Frequent visitor here on business - location and price can’t be beaten in Geneva. I would mention the excellent showers and the quality of the breakfast - which in my opinion beats other hotels in this chain. Check in does seem to need more information than necessary(small gripe).

I love the Ruby Claire, I have stayed twice now and it was just as good the second time. It’s an eclectic experience, located in an arcade and close to great dining and walking distance to the lake transport. The hotel, through Geneva Tourism, provides a travel pass which is very handy. The tram stop is a short walk through the arcade. There isn’t a refrigerator in the room and if your room isn’t close to the lift it can be like walking through a maze. There is a Galley on every floor where tea and coffee, cups and hot water are available Also an iron and ironing board. The bar upstairs is open 24/7 and in the morning this is where the buffet breakfast is located. I’m very fond of this hotel and believe it to be a good choice.

Really quirky hotel in the Geneva old town. Entranceway is really bold and inviting and reception up on the top floor where the rooftop bar was gives it a really welcoming vibe. The rooms were fantastic - on the smaller side but so quirky in decor and layout it really gave it something unique and authentic. Lovely and bright too with the white wooden floors. The electric blinds outside the windows were a great addition too as is the bluetooth radio speaker in the room. A very comfortable stay and convenient location and the rooftop for drinks is a great spot too.

Overall very good property. Please be cautious that if you book on any travel websites - the hires does not send you the Geneva Transport Card. You need to email them separately and ask them for that. No issues apart from that.
