Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were adequate but overpriced when compared to others of a similar standard. Buffet meals had plenty of choice and were good. Parking price was expensive.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The lift was not working, and when we tried calling reception for assistance, no one answered the phone. As a result, we had to walk up to the 4th floor in 40°C heat, which was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the lack of help from the staff. When we asked for assistance or information, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. We expected much better customer service, especially in a situation like this. Overall, the poor communication, lack of assistance, and unfriendly attitude of the staff made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
