Bathroom Smelled weird carpet was dirty made my feet black.ice machine was broken had to go down stairs every time one of the elevators was broken so waiting for the one elevator to come around took long. Breakfast was yummy tho

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated. The breakfast in the morning had many different options and was very good. Only downside to this hotel was the pool was closed for no reason. After a long drive in the only thing the kids wanted to do was swim and they were not able too. They should tell people that when they book

Staying two nights. Very quiet. Rained during the stay, so wasn't able to go to the pool or grill outside. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Parking was convenient to our room. In need of clean up outside and minor repair in room. I will say that I'm understanding when it comes to hotels. So, we were very happy with our stay and would return. Great for a short stay with basics provided.

This hotel is closest to our son and his family. It's terrible getting out of the parking lot. You have to go right then go down and make a U-turn at the light to go left.

Had trouble with booking through Expedia Receptionist had to call and get authorization which took 10-15 minutes. The next guest had the same problem. Hotel was great all but no ice machine except in the kitchen area downstairs

When we checked in the front desk was more interested in continuing her zoom meeting with her friend on the phone because after waiting for two others to be helped she stated she hopes this evening slows down. We get out room and the heater/ac unit cover is off and wires sticking out. Asked the front desk with the same lady and she tells me we have to move rooms because in the notes the room was being serviced. If she wasn't into her zoom meeting she wouldve noticed the notes. In the morning my daughter that is on crutches head back up from breakfast and get stuck in thw el gator for 10 minutes. When we finally get out on of the front desk ladies says it's been resolved and will go up with us in the elevator only to get stuck again for another 10 minutes. She tells me in the elevator that they've been having problems and with it and she thought it was fixed. After getting out of the elevator I carried my daughter that is on crutches up to the 3rd floor from the main floor. When we checked out took no chances and took the stairs to only find an out of order sign on the elevator. This is the worst experience I've ever had and would like a refund.

Property only year old, shower moldy , soap dispensers ripped from wall. Hotel must have wooden floors - very noisy… could hear the people up stairs walking around all the time. Breakfast was good, nice ladies working that area , also kept that area very clean.

First room they assigned us had dirty towels and wash clothes in the bathroom and someone had been sleeping on the bad and left it messed up. Rate quoted on Expedia whei booked was not what i was charged. Very disappointed in this bookings and should be reimbursement the difference.

Close to a job i was doing is why i stayed. What i didnt like was that it appears no one is considerate enough to close a door by hand they have to let it slam. Then it sounded like the budweiser Clydesdales were filming a commercial in the room above me.

There was a minor hiccup with the room I booked but the staff was great and able to put me in another room. The king suite room is huge. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location right off of I75. Has food places and a gas station right next to it. Had no issues at all. Would stay there again.

No hot water for several days , When I called down to the front desk. To speak with someone about it they were rude to me and hung up on me . After the second day of no hot water, I had to cool down as a front desk again and they finally discovered that the water heater was turned off for my floor after two days and after me having to tell them.

Overall 4 stars because the hotel is new and the TV is not a Smart TV so we were not able to watch our streaming providers and the internet connectivity was so bad we could not even cast to the TV if it was an option. We had WiFi but the TV continued to say it could not connect to the internet. Our basic needs were met. It is safe and clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly.

Check in was a mess. Had someone try to get in my room at like 11:30 at night. They had booked my room twice. Then at midnight I had someone from the front desk wake me up again trying to figure out what happened.

I was disappointed that the last 2 days there was no room service at all. No one cleaned, provided new towels or emptied trash cans. A couple of issues with room card keys having to be reprogrammed. The breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was clean and employees were friendly.

Our experience with this hotel was awful! We paid through Expedia for a suite and they gave it away first thing in the morning to another guest. Then they offered to give us a small two queen room instead, and told us we would have to seek a refund from Expedia stating it was their fault and not the hotels.

Got there late around midnight and went to the room they gave me. It was not cleaned and had all sheets removed from the bed. They were full so had to sit in the lobby for over an hour while she went and looked for an open room and called someone else in to help. Finally was told they didn’t have a room except for one the air didn’t work in. All other hotels appeared to be full as well so I didn’t have a choice but take it or sleep in the car. Room was so hot I had to prop the door to the hall open. For all my troubles they only gave me a bottle of water and candy bar for free I got while waiting. I didn’t expect a free room but thought they would have knocked some off for all the trouble. Lady was nice and I could tell she was doing her best. I assume she didn’t create the problem so i didn’t want to take things out on her but assumed management or whoever she called would have done something to make right.

The guy who was working the desk was very upbeat and friendly. Its a little bit of a drive from most food and restaurants but there is a subway and burger king across the street. Dominos did deliver. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

The complimentary breakfast lacked appeal. No regular creamer for the coffee, only sweet flavored. Staff didn't know anything about coffee or creamer. Frustrating at 8am. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Check-in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. The room was clean, so comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and nice. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. It was not being refilled, some of the food that was not refilled had been there a long time and was not edible. The pancake machine was broken and not working, though a staff member did try and fix it. Other than the one that tried to fix the pancake machine, other breakfast staff was short and grouchy with those of us just trying to have our breakfast and be on our way.
