it's a nice hotel it's just that no breakfast compliments. It's hard to park and parking is not secured but for a night or two nights it is good to stay cause it's cheap.

The "onsite gym" is not on site. The wifi kept going out, thank goodness this wasnt a work trip. The card reader on the door stopped working and i was locked out of my room. I was disappointed to see there was no mini fridge in the room. There was shampoo and lotion provided but no conditioner. Parking was confusing upon arrival and kind of a pain to get out of. Sooooo many homeless people hanging out right there. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Ironic name for the “Quality” Inn. The hot water didn’t work — they tried to fix it, but it wouldn’t stay hot. The heater was dirty and noisy, and the nightclub underneath made it impossible to sleep. They did let me switch rooms, which was quieter, but still loud.

Without a doubt this has to be one of the worst, unclean and sketchiest hotels I have ever stayed in. 10/10 I would never recommend this place. I checked in for one night when I first arrived in town, unfamiliar with the area. The first read flag was the drunk brawl on the sidewalk outside. After checking in I went up to my floor and found a sex toy and used condom in the hallway. I should have turned around and left at this point but against my best judgment, I continued to the room. I was exhausted after a long flight and wanted rest. However, upon arriving at my room I found multiple roaches crawling throughout the restroom. I was almost tired enough to ignore it all and fall asleep BUT the noise from the club next door was so loud that I couldn’t even do that. I tried checking out no less than 20 minutes after I arrived, but the front desk informed me that my booking was nonrefundable and I would have to pay for this biohazard of a hotel room regardless. Avoid this place at all cost.

The lobby is so small, no washroom just four chairs and one small table. The air smells musty. The carpet is worn and shabby. The elevators are small and slow. Hall carpet equally shabby. Room was tiny with ugly furniture-no view. Bed linen and bathroom were very clean. For the very high price we paid to stay this was most DISAPPOINTING.

The hotel itself was clean and pretty nice, the room was a lot smaller than expected and what was shown in the photos. The room also lacked basic things like a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was incredibly nice though and very helpful. The area was not great, a lot of sketchy looking people around and was incredibly loud. Partying, yelling, screaming, music etc outside u til 4-5am. I have never stayed somewhere so loud.

The only good parts of our experience were the cleanliness of the room, the quality of the pillows, and the coffee shop next door. Beyond that the walls are very thin (we heard neighbors all night and all day) and the bass from the nightclub could be not only heard but felt until 3am. The elevators are slow and cramped, and the water pressure was poor and shower heads were only adequate if you are 5’ or less. Would not stay again.

Hotel is basic downtown city hotel. AC and bathroom extractor were vey noicy Eventhogh we weare located on the secon floor water presure in the shower was very low. Carpet in the corridor and rooms look old and dirty.

Hotel is above a night club. Staff were great. Rooms were nice. Hotel is older but clean. Coffee at front lobby was great. No fridge in room. Comfortable and clean but small. Opening window in bathroom but not bedroom. No bathroom fan. Air conditioner loud. Food at attached pub was poor. Will stay again, but will plan accordingly.

Stay Away – Worst Hotel Experience I had a terrible experience at the Quality Inn. It took over 5 hours just to get my room. The elevators took 20–30 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. I should have realized something was off when I saw people paying cash without deposits, while I was asked for a deposit. When I finally got to my room, it smelled bad, the furniture was falling apart, and the washroom door didn’t even close. I contacted Expedia to cancel the rest of my stay (I had booked 5 nights) and asked for a partial refund, but the hotel refused. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and checked out immediately. To make things worse, they held my deposit and didn’t return it until I called. The management was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Poor service, terrible conditions, and shady management. A partial refund would have gone a long way—very disappointing.

The staff was lovely at check in and check out. Gave information to me in clear and concise manner. The room was perfect for our purposes. We just needed a place to sleep for 1 night and it worked great. It was in a great location as well. The only critique I have is with cleanliness. The hallway on the 4th floor where we stayed was really dirty. Could have used a vacuum. In our room, my sister found a hoodie from a previous guest under the bed. A more thorough cleaning of the rooms and common areas would be lovely for your guests. Our stay was perfect and I would choose this hotel again.

We liked the central location of this hotel. The staff were 50/50 , one lady was not very friendly and dismissed my request to have an early check in , one lady was super friendly and did check us in before 4 with the exception of taking a room on the 1st floor . It was very loud and the floors were sticky. There are no fridges in the rooms and the tubs have no slip proof mats . The price reflects the accommodation

Property has great staff, clean rooms and the price point was great. Unfortunately the property location isn’t ideal. Lots of street disorder and drug use happen outside, along with a busy night club that had music blasting until 3 am. The staff were very understanding and provided ear plugs which helped. As a young couple these variables were totally fine to manage but if we had small children it would have be challenging.

Location was convenient but the entire street is taken over by homeless drug addicts. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself or the staff. It was the surrounding area which makes me think I would never book this with my family ever again.

Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby! Bed was comfy, if you're on the front side of the building I think the street noise and club nearby might be quite loud, but we were in the second tower back and the noise was audible but wasn't disruptive. Easy to walk or Uber to many locations.

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to get our requests quickly-they even went somewhere to the other side of the street to get something for us. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The parking was a bit of a hassle and the breakfast that was recommended at the pub next door was horrible so don’t do that. But the Mexican restaurant across the street was amazing. For a short stay it’s okay.

A rather basic hotel, but with good amenities. I was please to find a microwave, iron and ironing board, plentiful towels and a refrigerator (for medications). I also like the fact that the “no service” card was respected as I do not need daily service. Great location on very walkable Granville Strret. A small disappointment was the free “American breakfast” at the next door bar. Steam table eggs, potatoes and sausages. No tea. Just walk to the end of the block and pick up fresh pastries and samosas at the 24 hr deli. Inexpensive and nourishing.

Hotel was fine. Neighborhood is a little rough, attached restaurant was terrible. I don’t recommend breakfasting there at all. Overpriced and the worst hotel breakfast I have ever eaten. Also our cards stopped working well before checkout.

The hotel was nice enough. However the room had a weird smell. We had to keep the curtains closed as they were doing work to the small courtyard. The room was tiny and didn’t have a fridge. The place next door offering breakfast for 16.99 Buffett breakfast wasn’t the best . They offered bacon, scrambled Eggs, hashbrowns and toast. If you wanted coffee/ tea/ juice or cereal it was extra. So that was disappointing.
