Parkhotel Bellevue

I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not standard and required an special adapter/extension cord that I had to acquire about. It worked at the beginning, but could not charge my iphone in the morning. Service at Breakfast table was utilitarain..never asked if I wanted a hot dish. Had the hotel drive me back to train station, but had carry my bags down a flight of stairs and to the car, as the driver walked in front of me. Otherwise, the service was efficient, but certainly not friendly. I will go elsewhere next time

Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön

Un superbe hôtel avec une équipe absolument extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement un séjour dans cet établissement !

Haben wir nicht genutzt

Schönes Zimmer, gedigener Wellnessbereich. Gepflegtes Frühstück. Immer gerne wieder.
