Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Gym, pool and hot tub were also clean and well maintained.

Main pool was not well heated and actually frigid cold.

Close to shopping and Denny's. The pool was small, rather cool and there was sand on the bottom of the pool around the entry way into the pool and the chlorine smell was strong.

Included breakfast had hot/cold option very robust. Tea/coffee available in lobby 24/7. Good amenities - pool, close EV charging spots, etc. for hotel and rooms' coffee maker etc. The room spacious with very comfortable chaise lounge. Staff were engaged in their jobs. Hotel is one separate building on a commercial shopping site so parking is not a problem but the hotel had very limited specific/dedicated parking spots. Very new property with some finish-the-job refinements to be completed - elevator doors did not close soundlessly, the room's HVAC unit was noisy, the room's barn doors of the shower enclosure had loose handles and placement/horizontal orientation of handles was not optimal for entering/exiting shower enclosure. Relatively expensive, but in fairness our booking was last minute.

Newer hotel and it was in great, clean condition. The reception team were efficient, and welcoming. Lots of parking as it shares a parking lot with the shopping centre. Convenient to have things like Dollarama, Giant Tiger, and the shopping centre so close. Although the shopping centre has very little, is older and mostly empty (but we didn’t come for the shopping so it didn’t affect us). A few minor critiques: for a new hotel the water pressure/flow in the sinks and shower was poor/low. Also, for some reason housekeeping did not freshen up our room on one of the days we were there even though we were gone from the room as of 9 am all day. All in all the hotel, with the amenities, was comfortable and provided us with a good stay

This property is newer at 8 months old and feels & looks new. Love that! There’s an EV charge station in the parking lot which is very convenient. A few blips: ice machine is located in the main hallway & is loud. Would make more sense to tuck it away in its own space. Blackout shades don’t fit correctly and bright light comes pouring in at the 2 top corners of the window for an unpleasant early wake-up call. And the pm staff didn’t properly explain how the EV-charging worked, which is turns out is different than other IGH hotels. Nor did they know how to troubleshoot it. You need an AmbuEnergy App to charge the car rather than the amount being charged to your room.

Pool and fitness center closed due to maintenance. Coffee and continental breakfast late in the mornings due to lack of staff .

Very clean, newer hotel. We did find old wash cloths in our bath tub that were left from last guest but overall it was clean and comfortable. Good price for a quick trip. The pool and hot tub were tidy and we were the only ones there which was nice.

When we checked into our room we were given a room that was not cleaned yet (hair on bathroom floor, bed was not made and no towels). We let the front desk know right away and they kindly apologized and upgraded our room. Great management and provided excellent customer service

Everything was very new, clean and upgraded. It was close to shopping and food.

Room was spotless, staff courteous. The only problem I had was understanding the individual that checked me in. He was very nice and polite, just his English wasn't very good.

Check in nightmare. Charged twice for a hold on room. Computer went down they said it didn’t go through but I saw it approved. Retried a 3 rd time. Used a different card too keep bills different.was passed to 3 different people finally saw a manager he said he would check the status in morning. I brought him down a copy of credit card statements saying it went though. Morning the young lady Jane got it fixed within minutes. She was your shining star. She fixed in minutes what the check in staff couldn’t do. This was our first time in your hotel. Awful bed and fridge humming kept us up we finally had to get up at 1am and unplugged it. Smoke alarm flashing white lights every few minutes. Noisy. Only really good experience was breakfast. We usually stay at comfort inn thought we would try holiday. Driving home got a call from management that they had double charged and would refund. Not a good 1st impression impression

Had microwave and fridge - bonus Breakfast was very satisfying and open for three hours. Two minuses - the WiFi internet had spotty/weak connection and water pressure in shower was low.

The only issue we had was that the computer had gone down and it took us 3 tries to give them our CC for charges. We went out of our way at least 3 times to accomodate them and it was still out. Not their problem I know, but wouldn't you think they may have offered us a free water or something for the inconvenience and for us coming back to make it right? . It's just customer service!

When I arrived, I was met promptly by Madeline and her associate. I had accidentally double-booked my room, and they helped me resolve the issue. When I asked about transportation, they were happy to walk me through the options in the area. Upon booking, I needed to stow my luggage, and they accommodated me pleasantly. The staff in this hotel were all friendly and accommodating. The room was modern, clean and had everything I needed. Special thanks to Madeline, who assisted me promptly, was friendly and no doubt to pride in her job. I wish her success and for her kindness to be returned. It was a lovely stay!

We arrived at the hotel around 1pm, and was told our hotel was not ready yet so we waited at the lobby. I was sitting on the couch with my eldest while my husband was at the table with my five year old then I heard the front desk man yelled "no!" I looked up and saw my five year old sitting nice, happily stimming (shes autistic!) while holding a plastic sign they had at the table! My husband was standing right next to her! I asked my husband what she did and he said absolutely nothing except she's being a little bit loud in an absolutely empty lobby! Its sad that despite all the autism awareness campaign, Holiday Inn, who prides itself for being "kid preferred" and family friendly, still remains uneducated, and hires people who choose to be unkind! I informed him she has autism, and that even if he yells at her, she will not understand. He said he did it because what shes playing with was made of glass. it was a plastic sign. Maybe if you don't want it to be touched, you shouldnt have it out! Also, you can politely talk to us parents, instead of yelling at our child and making us feel like were doing nothing! When asked how much longer we have to wait, he said he has no idea but will text us. We packed our suitcases back to the car and left! Got a call at 3pm. But we didnt go back til past 8. Thank goodness it was a different person, who has better customer service skills! We wanted to stay somewhere else, but it was too late to get a refund. Not coming back!

Don’t stay here. Wouldn’t allow me to pay for my room with debit and room deposit on VISA. The front desk insisted all payments are via credit card with zero option to pay with debit or cash. I’ve never ever heard of this and have never had it happen.

The Hotel is not located in the best area. Sometimes it can be noisy. Otherwise it is a very nice place.

Given that this is a new hotel, the accommodations were perfect for my purpose. I enjoyed that the hotel was next to a shopping centre, which made finding affordable snacks and other necessities convenient. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and my room was quiet. I would recommend this hotel when travelling in the area.

Convenient location with lots of nearby eating options; daily hot breakfast and swimming pool; close to London and Port Stanley

There are a lot of restaurant options near the hotel in St. Thomas on Talbot street, also St. Thomas being a relatively easy place to navigate as a city, makes it easy to get to the various food options. Bed comfort was excellent!! I really thought the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great too.

Solid hotel. Bad location in old mall parking lot. View from rooms was of the mall flat roof. Clean hotel, comfy beds, would stay here again.

The hotel is located in a plaza with a small mall that contains shopping, fitness and grocery stores. Multiple dinning options are nearby. The breakfast at the hotel is good (scrambled eggs, bacon / sausage, potatoes, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit and coffee).

Good location

Stayed at this lovely, clean and welcoming hotel for 3 nights. Made use of the small indoor pool and spa, enjoyed the self serve breakfast, lots of choices. Great location for visiting London and Port Stanley (30 mins and 15 mins away). A few nice walks in local parks, Pinafore has a lakefront walk and the elevated park will give a great foliage view in a few weeks.

Very quiet, close to down town.

Hotel was very clean. All the day staff were awesome! Very quick to assist with any questions or concerns/ needs we had Grandkids enjoyed the pool. :) Breakfast was average. Found that the items were a bit undercooked / cold the first day. But much better after that day. Maybe offer more variety? Pancake machine was not working any of the days & the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Overall a good stay & would stay again. :D

Very clean room. Great breakfast buffet. I really liked the take out bags. My wife didn’t want to go to the buffet so I was able to bring her food in the takeout bag. I asked for an hour extra for check out and was granted

There was not enough food for breakfast. At 9am everything was gone and not replaced properly.

The property and the staff are excellent. It’s a new built so immaculately clean. They offer a nice complementary breakfast. The only thing that I didn’t like was the way they cooked the scrambled eggs and omelette. Both were cooked in advance. The scrambled eggs were very hard instead of being soft scrambled eggs. Cheese omelette too was also not that great. Edges were burnt and hard. The quality of crispy potatoes was not appealing. I’m writing all this because I love to cook and I am very particular about tastes and textures. It may be great for some people and they may not be as finicky as me 😊

Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet needs to have continous supply since it gets busy instead of people waiting for the food. keep stocking it til 10am. Other than that, it is a pretty good hotel.

Kitchen couldn’t keep up with the food flow on a Saturday morning. Very busy and the bacon went quite fast. There were a lot of guests were waiting for food to be replenished. Very chaotic. Maybe extend the breakfast hours since it is busier at 9:00am. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back in August.
