The Cove At Salem

Swing chairs on the patio were fun, but the place was understaffed. The check in hours were not clearly communicated, and we were own with minimal cell signal and no wifi to get the remote check in going. The bathroom ceiling was peeling so much our kids wouldn't take a bath. The fixtures all looked new and modern, but the shower head was not something I'd ever select- possibly the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a warm shower. The room was spacious, but beds uncomfortable. Coffee in room was terrible, but the tea was great. Full of highs and lows. With a different check in experience, the overall rating would have been a 3, but I wouldn't recommend or go back. The highs weren't worth the lows.

The hotel was very clean and the Forest King room was so cool and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and we asked if they had any candles as we did not have any and they brought them to our room for us. They made it a very wonderful stay. Thank you guys so much.
