Overall a very good little spot for the cost. Rooms are easy to walk to from where you park your car. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, which is hard to come by now days. So I was able to store and cook food during my trip. The shoppers drug mart right next door came in good use.

Heat and A/C is excellent. Parking is very convenient safe. Very clean room. Soft comfy beds, amazing water pressure in shower. Soap, shampoo and conditioner available and not samples. Smells fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For the price it was what I expected - it's a decent budget hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. Thin walls but we brought a white noise machine and slept great. No lid on the toilet which I found gross considering what happens when you flush a toilet. Serious accessibility issues with two steps to get into the front door and more stairs to go from the lobby to the rooms. No elevator to second floor rooms. Would stay again if I needed to be in Richmond Hill over night.

We enjoyed the stay. There are a lot of food options near the hotel. We especially enjoyed the Persian bakery around the corner. Our only complaint was the incredibly steep and narrow stairs, there was no elevator.

Overall pretty good. The room was clean. A lot smaller imperfections in things like trim and wallpaper but nothing that was a problem. They do not have an elevator! Only stairs . And there are stairs in the entrance so this place is NOT wheelchair accessible. No coffee makers in the room but there was coffee in the lobby. Rooms have laminate wood floors which is much cleaner than carpet. The bed was older style but in my opinion, was super comfortable! I think I would stay there again, the price was worth the few inconveniences.

Decent place to stay for 1 night for convenience and affordability. Location felt safe and the there were lots of options for coffee shops/restaurants/etc. Front desk attendance was nice but the interaction was very little so can't comment too much on this. Looks like they did clean the room, but did find a clump of hair on the tub/shower wall so that was a turn off. Again, if you just need a place to stay overnight, not a bad place. Unfortunately, due to our next door neighbor couple deciding to use this hotel as their fun place well into the night (well after 2am), it made for a very uncomfortable stay.

I’m very surprised this place had such a good rating. Even considering the price and knowing it wasn’t an expensive stay, I didn’t expect much—but cleanliness should still be a basic standard. Unfortunately, the place wasn’t truly clean, and I’m quite certain there were bedbugs or some other type of bugs, as I woke up with bug bites on my face and felt itchy throughout the night. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or using the shower. I wouldn’t have minded the older furnishings or imperfect lighting, but the lack of cleanliness and the presence of bugs made the stay unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Lots of restaurants and stores located around the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were very thick and uncomfortable. That is the only negative I have about the stay.

From the outside it looks like a typical run of the mill motel so had low expectations but inside the room is where i was surprised. The room and bathroom were nicely updated and made the 4 day stay enjoyable. Only complains are the low quality pillows and lack elevators. Both can be worked around.

The man at reception, Tony was very helpful and patient while trying to figure out my credit card situation. I felt safe and comfortable. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Close to alot of restaurants. Quick bus ride to the train station. I will definitely be coming back here again

It's not fancy, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was amazing and friendly. We traveled from New Brunswick and arrived a few hours earlier than check in time but they were very kind and allowed us to check in anyway. Definitely recommend this hotel. And I am picky as all hell!!

I had a great experience with the hotel. Our room was always clean and tidy. Parking was easy and our car was right outside the room, which put me at ease. We were late for check in, but the staff stayed to help. Complementary breakfast included cereal, coffee, juice, and muffins. The only thing I would mention is the hallway smelled very strongly of cherries. Overall, a great value for our stay!

This place is great. Always reliable, quiet, good parking. The owner (I think) is always very polite and helpful, even loaned us a shovel to get our car out during a snowstorm. This is right behind a gas station convenience store and a tims which is also a plus. We love this place, and the rate is always good!

I shared a king sized bed with my daughter but we only had three pillows. When I asked for three more, then two more or even one more, I was emphatically denied ... "You get what you get" ... I thought he was kidding but alas, he was not. That was the only disappointing thing about the stay.

The check-in process was horrendous. As the owner of a trucking company, we place drivers in hotels on a regular basis. We book and pre-pay for the driver via Expedia without issue. This hotel was by far the worst experience we have ever had. They gave our driver nothing but problems and when I spoke with the hotel directly, the front counter person was condescending and arrogant.

Nice location, reasonable distance from Canadas Wonderland, vaughan mills, Bass Pro. Grocery store across the street, offers free fruit, cereal, muffins, juice coffee/tea. Great price in comparison to hotels close to Wonderland. Room was a good. Will come again..

Property and room were okay! I wish there would’ve been more photos of the house side and around the hotel so we could’ve known how noisy it was going to be being so close to a gas station and a very busy road and urban area. Check in took a solid 20 minutes which seems like a very long time. The main entry way stairs up to the second floor are VERY steep. Room was decently clean, with some hairs in the bed, bathroom floor and the shower had a layer of pink algae growing on the tub surround. We paid $104 per night and were there for two night and three days. I would say we got exactly what $104 per night would get you in the city.

This location was very convenient for our event 6 minutes away. There is a fire station a little close by but that isn't their fault. We would recommend and stay again, the staff were very nice. Thank you.

The breakfast just included muffin, Apple cornflakes milk and artificial fruit juices no egg no cheese no sausage no bologna!!! in fact, there is no lobby. Just have a corridor with not enough space no sofa in lobby, no restaurant no coffee maker in room no kettle in room. I have no cable TV or a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The TV was old one. My room is clean and quiet.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet and great water pressure in the shower. Tv channels were not great but internet service was good. A light breakfast to get you going in the am. Grocery store Starbucks and Tim’s all within walking.

No elevator & there are stairs leading up to the 1st level from the main entrance. Continental breakfast only had apples muffins cereal and coffee juice…. Would have been nice to have butter at least for the muffins. Other than that it was a great affordable stay
