Das a&o Aachen Hauptbahnhof liegt absolut verkehrsgünstig, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer absolut sauber, die Betten bequem. Der Eingangsbereich ist sympathisch gestaltet. Das einzige Problem ist die Lautstärke. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Rolläden waren in meinem Zimmer die häufigen Lautsprecherdurchsagen des Aachener Hauptbahnhofs klar und deutlich zu hören ebenso wie die ein- und abfahrenden Züge. Das machte mir das Einschlafen schwierig und führte dazu, dass ich immer wieder aufwachte.

This property was fantastic. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel very near the train station and you can't beat the location of this property. I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market before our train. I really enjoyed my stay and hope one day to have the chance to return.

Duschbefestigung recht locker, Duschtür wurde schon lange nicht mehr richtig gereinigt oder getauscht, Abflusssieb ebenfalls. Dass die zugigen Fenster in der heutigen Zeit noch so erlaubt sind? Fahrstuhl könnte auch mal richtig gereinigt werden.

Also die Sauberkeit war nicht überall gegeben. Die Fenster waren von Innen alles andere als sauber. Das habe ich dann mal gemacht. Lauter Fettflecken von Köpfen und Händen an der Scheibe. Die Fächer von den Hochbetten waren nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es waren Schuppen, Wimpern, Ohrringe usw. in den Ablagen. Etwas Müll vom Vormieter lag dort auch im Regal. Das haben wir schon anders in A&O Hostels erlebt. Das Bad war zwar sauber, nur der Abfluss nicht. Das war etwas eklig.

The hostel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the train station and a 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral. We had a quad room which was pretty tight and room could use deep cleaning.

Slept very badly because of the train station nearby and the open window; if we would close the window it would get too hot. Bedsheets of previous guest were still on the bed, bed number didn't match my card (bed was taken). Room sanitary was good and clean, public sanitary was dirty and a lot wasn't working. Staff is friendly.

Hôtel très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Chambre très propre le linge de lit est fourni (2/4 de fait à notre arrivé mais à la réception il vous donne le nécessaire pour les 2 lits) petit déjeuner buffet copieux nos enfants adorés la chambre était très propre! Hôtel très calme le soir la nuit nous avons pu bien dormir

Das Hostel war ok, auch der Service. Zum Zimmer: Der 4er-Raum war sehr warm und natürlich wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof entsprechend laut (man bekommt aber gratis Ohrstöpsel).

Lage und Preis des Hotels sind top, allerdings ist es eben wegen der Lage am Bahnhof ziemlich laut. Gerade, weil es im Zimmer schnell recht warm wird und man unmöglich bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann ist das nicht optimal. Leider war auch das Badezimmer in keinem guten Zustand, insbesondere die Dusche. Insgesamt ist es für kurze Aufenthalte, gerade wenn man eher nicht so viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchte völlig okay. Insbesondere wenn man etwas Geld sparen möchte. Mehr aber auch nicht.

Det lignede ikke, at det blev gjort rent særlig ofte. Der var ingen ting såsom gardiner, der kunne lukke den øverste køje af, så hvis folk kom sent hjem, fik man lys lige i ansigtet. Det ligger tæt på banegården, hvilket er fedt. Til gengæld er vinduerne på ingen måde lydtætte, så man kan høre alle tog køre forbi og alle meddelelser over højtalerne på banegården igennem hele aftenen og morgenen. Lidt træls, men også rigtig billigt.

Es war etwas zu laut mit dem Wind der gegen die Fenster geschlagen hat und die Bahnhof ansagen waren auch etwas laut, die man durch den Wind stärker gehört hat auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Rolläden Und der Duschkopf hat meine Meinung nach zu wenig Druck und keine Wasser Strahl Einstellung und es gab zu wenig Sender auf dem Fernseher aber sonst hat es mir da sehr gefallen

Ich war im A& O im Rahmen einer Dienstreise. Leider konnte erst um 15:00 Uhr einchecken.Das Zimmer war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Leider konnte ich den Fernseher nicht benutzen, da ich plötzlich kein Signal mehr hatte. Der Hausmeister oder Servicemitarbeiter,war leider nicht mehr im Hause.Die MitarbeiterInnen* waren sehr freundlich.

Grosse arnaque. La veille du séjour l’hôtel nous envoie un mail pour nous avertir de problèmes au niveau de l’eau chaude et du chauffage. Ils nous offrent alors la possibilité d’annuler et de nous rembourser les nuits payées. Nous avons fait part de notre volonté d’appliquer ce droit mais à ce jour, deux semaines plus tard, toujours aucun remboursement ni retour de leur part! Nous avons essayé d’appeler la chaîne mais le département concerné n’est apparemment joignable que via mail. Or, l’hôtel nous avait bien laissé un numéro (injoignable) dans le mail initial. Je comprend que des problèmes techniques puissent survenir sans préavis mais il est de la responsabilité de l’hôtel d’y remédier aussi vite que possible. Qu’en est-il des clients déjà présents dans

Das a&o Aachen Hauptbahnhof liegt absolut verkehrsgünstig, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer absolut sauber, die Betten bequem. Der Eingangsbereich ist sympathisch gestaltet. Das einzige Problem ist die Lautstärke. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Rolläden waren in meinem Zimmer die häufigen Lautsprecherdurchsagen des Aachener Hauptbahnhofs klar und deutlich zu hören ebenso wie die ein- und abfahrenden Züge. Das machte mir das Einschlafen schwierig und führte dazu, dass ich immer wieder aufwachte.

This property was fantastic. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel very near the train station and you can't beat the location of this property. I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market before our train. I really enjoyed my stay and hope one day to have the chance to return.

The hostel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the train station and a 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral. We had a quad room which was pretty tight and room could use deep cleaning.

Prijs/kwaliteit was prima in orde voor de familiekamer. slapen met het raam open naast het treinstation wil alleen niet zo goed. Ontbijt was wel zeer goed bij wat je ervoor betaalt.

We konden zelf een kopje thee nemen bij aankomst. Bij vertrek mochten we de koffers in de bagageroom laten staan. De kamer was keurig in orde. Ontbijt ook goed.

Hôtel très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Chambre très propre le linge de lit est fourni (2/4 de fait à notre arrivé mais à la réception il vous donne le nécessaire pour les 2 lits) petit déjeuner buffet copieux nos enfants adorés la chambre était très propre! Hôtel très calme le soir la nuit nous avons pu bien dormir

Man wurde morgen beim Frühstücken von einer Person angesprochen ob man die Chips abgeben hat. Angeblich gehörte diese Person nicht zum Personal. War schon sehr nervig und vielleicht sollte diese Person dann besser aufpassen und nicht dauernd am Handy sein.

In the middle of the night at around 23:00 pm, till 4 am. Drilling for 5 hour for a door that cannot be opened!! For the rest their are peolpe asking for money in the neighborhood.
