, washing machine, dryer, dishes, ect. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed a lot of time in it. This location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The communication with the host was excellent as well. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful and very spacious home. Kudos to the owner, Roland, for being available when we had a question. Where an item needed attention and not because of any negligence, he quickly took care of the matter. He was always cooperative and punctual. The house is large, clean and comfortable! Great pool, location is 15- 20 min from the beach. My family of 6 were all satisified. We could eat together inside or outside, but we also had apace to ourselves if needed. I would love to stay here again. Communication with the host was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are tvs in every room, which came in handy with teenagers. The pool was nice as well. Great location, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from St. Augustine. There is a toll to get to the beach but it’s only $3. Would definitely recommend!

Property was excellent, plenty of room for 4 golfers to relax after playing 18 holes. Backyard area was lovely and especially the outdoor sitting area with a TV. Was so nice watching a Yankee game sitting outside during the evening. Roland was always available and we will definitely look to stay again if we golf in Palm Coast next year!

Located in a quiet neighborhood backing onto Palm Harbor Golf CC. 5 minute or less drive to Palm Harbor Golf CC. Close to Publix & Wal Mart and ABC Liquor. We are repeat customers for this place. Looking forward to returning next year!!

The property was is in a quiet neighborhood and is very well maintained. The heated pool was a bonus. It is close to the shopping area of Palm Coast. We would love to come back again sometime.

The house was just what we were hoping for and had a wonderful heated pool. It is in a great neighborhood and close to the beach, shopping, golf and great biking trails. We look forward to coming back again! The owner was great to deal with and answered any questions within minutes.

We enjoyed our time, close to beaches, st.augustine. it was a bit cold for swimming but finally was able to get in the pool our last day. I would recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are tvs in every room, which came in handy with teenagers. The pool was nice as well. Great location, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from St. Augustine. There is a toll to get to the beach but it’s only $3. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second stay in this home and we absolutely love it! The pool is so fun, the house is spacious, and it is full of everything you could want from a fully stocked kitchen, lots of pool/beach towels, games to play, bikes in the garage, pool toys, sand toys, etc. The location is fantastic with lots of parks and bike trails and also close for grocery stores too. There are lots of free local beaches and close enough to go to St Augustine or Daytona too. This is by far our family's favorite house/location and we plan to come back again!

This house was perfect for my family. It was clean, had a lot of convenient things like beach chairs, washing machine, dryer, dishes, ect. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed a lot of time in it. This location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The communication with the host was excellent as well. We would definitely recommend!

This is a great home. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised its appearance. Home is very spacious and has areas where one can have some privacy. The children who visited us had a wonderful time in the pool. Even our two pets had a wonderful time.
