We didn’t spend much time at the hotel since we were out sightseeing, but the location is convenient, being close to the airport and public transport. We stayed two nights before going back home after a two week Europe trip to be close to the airport. The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bar are convenient. The only negative, they don’t take reservations for the airport shuttle so if you are counting on it for your departure day make sure you allow an extra 30 minutes as it regularly is full on the appointed hour and then you wait for the next scheduled one. Several guests ran into this issue the day of our departure so we shelled out the $24CFS for an Uber ride to stay on schedule.

Good location for the airport. Free shuttle service, and driver was delightful. Easy bus ride into town. The staff in all areas were nice and friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very hot, and the aircon wasn’t doing much. Only 1 tissue in the bathroom, and small amount of shower wash.

This hotel is perfect if you have an early morning flight because it is a ten minute walk to the departure terminal, you don’t need to take the shuttle unless you have a lot of luggage. Rooms are small but clean. Room was stuffy because the a/c wasn’t working and the shower stall was tiny with no door so it’s hard not to flood the bathroom floor.

I stay at this property on a regular basis. This is the first time that I had an issues with a staff member. The lady at the frontdesk was refusing to accept my Swiss residence card as a form of id to check-in. Said I could only check in with a passport. I have checked in dozens of times with this id in previously. She very rude and continued to try to argue with me in front of other guests. I asked to see the manager and she walked away, to which the other check-in host profusely apologized for her behavior. The host then came back, didn't say anything and checked me in. I hope that this was a one-off, but worst experience I have had in a long time at a hotel.

This property is very convenient for airport arrivals and departures. We actually arrived by train and departed by air. Both modes provided the same experience. The shuttle was very reliable, though there was some queuing during our times. The terminal is walkable if one is prepared for that. However, the train station has extra distance. I had two reservations from different booking sources and the staff was very helpful to accommodate my need. There are a few dining options within walking distance. We also did delivery one night. The restaurant did provide disposable utensils to help us out with that. We stayed two nights and walked comfortably to/from both tram and bus stops to reach the city. The hotel provided the free Geneve city tourist transportation tickets. I was able to do laundry next door at the partner Nash Suites. Nash Airport is a very good value. Because of the very good city transportation, I would consider using this hotel for a future city stay.

We needed a place close to the airport for a early flight and this hotel was perfect. They have a small parking lot. The hotel is right across the highway from the rental car area of the airport. We were able to return our rental car and walk to the hotel which was great. A very busy hotel and well used. They lobby area was nice and the staff were cordial and helpful. The room was small and as clean as it could be with the amount of use it must get. Nice modern bathroom and clean. The hotel runs a shuttle to the airport starting at 4 a.m. and runs every ten minutes. We took the 4:30 a.m. shuttle and it was on time and took us directly to the airport without stopping at any other hotels which was wonderful. It took about 5 minutes to get the to the airport from the hotel at that time.

The location is perfect for getting to Geneva airport as they have shuttles around the clock. The hotel also gives you a voucher to use public transportation in Generva. The downtown is about 20 mintues ride with Bus Line 10. The hotel is worth the price.

The tv in the room did not work which was not the end of the world but not ideal. The food at the restaurant was average with very little choice as a lot of items were not available. The price however was very expensive for what it was, not sure if that is just Switzerland or if it was specifically the restaurant. The fact that many items were not available was the most frustrating.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to France, allowing us to spend a day in Geneva. The rooms were ready early (midday) meaning we could freshen up after our early flight before heading into town. The service on the desk was excellent. They even provided us with free passes for local transport so we could get into Geneva easily (20 mins on the bus). The restaurant was ok. Typical of all food in Geneva, it was expensive, but the quality was decent and the service good. Overall, a good night stay and would recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom lighting is really dim. Location is within walking distance of the airport but with luggage, it is nice that they have a shuttle; you just may have to call for pick up. Breakfast buffet is good and the opening time is great for mid-morning flights. The opening hour for the fitness center is super late though unfortunately (7:00).

Follow shuttle bus signs from the airport. Minibus is black with 3 small squares which say the various Nash hotel, Nash .. etc. The logos on the shuttle are quite small and parks the far side of the road. They arrive at the airport on the hour, 20 past and 40 past. They leave Nash complex 10, 30, 50 past the hour. Beds comfy but pillow in room 313 was lumpy. Facilities great, sauna and relaxation room were lovely. 3 min walk to Oberson boulangerie. Main areas are well kept but stairwells could do with a paint. Generous check in and out times - remember to put your do not disturb door sign on if you are checking out after 08:30. Thank you to Nash Hotel for a lovely stay.
