Checking the guy was very pleasant and courteous. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds was comfortable. Checking out was just as pleasant. The gentleman and ladies were all friendly and pleasant.We were here on business and did not get a chance to enjoy the pool or BBQ area but if I had to stay at an hotel this would definitely be my first choice, especially the comfort for the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff very friendly, room was great, nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel! There is a nice outdoor seating area that we enjoyed at night!! If in the area again would definition stay here!! Shopping and food options close by!!

This is a first time staying at Candlewood Suites-Jackson. It's worth a return trip. The hotel is pet friendly, the staff is incredibly courteous, there are several unexpected amenities including a free laundry, and the hotel is near several great restaurants. It's convenient to several shopping options. And, the space was clean, had a kitchenette, and spacious bathroom! Loved it!

It was adequate with pretty decor.upon checking in the workers talked about checking in after 6 Pm and how I’d be charged an extra $50. Also talked about using a third party booking site instead of direct. I was not sure if she was trying to be comedic or not she also informed us that they do not offer breakfast, which if I would’ve known that I’d have picked somewhere else. They had plenty of dishes in the room but we didn’t need them. The bathroom had a few hairs in it upon arrival. The parking lot seemed dark and I did not feel safe. Also, there’re needs to be more parking available. The good areas are the decor, beds, pillows. The bad areas is lack of parking, dark parking lot, dirty shower.and awkwardness of checking in.

Overall great place, conveniently right off exit 205. Clean rooms and property. Nice bathrooms, with quite literally the best water pressure I've ever experienced in my life. Comfortable beds, with fluffy pillows and soft sheets. The staff are super friendly, and theres a mini food market/pantry with lots of meals and drinks, for when you get in late or don't feel like paying $20 for delivery. I will be staying again in the future.

Great service. Love the “cupboard” downstairs to get snacks and essentials. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Only thing was we couldn’t find our remote for tv. To be fair, we didn’t ask about it. We weren’t in the room much but to sleep. Also, our refrigerator seemed to be not working correctly, but again, not something we wanted to change rooms for. We didn’t really need it for long. But overall very nice hotel

Our vehicle full of stuff was safe in the parking lot. Could hear road noise in the room and pillows were overstuffed, but my husband had a good night's sleep. Staff was great, as was the room. We loved the kitchen and everything was very clean! So nice to have a Bible in the bedside drawer. We've never tried this chain before and hope to stay again on future trips. Very satisfied. Thank you!

Refrigerator did not work wasn’t cooling at all food that we purchased for ourselves and children went bad / spoiled had to put things in freezer to get them cool . Stopper in the tub was stuck couldn’t drain out water after given kids a bath. Hair from previous guest found along edge of the bed .

This was our first experience with Candlewood Suites and we were much impressed. After a long day's drive you don't need or want even more hassle getting to a place you can rest. The cleanliness was gold standard. I also did not expect so much space nor how quiet it was even so close to a busy interstate.

Last year it was a great stay. This year it was just ok. Someone else’s food was left in the fridge, and some things like dishes were out of place. Makes us wonder if the room was thoroughly cleaned or not. Kitchen faucet was very loose/wobbly, and the room was set to 84*, same temperature as outside. Overall still a nice hotel, but wasn’t worth the money this time around. I don’t like the idea of charging my card $50 for incidentals that haven’t happened either. I know you reimburse if there aren’t any incidentals, but it’s just one more thing I have to remember to check on later. How about you have the card in your system and if there’s an actual incidental, THEN you charge the card. Same thing with the pets. My dogs have never done any damage to a hotel room, but I get charged for pets anyway. How about only charge IF the pets make mess or damage something?

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in. Everything in the room and hotel is brand new. Very comfortable beds and pillows (all 4). Unfortunately, we were on the 3rd floor and the person or persons above us on the 4th obviously had to go to work the next morning around 5:30 am. Needless to say, we were up at 5:30 also. Noise between rooms were obvious.

The hotel was easy to get to, grounds were clean as well as the lobby and room. We arrived past 10 pm, there were no luggage carts available. The clerk said someone just checked in and I could go try and find it. I wasnt going to roam around a three story building looking for a cart at that time of night. Had to make several trips to carry baggage, ice chest and groceries. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling, ice maker didn't work and was making a noise like a motorcycle taking off. Told the day clerk the next day. Clerk advised his maintenamce man hadnt made it to work but he would leave a work order. Refrigerator never looked at. Never cooled and made the noise all night long. Reminded the same clerk as we were checking out that the refrigerator wasnt working and needed to be looked at. There were 5 luggage carts available when we checked out, not sure where all 5 were when checking in. The desk clerks werent very helpful.

Overall, the room was clean & safe which was all I was looking for. I paid in full in advance in July for our Oct stay. I printed out my receipt to give to the person at the desk on check in. He asked for my credit card, which I thought was for verification. The next thing I knew he ran my card without letting me know. I got an instant notification from my bank that the guy tried to charge me $850 ON TOP of what I paid in full! I was shocked & angry. I pulled up my bank statement & showed my payment. I told him if I did not get a room that I paid for, I would call my bank there on speakerphone & file a fraud claim. He instantly gave me the room key. When I woke up in the morning, I saw another attempted charge to my bank for $190! I didn't do or use anything but the restroom & shower. We were there 3 days & never had housekeeping come at all.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we checked in they gave us a room with 1 king bed instead. Went to the front desk where the woman told us they don’t have anything else available and that there’s a pullout couch. She offered no explanation for how this happened and they made no effort to fix this. Very disappointing to not receive the room I booked and be disregarded by the staff. Otherwise the room was very nice and clean but overall a disappointing stay.

First - they overbooked my room type, king Suite then gave me an inferior room. Then they said everyone that had my room type checked in for the night which was of course a lie since l had to wait until 3PM to check in and I was the first person at the desk at that time. Then they told me my room was out for maintenance - sure it was. They said they could not compensate me for the difference in the room price since I booked through a third party. I took the inferior room and got up the next morning to no hot water in the shower but the sink had some. $143 was spent on a room l would not have paid $50 for. The no hot water was icing on the cake. Do NOT stay at this trash hotel. I am expecting Expedia to handle this situation with the hotel and getting me my money back.

Great stay! Will be back! Had a small hiccup at no fault to the hotel and they fixed it. All the ladies were super nice and great customer service!

The staff that work on the 4th July morning was rude nasty attitude every but the older lady that work the night shift was amazing the housekeepers are very friendly nice hotel but that one lady is going to make guest not come back I don’t care how clean and nice ur hotel is customer service is what keep ur business

Front desk staff very friendly, room was great, nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel! There is a nice outdoor seating area that we enjoyed at night!! If in the area again would definition stay here!! Shopping and food options close by!!

Appears to be newer or recently remodeled hotel. Very clean. Although it was right next to highway, room was very quiet. Only drawback for me, not a lot of options for food. There was a Zaxbys next door but dining room closed at nine and we arrived late after driving all day. Fortunately we had breakfast items we brought with for the morning.

Friendly staff to welcome and provide info, very clean, modern, and very safe location. A few places nearby to eat. Quick simple access to interstate. The only slight negative is while sleeping we could hear a bit of road noise from interstate, even way up on 4th floor. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The property was clean and easily reached right off the highway. No breakfast other than coffee/tea in the lobby. Only fast food options in the area (Zaxby's was good and nearby; closes @ 9). For a one night stop, it was fine but if you're hungry, you should stop for dinner before you get to the hotel

Unfortunately, the Holiday Inn Express next door was full so we stayed at Candlewood. For a one night stay it was disappointing to not have complimentary breakfast. We did go over to HI Express and paid $10. I suspect this would be a nice stay for an extended stay. The hotel was clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. It appeared to have nice amenities for an extended stay.

It was adequate with pretty decor.upon checking in the workers talked about checking in after 6 Pm and how I’d be charged an extra $50. Also talked about using a third party booking site instead of direct. I was not sure if she was trying to be comedic or not she also informed us that they do not offer breakfast, which if I would’ve known that I’d have picked somewhere else. They had plenty of dishes in the room but we didn’t need them. The bathroom had a few hairs in it upon arrival. The parking lot seemed dark and I did not feel safe. Also, there’re needs to be more parking available. The good areas are the decor, beds, pillows. The bad areas is lack of parking, dark parking lot, dirty shower.and awkwardness of checking in.

Overall great place, conveniently right off exit 205. Clean rooms and property. Nice bathrooms, with quite literally the best water pressure I've ever experienced in my life. Comfortable beds, with fluffy pillows and soft sheets. The staff are super friendly, and theres a mini food market/pantry with lots of meals and drinks, for when you get in late or don't feel like paying $20 for delivery. I will be staying again in the future.

Great service. Love the “cupboard” downstairs to get snacks and essentials. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Only thing was we couldn’t find our remote for tv. To be fair, we didn’t ask about it. We weren’t in the room much but to sleep. Also, our refrigerator seemed to be not working correctly, but again, not something we wanted to change rooms for. We didn’t really need it for long.
