Extremely disappointing visit. I brought my daughter here to celebrate New Year's Eve with a swim & hot tub experience. Upon arrival, we were informed the facilities closed at 3pm (when we were checking in). They advised it was closed for the holiday. When I raised the point that this was not stated on the site where i booked my stay, the manager advised he would look into it & offered me breakfast vouchers which we couldn't avail of anyway. The manager did mot get back to me on his claimed investigation of the site info. Breakfast vouchers certainly don't equate the $200 I spent on this stay that did not allow the experience we were expecting. I would like for someone to follow-up with me on this matter.

How to ruin a vacation day : come back late (9:30pm) to the hotel. Circle the parking lot for over half an hour. No parking spots available. Approach the front desk. Get no solution or help. Sneak in to some other hotel parking lot. Hope your car doesn’t get towed.

I was very satisfied with my overnight stay at the Best Western. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is the parking lot is small and cramped. There was very little parking at the time I arrived, which was approx 10pm on a Wednesday night. I don't know if there was an event going on at the hotel or possibly the adjoining ones, but it took a while to find a parking spot.

Le tapis de la chambre était très sale (noir sour les chausettes et saleté visible). La porte de salle de bain était remplie de tâches de mains/doigts... Ça ressemblait à du maquillage (fond de teint, fard à joue). La climatisation coulait sur le tapis... Il y avait une zone toute mouillée sur le tapis. Les matelas n'étaient pas confortable du tout. Il y avait un creux au milieu des 2 lits! Par contre notre petit réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas et quelqu'un est venu le remplacer rapidement. La femme de chambre nous a offert un excellent service!

It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed. So much insect bites on my body. I checked in looking fresh and checked out looking homeless with so much insect bites on my body. Had to go the pharmacy inside the time square mall beside the hotel for medication. It’s terrible (an unforgettable experience). The staffs were nice but helpless. Nice breakfast, but I’m never visiting again. NEVER!

We had silverfish in our bathroom which wasn’t great but the room was very clean, other thing was no duvet cover just the duvet by itself. Hotel was nice and clean staff was friendly and helpful although the insects and lack of duvet was not exciting. Along with no hand soap in the bathroom

We checked in at 11pm after a long day to find that the bathroom in our room had not been cleaned. They did offer to send someone up to do it, but I was not interested in that. It was too late and at that point I was not comfortable staying. If they didn't bother to clean the bathroom, I couldn’t get into the bed with confidence. At 12:30am we checked into the Hilton and BW will not refund me a dime. Just spend the extra money and go to a proper hotel the first time.

Friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady. She left us clean towels on the handle of the door since we didn't request room cleaning. We enjoyed both outdoor and indoor pools. Love that parking was free. Hotel has carpet, so it's a little smelly. Shower didn't support enough hot water. I can't imagine taking a shower in winter. Also found some stains on the bedsheet.

The bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in and I have slept in a lot of hotel beds. Room was clean and very up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a Tim hortons next door.

The front desk staff was very friends, however she told us our room was downstairs and said don’t worry you aren’t in a basement, we built on a hill, there is a full window to the outside in there. It was a basement and there was a fake window with a light behind it. The pillows were all horrible, to thick and hard. The room was newer and clean but the other two items far outweighed the newer clean room.

No on-site breakfast included, but there's a Tim Hortons next door, plus a few Chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room had two queen beds, which were comfortable, and it felt very clean and fresh, clearly recently renovated with modern finishes with a fridge and microwave. The narrow balcony was a nice touch for fresh air. The building only has two levels, but the corridors are extremely long, feels like a maze at times, and there are more stairs than you'd expect for such a low-rise property. Parking can be limited and a bit tricky, plan ahead, scout out spots early, and try to find an entrance closest to your room to avoid long treks through those endless hallways. One minor annoyance: the sliding shower door was installed at a weird angle, so it kept sliding open on its own during showers. Would stay again for the convenience to the convention center and the updated, clean room. Great value if location is your top priority.

The bathroom has a sliding barn door with a 2 inch gap between the wall and the door and no lock. When someone uses the bathroom, the whole room can hear it, and smell it. You better be very comfortable with the people you are staying with, cause youve got to poop in essentially the same room theyre in. Never seen anything like it. Itll he the only reason i dont return. Other than that, great place, but no door for the bathroom is a deal breaker for me.

The room was very small, we had a hard time getting around the furniture to reach the bed. there was no space to comfortably open your suitcase. The air conditioner was excessively noisy. This was not our first stay at this hotel but this was the first time we experienced these problems.

Rooms had everything you’d need in them. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and the water temp and pressure was great in the showers. The only thing I didn’t like were the bathroom doors. Because they were barn door style they looked great but didn’t feel like I had privacy when inside.

We had made two separate bookings. We wanted to combine them. Expedia was unable to help us. We were told we had to pay an extra $100 at least to do this. Someone from the hotel contacted me via text and combined the reservation for only $20 extra. When we arrived at the hotel our fridge was not working. We contacted the front desk and within minutes we were brought a brand new fridge. The staff was kind and courteous. They were extremely accomodating. Our internet was not working and they immediately told us what to do to get it to work. Very clean hotel and room. Beautiful and warm swimming pool. Breakfast next door at the Sheraton was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish I had gotten the name of the manager of this hotel while we were there. we extended our stay while we were there and asked to be moved to higher floor We missed all the phone calls to ask us to come get our stuff so that we could be moved to another room. When we got to the hotel, the staff informed us that we could now not be moved because the hotel was now full and there were no rooms available. Fair enough We missed the phone calls etc - we understood it was on us at this point But moments later the manager the manager i formed us that she COULD move us - they just needed to finish cleaning it Yay!!! Also - the A/C in the room was not working and the same manager pleasantly called the fix it guy for us and he showed up immediately to fix the unit - which he did. We then got a pleasant call from the front desk (manager again) to make sure the electrician person had showed up and that the unit was working Kudos to this woman!! You all are so lucky to have her !!!!

I checked in around 5 PM and immediately noticed the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working. I informed the front desk staff—an Asian gentleman—who said he would send a technician to take a look. I waited over 30 minutes with no response, so I called again. Still no action. Eventually, I had to walk back to the front desk to complain in person, as the room was unbearably hot and had no windows for ventilation. The only option was to keep the door open to let in air from the cooler hallway. A technician came by multiple times, each time assuring me the AC would start working within 30 minutes—but it never did. Finally, around midnight, a different staff member—a very helpful woman on the night shift—heard about the issue and immediately moved me to another room where the AC worked properly. What frustrated me most was that the original front desk staff told me the hotel was fully booked and a room change wasn’t possible—clearly not true. I'm grateful to the night shift receptionist for resolving the situation, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially during a hot summer day. This stay was poorly handled and ruined my time at the property. I won’t be returning—and I’d caution others that the place is not well managed.

Vicky is such a kind and accommodating employee. She was professional (very busy yet always smiling)and made sure my elderly mother was comfortable. It makes all the difference in the world when employees go that extra mile, especially when we travel out here regularly for my mom's treatment. We will definitely be back 😀 Thank you Vicky! Also i must mention the kind housekeeping staff were also amazing! Thank you!

We were kicked out at 1 am and staff said were being noisy when it was just music playing on the TV. We told them we would turn it down but they insisted that if we didn’t leave that they would call the cops. We were making noise before but it was because we were singing happy birthday, and because of that they complained as well. We were kicked out for singing happy birthday and sound from the TV (was not even that loud). Keep in mind this is at 1 am in the morning. Don’t stay here, staff are not understanding

A very warm and welcoming hotel. We checked in quite late that night, around 10 PM, and the front desk told us there were no rooms available, so they transferred us to the Sheraton next door. By then it was already 11 PM, and my husband was hungry. The nearby Tim Hortons was closed, but I remembered we still had some takeout food in the car. When we brought it back to the room, we realized there was no microwave. We went downstairs to check the lobbies of both hotels and surprisingly neither had one. So we went to ask at the Best Western front desk. A female staff member called the Sheraton and explained that we had been transferred from their hotel, and that Best Western rooms usually provide microwaves. She kindly asked if Sheraton could also provide one for us. Shortly after, a staff member showed up at our room carrying a microwave. My husband finally got to eat. The service at Best Western made us feel truly cared for. We really appreciate everything they did. Highly recommended! 👍👍

Upon arrival there are several steps at the main entrance with no signage to direct us to an available wheel chaire ramp. I drove around the cramped and busy parking lot and still no indication of a ramp . I found an accessible parking spot right in front only later to find out the ramp to gain entry is not indicated and only at a side door. It was tucked perpendicular behind an accessible parking spot that was already being used. Hiden with the surrounding area with no signage or painted the typucal blue to be visible from any distance. I had to leave my 88 yr old father unattended at the hotel next door that had a visible ramp at their main entrance while I had to track down if there was access for him. There were 2 narrow sets of doors that would hit my dad's elbows to push through with no automatic openers that were very challenging. I had booked an accessible shower with expedia but on check in, the clerc said it wasn't an accessible room and we were on the second floor without an elevator. She said she'd see what she could do ... now far from home with a diabelled senior and possibly no place to stay. Travel alone with a loved on in a wheelchair is very hard. You made it harder. I had to fight the tears. Anyone in a wheelchair shouldn't be made to feel unwelcomed. Anyone traveling with a lived ine in a wheelchair should be given extra stresses and hurdles to overcome.

I was looking for a hospital as close as possible to the MacKenzie Health Hospital in Richmond Hill. This was the closest I could find (20 minutes away). This hotel is attached to the Sheridan abs it seems to share pool/spa areas and restaurant areas.

Pretty good, the hotel was very home like and i felt very comfortable to unwind and check out all the amenities the hotel offer. the only issue for me is the bar closed very early at 10pm and activities became shy shorty after. overall pretty good stay for the price

The hotel was fine but not as updated as I would expect for signs that say recently renovated. The multiple pools to choose from was fun and the spa quite nice. The surrounding area had many choices for meals which was great. The hotel restaurant was nice but not many options for children. Staff were hit and miss. I didn’t get an overall helpful vibe. We likely won’t stay here again but it served its purpose for this trip.
