It was much more of a hassle to get to the property than expected. Sometimes it would take the shuttle 45 minutes even though it’s practically next to the airport. Also, we ordered the breakfast buffet, but the staff was too overwhelmed and items were not available. That is not acceptable at the price that was being charged Overall, I was a little bit disappointed with this hotel that looked so nice online. The rooftop terrace was okay.

B&B was a clean and comfortable stay for us as we prepared to fly home. The airport shuttle was very helpful and ran every 20 minutes. The rooftop area with a view of Mount Blanc was a relaxing place to unwind as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I was in Gerneva for a business trip. The hotel is great and quiet new. The service at check in was great, the receptionist was very friendly and uncomplicat. As well the service on the bar was really great. BUT: The check out was quick, but i do not received a receip. I need the receip for my expenses. At the check in the receptionist get the Adress for the receip with the company name. In the morning at check out, another receptionist told me that he can not give me a receip... I don't know if he was unknown or simply lazy...

Nice lobby with lots of seating, good breakfast, comfortable room. Quick and easy shuttle from airport (although check the times as it’s not all day long). Short walk to the tram which took us to downtown and to CERN easily or wherever else we needed to go. Easy to get to train station and bus station too. And it’s free when you stay at a Geneva hotel! Some great restaurants close by (We liked Chalet Suisse) as well as a couple convenience stores.

Nice hotel and we had spacious room. The main lobby area was very good, with enough chairs/tables and quite vibrant. The only issue was with the shower, as the water was splashing all around and we had to put few towels, so that the floor is not slippery. There is a mall next to the hotel and it has many shopping and dining options. The parking is expensive, 25 CHF per day. We stayed here only to catch our return flight the next day from Geneva airport. The airport is about 5-7 mins drive from the hotel.

Airport shuttle excellent. Comfortable rooms as I booked 3 however one of the rooms I booked had blood splatter, (assuming it was blood) on the sheets. Also 2 ticks were found on bed in sheets. My brother in law let them know. He was offered a free breakfast. Ridiculous. Not telling for a "free breakfast" but this is a health issue as ticks carry a few diseases. My bro in law is a hubter and knows ticks. Needs to be addressed. Not interested in free stuff but being in healthcare I know tick disease issues.

The room was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. We needed to overnight before we shuttled to Val d’isere. Location was 10 mins from airport. There is a hotel shuttle every 20 mins just outside the airport which was easy and convenient to use. Within walking distance of the hotel we went to an indoor play place with trampolines and rock climbing Called Totem Escalades. It was great for something to do with kids close by. The breakfast included was lovely. The hotel decor was colourful and fun. Would recommend.

The Wifi was terrible even if you were logged into their unsecure network. There was literally no bars. We had to leave the property to use our 5G. I have never stayed at a hotel where there was no phone in the room to call front desk. They offered no information on what to do or see locally. The tram to downtown was just a 5 minute walk. We liked the airport shuttle, very convenient. I would not stay here again.

Service was wonderful upon check in and there are convenient restaurants nearby. The basic room was very small and amenities in the room could be improved. There were no hand towels, wash cloths, or tissues (Kleenex) in the room. I would also recommend better labeling on how to get to the hotel from the parking garage below it. It works for just a quick overnight stay at the airport.

We had the family room and it was very spacious. The shower was really terrible though. Every time someone showered it would flood. Another inconvenience was there’s no phone to call the front desk so any issues or anything you need you have to go downstairs and wait for a person to help you. Another thing that bothered us was the people smoking in front of the entrance to the hotel. They should have no smoking signage and enforce it. For the price I guess it’s okay but will not stay here again.

This hotel is perfect if you just need something close to the airport for an early morning flight or short layover. The facilities are nice and clean, staff were friendly and check in/out were smooth and quick. I had a really good sleep - the bed was comfy and the blackout blinds were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from tram #14 and I found it easy to get to the hotel from downtown Geneva, especially with the free Geneva transit pass that you get with the hotel. The free airport shuttle was perfect. There isn’t much in terms of restaurants in the area but I was able to buy simple prepared food at the Coop grocery store which was almost next door. To the hotel. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel close to Geneva airport!

The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently located close to the airport. We had a very difficult time finding the hotel as it was not accurate in GPS. The free shuttle to the airport was great. The check in experience was not good. Neither of the representatives at the counter ever smiled at anyone in line, and there was quite a group at the counter. They both appeared bored and irritated, and I did not want to ask any questions. We needed a restaurant recommendation for dinner, but I did not go to the counter because the people were so rude. That was our welcome to Geneva, and I do not want to go back.

The morning guy was very rude. We had scheduled a taxi for that morning and another group took it and said it was theirs. We went back to get help at the front desk, the guy was in the kitchen sitting down on his phone and told us to take the bus to the airport that a cab wasn’t going to be an option. He finally walked out where other people were waiting. A guy asked for a cup of coffee and he said bar was closed. That was 0430. He finally went to the machine and pushed the button for a coffee for the man but acted frustrated that he asked. Property was great and clean but would likely look to stay somewhere else next time due to the way we and others were treated

I really wouldn't bother with this hotel. The staff members act like they don't even care if you're a guest, or like they're too busy to help you. I thought the staff was rude and unhelpful. There were also no amenities provided. There wasn't even a phone in my room. Without a phone, my only option was to go back and forth to the front desk to get in touch with the staff. And there wasn't coffee or water.

It was close to the airport. Local shops & trams on the doorstep practically. A well kept property. Polite and friendly staff with multilingual skills. A free bus service to/from the airport; very efficient with polite/helpful driver's also. Single beds are narrow but very comfortable and so were the pillows. I would recommend a stay here. Very quiet apart from inconsiderate guests at time's.

Overall this hotel was great. We just needed to stay close to airport for travel. Only complaint is limited time for shuttle service. If you have an early flight you need to take a taxi or walk(20 mins) If you have alot of luggage I wouldn't walk it.

The hotel is very new and close to the airport. The transit to city centre is very easy and lots of trams going back and forth. Free Geneva Transit pass to use local buses, trams, trains and even shuttle boats. The hotel has a limited supply of airport shuttles. We did not use it when we arrived but we were able to use the shuttle to return to the airport. Limited times. Need to look at the timetable at reception.

The name B&B is misleading, because breakfast is not included in the price, you have to pay 19CHF. No kettle or tea in the room. We were given a queen size bed but small for two persons.

The staff were friendly and professional and the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient since it’s right by the train station that takes you to downtown. The hotel offers breakfast which you can purchase for 18 CHF I believe. They serve the same food options everyday but it’s pretty good for the price.

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff and breakfast. We had a family room for four people. It was surprisingly very large and comfortable. The shuttle runs every 20 min to and from the airport. Would stay here again.

Very modern hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms with excellent shower. Right next to metro station which gets you straight into centre in 10 minutes and it's free with the pass the hotel sends you. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Pick up and drop off at the airport every 20 mins.

The hotel is new and is very clean. Given that it's about 10 mins by bus from the airport and 15 mins from Palexpo this hotel will have a lot of business travelers. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at where an iron and iron table was not included. I requested and iron and they said they'd get one for me. 2 hours later I returned asking for an iron and they said they are all lent out. Lent out?!! I asked how many irons they have. They said they have 20 for 200 rooms. The likelihood of the irons being returned before the tradeshow was zero to none so I asked them to go to each room and ask for it back for 1 hour so I could iron my shirts. Advice to the hotel. Buy 180 more irons. Point number 2 is the breakfast. Not that great and for 17 swiss francs per day it was very expensive for what you get. Also, the hallways smelled like turpentine on the last 2 days of the stay. It's still under construction.
