We stayed for a week and a half and left with mixed feelings. The room was spacious, which was a plus, but several issues affected our stay. The staff were really friendly and very welcoming. This was a plus. We requested a cot in advance, but it was never provided. There was a sofa bed, but with an infant, it wasn't a safe or practical option. We were ok with the bed in the end. Room amenities were basic too, just a toothbrush and one bottle of complimentary water in the fridge. The windows weren't properly sealed, so there was a lot of noise at night. The air conditioning only blew very cold air with no way to adjust the temperature. My biggest concern was the bathroom and room entrance, finished in far too much marble. The floors were dangerously slippery, and we resorted to laying towels down just to move around safely. I slipped and hit my head. I'd strongly caution anyone with mobility issues against staying here. Accessibility is also a concern: the main entrance isn't wheelchair accessible. There's a side door with a ramp, but you have to go to reception each time to request it. A simple bell at that entrance would help a lot. This hotel is fine if you don’t have mobility issues but I’d look elsewhere if you do.
